I was awake, already dressed and with my decks.
And now, I was outside Judai, sho and Hayato's room.
During the morning, I woke up at 5AM (thank you insomnia) so, after catnipped kitty told me my bond with him was done, I bonded with Outstanding Dog Marron.
Then, bored, I decided to watch some episodes of gx along with my spirits.
While me and the spirits watched between episode 3-5, it was during the beginning of episode 5 that I noticed something.
While the three Osiris were talking about horror stories, they had a deck of cards, in which was a Five-Headed Dragon.
That woke me up completely, and I decided to see who belonged to.
…..
I knocked onto the door, and I heard footsteps before the door opened.
Sho looked at me surprised, but quickly gave me a smile.
"Oh, hello Yuki-chan, what are you doing here at this hour?" Sho asked.
I decided to be honest, and said "Well, I was thinking about it, and I decided to see if we could negotiate something."
"Uh?" Sho said, confused.
….
"Are you going to pay for our Sandwiches?!" Judai said excitedly
The other two Osiris were looking at me with their mouths open.
I nodded, and said "Yes, but in exchange I want you three to give me any cards you have that you don't use, each card I accept is a free sandwich for me."
The three Osiris looked at each other, before Sho dragged them somewhere else.
"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Sho said
"Are you kidding? She's going to give us free food for giving them cards we don't use, I think that's pretty fair to me!" Judai said
"Well, I have a couple of cards that I don't use," Hayato said, before the sound of his stomach gave him away.
Sho sighed, before the three of them had an agreement.
The three of them approached me, before sho said "Alright, we accept."
I smiled, and said "Thank you guys, I assure you that you will not regret it."
….
When we entered the place, we were greeted by a young lady with a weird uniform
"Hello, you guys are the first people to enter the shop today, how can I help you?" Asked the woman
"Yeah,I'll pay for their sandwiches." I said
"The sandwiches are 50 DP per pick and you can only buy one per day, but since you're buying for other people, this is an exception" the girl said
After paying for them, the guys started choosing one sandwich each.
When we sat down, the guys were hiding their sandwiches for lunch, and putting in the table the cards they wanted to give me
Hayato was giving me a Second goblin, Sho gave me a sinister serpent, and Judai-
Gave me a Five headed dragon!?
We all looked at Judai in shock, and he just said "What? My deck doesn't use dragons, the card doesn't work for me."
I gave Judai a big smile, and said "Oh, thank you so much Judai-kun! I can't wait to put it in the dragon deck I'm putting together!"
….
'Fucking boring!' I thought, while Asuka said the types of cards in class.
Unlike other girls,who sat with obelisk blue students, I was sitting besides Sho and Judai.
I didn't want to sit next to those assholes.
"Signor Marufuji!" Cronos out of the blue said, catching my attention.
"Please give us an explanation of what a field spell is" Cronos said
"A field spell is-uh-eh" Sho started, feeling nervous.
Quickly, i grabbed his hand, and said "You can do it, sho, just close your eyes and let the words out"
He obeyed me, and closing his eyes, he said "A-A field spell gets placed in the field spell zone, a-and mostly overpower other types or attributes, t-that or they are part of some archetype"
Sho opened his eyes, and saw that I gave him a thumbs up.
"Pfff, it's not a big deal, anyone with a brain knows what a field spell does" someone said, and I turned to see that it was junko who said that.
I just shrugged and said "Whatever you say, Harpy"
The class turned in shock at what i said, and angry, the red head said "What did you call me?!"
"You heard me, Harpy! What, you expect me to kiss your ass after insulting my friend just because you're a girl?!" i said, now angry
Now pissed, Junko said "That's it! I will put you in your place, brat!" While activating her duel disk.
I activated mine too, but suddenly
Cronos interfired
"Now you two, why don't you come down to the front so that everyone can get a good view of your duel?" Cronos said.
We both nodded, and while we both walked down from our seats, we both glared at each other.
I pulled my law of the normal deck for my backpack and slipped them into his duel disk.
"I'll go second" I said to the girl opposite of me, before drawing a card
"Just wait, Karou, i'm going to make you pay!," Junko said angrily, adding "And I'll start that off by summoning my Cyber Harpie Lady in attack mode!", and a moment later a tall bodacious blue skinned woman in metal bikini armor appeared before her.

"But I'm not done yet, I equip my Cyber Harpie Lady with Cyber Armour, increasing her attack points by five hundred!" the redhead continued, the armor her harpie lady was wearing gleamed brightly as the equip card took effect.

I just looked at her with a neutral face, not impressed in the slightest
"You don't seem impressed" Jasmine said ,and then added "Well, that's not all, i set a face down!" before a facedown card appeared just next to the equip card
I just nodded, before saying "Draw" while I was drawing a card, and smiled when I saw Nobleman of extermination.
"Alright, I activate Nobleman of extermination!" I said while activating the normal spell card.
While this was happening, Junko's face-down card was destroyed, and it was call of the haunted, so it was banished.
"Then I activate fissure!" I said, and an earthquake, from which an orange hand emerged, appeared and grabbed the harpy, destroying her in the process.
Junko looked at me with hatred, a look which I returned.
"And that's not all, I activate the Enchanting Fitting Room card!" I said, and a capsule with red liquid appeared in the field

"In exchange for paying 800 life points, I can excavate the top 4 cards of my Deck and Special Summon all excavated Normal Monsters that are Level 3 or lower!" I explained, and looking through my deck, I found Wings of Wicked Flame, flame viper, Ojama green and black, Special Summoning the monsters.

"Oh yeah! We're ready to fight!" Ojama Black said, although only I could hear it.
Suddenly, a lot of laughter could be heard throughout the room.
"Ha! Do you really expect to beat me with those useless things?" Junko said mockingly
I was shocked at what she said.
These 'useless' cards, who are there for me, who know where I really am, and even though I met them for a day, I know I will form a bond with them.
Finally, i snapped.
"Que mierda acabas de decir, mal nacida hija de puta?!" I screamed in my native language
Noneone understood what I said, except Cronos, who muttered a "Mamma mia!" to my vocabulary
"Listen to me carefully, pelotuda! All cards have value! and I'm going to prove it to you and all the mentally retarded people who dared to make fun of them!" I said angrily.
Before the girl could hope to answer, I normally summoned Dark Plant.
Dark Plant (300 Atk/400 Def/ Level 1/Dark/ Plant)
"Now I activate Sword of the Soul-Eater! and equip it to Dark plant!" I said, and as the plant grabbed the sword with its roots, the other monsters on my field went to the graveyard.
Dark Plant (4300 Atk/400 Def/ Level 1/Dark/ Plant)
Many gasps could be heard from the students.
"W-what the hell-?!" Junko started, but I interrupted her.
"Dark plant! Attack that brat with root web and slash!" I ordered.
Obeying me and giving a sinister smile, the plant trapped Junko with its roots, before stabbing her with the sword.
The girl screamed in pain, for some reason, because it was an hologram.

As Dark Plant's hologram was disappearing, it turned to give me a genuine smile, which I returned.
While the class was still looking at me in shock, I was checking my PDA, and gave a happy smile at the amount I now had.

Unknowingly to me, a spirit had seen the duel, and especially heard my words.

Recess after Cronos class just started, and I was about to get up for my seat, when Sho approached me.
He looked at me nervously, and said "Hello Yuki-chan, I-I was wondering if I could ask you a favor?"
"Sure Sho-kun, we are friends, tell me what you need" I said kindly.
"W-well, I was wondering if youcouldhelpmeupgrademydeck?" Sho said quickly.
It took me a second to process what he said, but when I did, I gave a big smile.
"Sure! I like helping build decks!" I said excitedly.
This calmed Sho down, and he gave me a small "T-Thank you so much!"
So, we were in the card store, sitting on one of the tables of the shop.
"Alright, let me see your deck for a second, okay?" I said, and feeling, Sho gave it to me.
While watching it, I couldn't help but cringe at the Vehicroids.
I never liked them, and always thought that Sho deserved something better.
I sighed, and said "Sho, I have two news about your deck, one good and one bad."
"Please tell me the good one first" Sho said
"The good thing is that most of your spell and trap cards are very good for a machine deck" i said
"And-And the bad one?" Sho asked.
"Well, how can I tell you this? Your monsters could be better, also you don't have a way to take Power bond's down side" I said.
"Oh" Sho said in a sad tone
I saw my spirits, and nodding, I decided to take a couple of cards out of my backpack.
"Uh?" Sho said he was confused when I gave him three cards.
He looked at them, and said "This is-!" with surprise.
"These are some cards I found in the well, I think you'll put them to better use" I said with a smile.
Sho looked at me in shock, before giving me a hug.
"Thank you very much, Yuki-chan!" Sho said with tears in his eyes.
I couldn't help but laugh, and I hugged him back.

While Sho and Yuki were parting ways after the girl bought cards in the shop, the smaller boy couldn't help but smile while looking at the cards she gave him.
Fusion weapon,Pikeru's circle of enchantment and Adhesive Explosive.
Then, he blinked.
He was sure for a split moment, the art on the last card shifted and winked at him.
'I must be seeing things' The smaller Marufuji assured himself, before placing the cards in his deck to head to class.
…..
The rest of the class time for me was, in short, horrible.
Between hearing the reds miss such obvious questions as the difference between type and attribute, to the obelisks showing off, I didn't know what was worse.
That without counting that there we had physical education
Dead tired, I was going to my bedroom to go to sleep, even if it was daylight, but when I was about to enter, I felt a presence in my room.
"Who's there-?!" I said seriously, but stopped when I saw-
'Doll chimera?!' I thought, because I was too shocked to speak, seeing the broken, transparent and giant doll in my room
"Yes, i can feel it, you are the duelist who not only has a lot of spirits accompany her, but you also defeated that obelisk" The doll said
"Yeah, that's me, what do you want?" I said defensively, remembering that she kidnapped duelists in her debut episode.
"I do not come to hurt you, I simply seek revenge on my previous owner" said the doll
"Ok, but what does that have to do with you being in my room?" I said straight to the point.
"It's what you said before, that all cards have value," the doll began, and sighing, it said "My owner thinks I'm trash, so i want to be with someone that doesn't think that"
I couldn't help but feel sympathy for her, so i said "I see, in that case, you are welcome here"
Smiling, the doll began to glow, and to my surprise, a deck of cards appeared on the floor!
"Wow!" I said when I saw the cards, I carefully grabbed them, and after reviewing them, I realized that it was the deck that Alice used against Judai.
"To be able to create a deck of cards, you must be a strong spirit!" I said happily
The doll blushed, and said "T-Thank you"
Now sleepless, I sat on the bed, and went about adding cards to the Doll Chimera deck, that way it would be more efficient.
Having an idea, I turned to Relinquished, and asked "Hey Relinquished, do you have your fusion with you?"
The monster nodded, and after shining, the fusion card Thousand eyes restrict appeared
"Okay, now, where did I leave that card?" I said as I searched my pants pockets.
The spirits looked at me in confusion, until i said "Lottery!" and takes out two cards
"Here they are, Metamorphosis and Enchanting Fitting Room!" I said as I put the cards into the deck, along with The Unhappy Maiden, a terraforming, some copies of magical blast and Thousand eyes restrict.
I was also arming a plant deck, and while there werent that many plant monsters, there was enough to make a deck.
Especially after the girl in the store gave them to me really cheap, since apparently no one searched for plant cards unless they were support for other types like insects.
Aki izayoi would be dissapointed.
Suddenly, the spirit of adhesive explosive came floating towards me at maximum speed.
It made some beeping sounds, which I understood perfectly.
What it said alarmed me, and quickly, I ran away from my room, not before grabbing my insect queen deck.
...
The three girls had sho with his hands tied up, and they just managed to hide sho from professor emi.
Just when they sighed in relief when she went away, someone else was approaching them.
And boy, she didn't look happy.
"What the fuck are you three doing with my friend?!" Yuki(Luci) growled.
….
"Yuki-chan!" Sho said
I looked at sho with worry on my face, and then took a step forward.
"Okay, I have a question, why?" I said
"Well, your friend was peeping on us-" Junko started, but my laughter interrupted her.
"Please, I haven't known Sho for long, but if there's one thing I know it's that he wouldn't have the guts to do that, so don't lie, bitchy harpy," I said mockingly.
"What did you call me-?!" Junko started, but Asuka interrupted her.
"The point is, if you want to have your friend free, you're going to face me in a duel, if you win,your friend won't be expelled-" Asuka started, but this time i interrupted her.
"Well, since I have to duel, let's make it interesting." I said.
"Go on" Asuka said.
"I will fight in a duel against you, right, tenjoin san? Well, if that's the case, if I win, I want you to give me a card from your deck of my choice, you win, you can expel sho and also grab a card from my deck" I said with my arms crossed.
Asuka thought about it for a second, before nodding and saying "Alright, sounds good."
"Asuka! Are you seriously going to follow her demands?!" Junko said annoyed.
"Nobody asked you!" I shouted at her, before turning to Asuka, and said "By the way, I refuse to have a boat duel, that would be stupid."
Asuka looked at me confused, and said "Why would we have a duel with boats? That doesn't make sense."
I couldn't help but blush with embarrassment, and said "Y-yeah, well, are we going to have a duel or not?"
…..
Asuka and I were a considerable distance away, and she was looking at me seriously as we activated our life points.
Sho was behind me, looking at me worriedly, while bitchy harpy and momoe were behind Asuka.

"I'll go first, I'll draw!" Asuka said, and after drawing, she added "I summon Etoile Cyber in attack mode!"

"i then set a card" Asuka added as a face down card appeared in her spell and traps zone
I nodded, then I was drawing a card, and smiled when I saw Blade rabbit.
I looked at the rest of my hand,and said "Alright, I summon Blade rabbit in attack mode!", making a rabbit with a patch, two super sharp teeth, and a carrot with many blades embedded in it appear.

"He he! I can't wait to kick some butts!" Blade rabbit said excitedly.
Suddenly, Momoe and Junko started laughing.
"Ha! Are you stupid? Why would you summon that thing in attack mode?" Junko said mockingly, making Momoe laugh.
I was about to respond, but someone beat me to it.
"I don't care what happens to me, because I didn't do anything wrong, but I'm not going to let Yuki-chan be made fun of for coming to save me!" Sho said with determination, before adding a "Don't lose, Aneki!"
'It can't be, Sho called me big sis!' I thought, and I couldn't help but give a warm smile to the blue-haired boy.
"I now activate Insect barrier!" I said as I turned around and activated the continuous spell card, causing a barrier to appear across my opponent's field.
"And I set a card face down" I added as another card appeared in my spell and trap zone.
Asuka, meanwhile, was not as confident as her friends.
'Why would she have decided to play those cards together?' Asuka is confused as she draws Blade Skater.
"I summon Blade Skater in attack position!" Asuka said, and a bald purple woman with blades in her arms appeared on the field.
Blade Skater (1400 Atk/1500 Def/Level 4/Earth/Warrior)
"Blade skater, attack Blade rabbit-" Asuka said, but I interrupted her.
"I activate my trap, DNA surgery! This allows me to change the type of all the monsters on the field, and I choose insects!" I said, and suddenly, Asuka's monsters turned into humanoid insect women, while Blade Rabbit turned into a fusion of rabbit and insect.

"With that-!" Asuka said in shock.
"None of your monsters can attack now!" I said
Asuka looked at her hand and said "I activate polymerization, to fuse my two monsters to summon Cyber Blader!" and from there, the two insect monsters merged to show a beautiful woman on ice skates.

But then, the woman turned into a humanoid insect.

'At least with her on the field, she couldn't destroy her by battle, or better yet, he would double her attack points' Asuka thought.
"I'm finishing my turn" Asuka said.
I nodded, and drew a card, happy when I drew Anti-Aircraft Flower
"First and foremost, I switch my blade rabbit to defense position!" I said, and when I changed it, the rabbit pulled out a blade from its carrot, and threw it at Cyber Blader, destroying her.
"W-what happened-?!" Asuka said in shock, seeing her monster destroyed.
"What happened was that, when Blade rabbit is changed from attack to defense position, it can destroy a monster that you control" I explained.
Asuka grunted.
"And now, I summon Pinch Hopper in attack position!" I said, and a green insect appeared in the field.

"But it won't be on the field for long, because I activate the multiplication of ants spell card! Which allows me to tribute him to summon two army ants tokens!" I said as I activated the spell magic, making two ants appear on the field.

Then, laughing, I said "Now you're screwed, tenjoin-san! Because now that Pinch Hopper was sent to the graveyard, I summon my ace monster!"
As I put the card in my duel disk, I said "Ruler of the insect kingdom, please accompany me in this battle! Come, Insect queen!"
Then, slowly, a giant insect appeared into the field, before opening her wings.
Insect Queen (2200 Atk/2400 Def/Level 7/Earth/Insect/Effect)
"Finally! After so long, I'm on the battlefield again!" Insect queen said happily, although only I could hear her.
And with all the insect monster into the field, she got stronger

"I-it can't be!" Junko said in shock.
"Hey! How did you get that card?!" Sho said in shock
"Easy, where I got all my other cards" I explained.
"Then, I move on to the battle phase, and tribute an army ant token to attack!" I said, and Insect queen started eating one of the ants ,decreasing her attack in 200 points

When she finished, I added "Attack with Queen's Toxic Breath!"
Obeying, Insect Queen opened her mouth, and lightning came out of it, making Asuke grunt in pain as he received a direct attack.

"Now, army ant token, attack her!" I said, and obeying me, the ant attacked Asuka by biting her leg, making the obelisk scream in pain.
Asuka: 700
Yuki(Luci):4000
"Asuka!" Junko and Momoe said worriedly.
"I finish my turn" I said
Asuka drew from her deck, and smiled when she saw one monster that could turn the duel in her favor.
"I summon Cyber Gymnast in defense mode!" Asuka said, and a muscular woman appeared on the field before turning into a humanoid insect.

"And I activate its effect! Once per turn, I can discard a card to destroy a monster in attack position that you control on the field! And I choose insect queen!" Asuka said, and discarding Raregold Armor, Cyber Gymnast stood up and slashed insect queen with the blades on her skates.
"Queen!" I said worried
"Luci, I'll be fine, just make sure you beat that obelisk!" The spirit of insect queen told me
I nodded, and looked at Asuka with determination.
"Now with your queen gone, you have no chance of winning!" Asuka said happily.
"I wouldn't be so sure," I said with a smile, confusing everyone.
"It's like I said before, all cards have value, and this deck might have Insect Queen as its star, but she's not the only one that's important! They all are!" I said with determination before I drew a card.
"Now, I summon Anti-Aircraft Flower in attack position!" I said, and a flower appeared in the field, before some insects appeared above it.

"How is that going to help you win? It doesn't have any attack points!" Asuka made fun of me
Suddenly I started laughing like a maniac.
When I finished laughing, I said "Typical obelisk brat, you only care about attack and defense points, right? Well, now you'll see how Duel monsters is really played!"
"I activate its effect! By tributing an insect monster on my side of the field, I can inflict 800 points of damage on you, so I chose to tribute my last army ant token!!" I said dramatically
"What?!" Asuka said in shock.
"There's no way! then-" Momoe started.
"Yuki-chan won!" Sho finished with emotion.
Meanwhile, the ant was tributed, and the plant shot Asuka with a red beam.
Asuka: 0
Yuki(Luci):4000
"Asuka-san! Are you okay?" Momoe asked the blonde girl worriedly.
"Allright!" Sho said happily while he hugged me.
I couldn't help but smile at Sho, before looking at Asuka and saying "Well, a deal is a deal, let me see the cards in your hand first."
Asuka stood up and approached me before showing me the cards in her hand.
I looked at them for a second, but I focused mostly on Mind on air.
I grabbed the card, and said "I'll take this one"
Asuka looked at me with confusion, and asked "Wait, really? You don't want to see the rest of them?"
"Nah, I'm fine, and yes, I know I could get out of you a better card like pot of greed, but tell you what? I like you, Tenjoin-san, you're a good duelist with lots of potential, and I think we started with the wrong foot" i said sincerely
Everyone seemed shocked by what I said, until I extended my hand, and said "Friends?"
"Please! You hang out with some Osiris reds! There's no way she's friends with you-" Junko started, but Asuka interrupted her.
"Junko, enough!" Asuka said.
"Asuka-san!" Junko said surprised.
"You can always say no, I don't want a forced friendship" I said.
This seemed to shock her.
"Well, it's late, let's go, sho," I said as I grabbed sho's hand, with sho following me.
As we were moving away from the women's dormitory, Asuka couldn't help but think about my last words.
…..
As we walked towards the red bedroom, Sho looked at me out of the corner of his eye.
"Yuki-chan?" Sho finally said nervously.
"Yes?" I asked
"W-well, I wanted to apologize for annoying you-" Sho started, but I interrupted him.
"Sho, believe me, I believe you that you didn't go to the girls' bathroom to look at them, I know you're not that kind of boy" I said with a smile.
Sho sighed in relief, but then put on a serious face, and said "Yeah, I would have loved to have a duel against tenjoin-san to fight for my freedom, but I just didn't bring my deck."
I patted him on the back, and said "That's the spirit! You just need to have more practice and you will be a great duelist!"
"D-Do you really believe that?" Sho said to me
I nodded, and said "Yes, but only if you practice, and don't be afraid of losing a duel, it happens to all of us-"
"Sho!" Someone suddenly shouted, and we stopped to see Judai with a worried face.
"Oh shit, I forgot to tell Judai what happened!" I said while doing a facepalm
