"RATH ANGRY! RATH WILL MAKE THE UGLY LIZARD PAY!" He screamed while causing the Lizard many injuries.
The Lizard full of pain managed to grab Rath and threw him towards a wall breaking it, he ran at four legs and he lunged on top of Rath with his jaw open: "GRaaaah DIE!" the furious Rath managed to grab his jaw and capovolged the lizard coming on top of him again and piercing his claw on the lizard eye.
the two continued to brawl while a blue blur continued to take away the civilians who were blocked under the ruble, the news helicopter continuing to film everything.
"LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING! RATH IS GONNA KILL YOU!" the even more angry rath continued to grab and pierce the continuously healing Lizard who took a big bite at Rath causing him to grunt in pain and becoming more angry and of conseguence even more stronger!
Rath grabbed the jaw of the Lizard and with a precise and ruthless slash he took a large part off from the troat of the lizard causing an incredible amount of blood to spray out, the Lizard losed focus for a moment and Rath took the opportunity "LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING! RATH WILL KILL THE LIZARD! DIE!" He screamed and pierced his temple on the brain.
With the critical hit the lizard's eyes became white and he fell down, Rath seeing his opponent down continued to furiously rain slashes and punches on the body causing even more damage, after some time he stoped and with a scream full of primal rage he said "RATH IS BETTER!"
On the helicopter the New York news outlet was streaming everything live for the viewers at home, the fight that just happened was really heavy for the viewers and some couldn't even continue to watch.
Everyone was asking themselves who the Lizard and the humanoid tiger were.
At the same time XLR8 was continuously rescuing the civilians that he could spot and see, he ran parallel to the wall and entered the various buildings and took the civilians on a secure place.
"GRAAAAR RATH IS STRONGER!" The feline continued to roar excitedly but while he was still streaming a powerful tail sweep send him flying for hundreds of meters destroying the walls and forniture on his path, thankfully XLR8 moved out the civilians.
When Rath came on his senses he caughed blood while placing a hand his right rimbs, feeling the fractured bones that were healing slowly he gritted his teeth and his eyes became even more ferocious.
His predator gase locked on the walking figure of the lizard who was regenerating his wounds but at a much slower pace than before. Rath roared.
"RAAAAAAAAAAAHHH" His pose simple spread legs and arms, hands in claw like position, but even this simple position exuded immense pressure, the watching people be it nearby or on the screen, all had their breath held.
For the first time in this world, Rath... Was.... Really...
"RATH IS ANGRY!!!"
Angry.
The feline and the lizard both stared at each other and begun to walk towards one another, with every step the speed became higher until they where running both on all four.
"Grrrr" Rath jumped with his claws out, his mouth open ferociously while the Lizard using the ground as a support and leverage he meet the tiger head on, their claws and jaws with only a purpose..
To kill each other.
*Boom*
A sonic boom was heard and the shock wave travelled a good distance distabilizing the helicopter for some seconds, the window near the clash got shattered and the walls got cracked from the sheer force of their clash.
The outcome clear, we can see the Lizard standing with a ferocious scar going all the way from the eye to the belly, while our beloved Rath... In his last breaths.
The body of Rath was torn and his left arm was nearly detached while the right part of his throat was bleeding profusely, with weak breathing he looked at the Lizard who in turn snorted and raised his foot.
Rath with his last moments sent a mental command to the Omnitrix and transformed into Echo Echo before being destroyed.

Powers & Abilities:
Self Duplication - Echo Echo can instantly duplicate himself into an army of unlinked independent clones as well as recombine the clones back into one.
Sonic Scream - He can emit a powerful ultrasonic shriek that can cause considerable damage to his targets as well as destroy glass and machinery, his screams can be enhanced by his duplication ability to create more powerful screams and attacks, such as screaming around an enemy in a circle at once or making a literal wall of sound.
Sonic Field - He can generate a nullified sound field which drowns out all sound around him, making everything and everyone in the area completely silent, which can confuse and disorientate enemies.
Weaknesses:
Fragile Body - Whilst he is nimble, Echo Echo's body is very fragile and can be destroyed easily by a laser, fire, or explosions.
Army Handling - His clones can be difficult to manage as they all have the personality of Momo, so they need to be in focus.]
*Boom*
The body of the alien was no more and the Lizard smiled finaly feeling happy that the pest was deal with, but he heard a voice behind him.
"Hahh, since he couldn't win in a one a one, we will just jump you in the Jujutsu Kaisen style." And after that an azzurre flash of light happened and a white alien with a height of a child appeared.
Echo Echo self duplicated himself into five of him and each of them pressed the dial at the same time, and five brown humanoid dinosaurs stood tall around the stunned Lizard.
"Huh?-" the poor Lizard couldn't finish when they jumped him and beat the fuck out of his ass, the media in the sky looked at the scene with shock at the absurdity of the situation.
A clone grabbed the lizard tail and did the hulk move for some time, knoking and waking him up continuously, then four clones each grabbed the legs and arms while the fifth clone continued to smash his face with his spiked tail.
*Boom boom booom...*
....
We can see the ambulance and the police surrounding an area, while two medics where covering the dead body of Doctor Curtis Connors, the five Vaxasaurians really did not hold back.

Spiked Tail - His tail is covered in sharp spikes, including a mace-like point on the end of his tail. He can use this as a battering ram and create powerful shockwaves.
Size Manipulation - Humungousaur has the power to increase his own body size and mass. Growing from 15 feet up to about 90 feet at will, increasing his natural strength as he grows.
Powerful Roar - His roar can be extremely loud, easily pushing back enemies with a loud yell.
Weaknesses:
Large Size - Humungousaur is very slow and combined with his naturally large physique, it makes him a very easy target for enemy attacks.
Electricity - He is weak against electricity, his armoured body can be shocked with enough power.
Durability Limit - Despite his enhanced durability, Humungousaur can be badly hurt by a strong enough blow, showing that his armour has its limits.]
