'I felt Pain for 1 second but after that... It all went numb and dark. I feel cold and lonely, but It doesn't matter... I like this.
Dark is my bestfriend and this loneliness has become my girlfriend. I will take rest here...' Lucian thought as he rested his consciousness in a dark corner but suddenly, His consciousness started getting sucked out of that space.
'What the hell !?' Suddenly, A very bright light covered his eyes and he felt warmth over his whole body.
"Are you alright, Kid ?" A man wearing fully white clothes asked with a worried expression. He was old and kind.
He gently stroked Lucian's head and grabbed him by the soldiers.
Lucian felt safer in his arms. It was as if, the old man was god himself.
Lucian then looked around and noticed that there were more old man like him sitting around a table.
All of them were wearing crowns and gold plated armours.
'What the hell is happening here ?' Lucian thought as he looked at them.
"Nothing is going on here, Kid. You are here because you are on a trial." The man who had a big crown on his head spoke up.
"I know you are afraid and startled by that darkness and Cold. But, don't worry Kid... We won't send you back there and-" Before the kind old man could've Completed his sentence, Lucian interrupted him.
"Umm... I want to go back." Lucian spoke with a neutral expression.
Listening to these words, everyone sitting on the table got surprised.
"Did he just.."
"Yeah... He said he wants to go back."
"Why would he wants to go back there ?"

"Kid, Aren't you sacred of the Void ?" The old man asked with a serious expression.
"No, I feel comfortable there and I want to go back." Lucian replied.
"You can't child. We won't throw your soul into the void, when it was our mistake." The old man with crown spoke up.
"Umm... Who are you guys and where am I ?" Lucian asked with a confused expression.
"I am God, Lucian." The man with the crown spoke up.
"I am god's messenger and Fate writer..." The kind old man spoke up.
"Ah... So, I am in heaven ?" Lucian asked with a serious expression.
"No, Child... This is the place in between hell and heaven, The court of Judgement is what we call it." God spoke up.
"Court of Judgement, Huh ? Well, Declare me guilty and give me another fine, that I have to pay for the rest of my Afterlife too." Lucian spoke with a smile as he sat down on the floor and started looking at the god.
"Child, Don't worry... This is God's court. You won't be wronged here. I have seen your Life and you've done too much hardwork but you never got the fruit of that hardwork.
Yet, When you were about to get it... You died due to our mistake." God spoke up.
As soon as Lucian heard this he looked at the God with a Confused expression.
"What do you mean by your 'Mistake' ? I clearly jumped in front of the train with my personal decision." Lucian asked.
"Yeah... That's not the part we are talking about. Do you know this Messenger, Child ?" God asked as he pointed his finger towards a Man who was standing inside a cage behind him.
Lucian turned around and noticed that the man was the same guy, Who he saw in the Departmental store before his death.
The man looked at Lucian with an innocent expression and Shaked his head rapidly as he looked at him.
"Oh Yeah, He was the one who bought all the Cup-Noodles from the Departmental Store." Lucian spoke with a neutral expression.
"Ah... Heris is long gone."
"Kid identified him... He is going into the void."
"All the best Heris..."
"So, You saw him right before your death, right Lucian ?" God asked.
"Yeah..." Lucian Confirmed once again.
"Heris, You've been charged with the violation of 7th Divine rule, 'Interference with the Human Worlds' and Violation of 2nd Divine Rule, 'Taking the Life of Human.' Hence you will be subjected to 1 lakh years in the void." God declared as he picked up his golden hammer and slammed it over the table.
"But, I was just Buying some Cup-nood-" Before Heris Could've completed his sentence, He was sent to the void by the Fate-writer.
"Excuse me... I still have a question." Lucian asked with a confused expression.
"I know, My child... This should answer all of your questions." God spoke with a smile as he pointed towards the other direction and a huge screen appears out of nowhere.
On the screen, A scene started playing from Lucian's life... Where he entered inside the Cup-Noodles shop.
'That's just me before death... Now, I get to watch my death's replay.' Lucian thought as he looked at the screen.
"Now, If my messenger Heris wouldn't have interfered in your world. It should've gone like this." God spoke as the scene on the screen changed and in this scenario... Lucian picked up three packs of Cup-noodles and brought them to the biller.
"Ah... Sorry, Sir. The computer is stuck... Please give me a minute to fix it." The cashier spoke with a smile.

"You should've been on that store for 10 more minutes." The Fate-writer spoke up with a smile.
"What could've changed ?" Lucian asked.
"Let's see..." Fate-writer spoke as he turned his head towards the screen again.
After purchasing the Cup-Noodles... Lucian started walking towards the train station.
But, As soon as he reached in front of the metro station... A massive blast happened inside the station and many died.
"What the fuck !?" Lucian shouted as he started running towards the metro station.
He entered inside the station and noticed that Many people were dead and many were injured inside the station.
"H-Help... Me." Lucian suddenly saw an Old man lying in between two rocks asking for help.
He dropped the Cup-Noodles and helped the old man by pulling the rocks aside from his body.
