Chapter 7: Chapter 6 - Revenge
And now was the night I planned to strike on both of them. Yuki already went to sleep and I changed to my ninja get up and left the Inn via the window in invisibility, so that nobody sees me leaving. It was relatively late, about this time Zhong was normally already at home in his chambers so I headed directly there.
Long and Li clan where grand clans that had a strong alliance and ruled this city and nearby region. Over the years they pretty much became one clan with fancy naming convention. They were a very strong alliance with multitude of sects around the city under their control. This was very lucky for me since most of the strong cultivators were in those sects, taking care of training and instructing youth or holding strategic posts around the city.
The only high-level cultivators that I was scarred of in the Zhong mansion were in the western wing of huge Japanese style mansion but my target lived in the east wing, so I had pretty good chance to get in and out without them noticing.
I entered Zhong's chambers without any issues. I was looking for him and found him rather quickly he was getting a blowjob in the bathroom by the looks of it. I managed to slip into bathroom without being noticed and waited for Zhong to finish. Luckily, he didn't last long and after she blew, he sent the servant away and relaxed in a huge bathtub alone.
I sneaked up to him still in invisibility and prepared both dragon claw daggers. I was standing right behind him and quickly stabbed him with both daggers. First one piercing his neck horizontally making sure to cut his vocal cords and second piercing his shoulder straight down next to the collarbone reaching the heart and piercing it. I quickly twisted the dagger that pierced the heart and after that I stopped quickly moved away no to get sprayed by the blood and once I was few meters away, I ended the technique making the dagger turn in small puddles of water that got mixed with bath water and blood right away.
I quickly used the open window to jump out of the mansion and left the premises as fast as I could. When I was back on the street there was still silence in the mansion I chuckled and quickly headed to my second target.
I was in luck and as I was approaching the mansion I saw her in the distance going home alone. I quickly headed to her chambers in invisibility and waited for her to arrive. It didn't take long for her to come in her room. Her servant helped her change and then she sent her out and lied down on her bed. She pulled something from the back of the bed and pulled down her panties. She turned on her belly and rose to all four, I decided to wait and see what is happening but when I saw that the thing, she pulled out was more or less dildo and she started pushing it down her ass while she caressed her clit I almost started laughing. I once again came close to her, I was standing at the edge of the bed, invisible. I used my technique and conjured my daggers, once I had my weapons ready, I once cut her vocal cord with one and pushed second one between her ribs right into her heart.
I once again used the window to exit and canceled my technique so that my weapons disappear. I quickly left the mansion in invisibility and after that I used the roofs to get close to the inn and invisibility to get inside of my room. I quickly removed my ninja get up and stored in my ring, then I checked myself if there is anything dirty with blood but there was nothing. So, I put on my pajamas and quickly went to sleep.
I was confused that taking lives of two people did nothing to me. I thought about it for a moment and then I realized, this body is maybe innocent and never took life before but my mind is not. In circles where I lived sending somebody to intense care or killing him during a fight was nothing unusual. I even worked for mafia for bunch of years, I served as enforcer and during this time I had to beat loads of people half dead and even kill some. I am not going to try to excuse myself, I was a piece of shit. And what I did also maybe was not exactly good, but I could feel that it was right.
I slept until morning when I was woken up by Yuki, who was full of worries since the clans wanted to see every cultivator in the city higher than soldier that is not living here permanently. Since somebody murdered the heirs to the leading clans in the city.
I nodded and quickly dressed. I went down and bunch of goons was already there.
"Good morning good Sirs, are we waiting for anybody else or just me?" I asked while politely bowing.
The leader, corporal stage 2 cultivator looked at Yuki and asked.
"Is that all?" She nodded.
"Ok let's go, boy come with us. Our boss will have some words with you, if you did nothing wrong nothing will happen to you no worries."
I nodded and quickly followed the goons. They were actually kind of nice and we had a pretty nice chat. They were kind of happy that the only person they had to deal with was a kid with very good cultivation that was in the city waiting for entrance exams to Valley of five knives sect. They did not find it weird or suspicious since every year a lot of cultivators arrive in here before the entrance exams.
They took me to the part of the Li mansion that looked like barracks and the guys that led me there reported everything about me. I sat there for not even an hour when I was politely asked to go to the interview room.
I entered the room and it looked like sparring room. In the middle was table with two old men sitting behind it. And on other side that was closer to me was a single chair. The moment I entered the room I could feel strong pressure from the two of them, they were cultivators and decently stronger than me, I could not gauge how much stronger exactly but it was quite a lot. There was a man in his twenties and a sword standing some distance away from the table he looked like he was waiting for something.
"Lei Fen, sit there!" Authoritative voice of one of the two men spoke as he pointed towards the chair.
I nodded and quickly sat on it.
"You arrived in the city to wait for Valley of five knives sect entrance exams? Is that right?" The man that spoke before asked.
"Yes Lord…."
He shook his head. "Long!"
"Yes, Lord Long. I am sorry I am not from here I didn't know your name."
He nodded. "Why did you come so early?"
"I was not sure how much time I have left since I lost track of time cultivating in nearby woods, my original plan was to check how much time I have and go back to cultivating but I met interesting girl in the inn so I was trying to work on her ever since. Lord Long."
"So basically, you decided to chase pussy until you go to exams?" the other person spoke.
"Yes Lord …"
"Li" He spoke sounding mildly annoyed.
"Yes lord Li. My apologies Lord Li."
They looked at each other and after that Long spoke. "How old are you?"
"18 Lord Long!"
"And you are corporal stage cultivator at 18?" Li asked.
"Yes Lord Li. That is exactly correct. To be precise I am Corporal stage 1 in my cultivation and Advance stage 1 in martial art I pursue."
"That is very strong for an 18-year-old. What clan are you from?" Long asked.
"I am from no clan; I was homeless orphan until I had a little luck and an old man taught me how to cultivate and left me his inheritance. As he was dying, he told me to join the Valley of five knives sect and I was traveling and cultivating in forests and mountains ever since. But I arrived too soon so I spent last several months here in the woods."
"You are either a perfect assassin or just a boy that wants join the nearby sect, in order to be sure, you will have to show us your martial arts. Please just spar with Cheng here." He pointed to the man with a sword. "Please don't hold back. We would like to see you go all out."
I smiled and bowed a little. "Thank you Lord Long and Li, I never fought actual cultivator so, this is going to be great learning experience."
They both nodded and signaled me to go spar already.
I went to stand in front of the guy with a sword and pulled out my polearm. Before I started, I spoke.
"I apologize ahead for the mess!"
Both old men looked at each other weirdly and then back at me. The spar started.
