Chapter 3: GIFT
As Jack tried to open his eyes, he saw a pitch-black area, so dark that even Vantablack couldn't describe it. And so vast that it felt like he was in deep space.
Currently, he was floating in this place. Jack tried to lift his arms and legs, but he couldn't feel them. He attempted to speak, move around, or float, but he couldn't do anything. It was as if every type of feeling had left his body. Even his senses weren't responding to him.
"That's settled it, I am dead."
Jack didn't have control over his body or his consciousness; he was just floating here like a leaf on an ocean. He couldn't do anything about his situation. Even with everything going on, Jack was strangely calm. It was to the point that it was scary, even for him. As if some kind of external power was making him calm. It was... creepy.
"I thought I would go to heaven or probably hell, but what the hell is this place and why does it feel very calm? Why can't I feel scared, angry, or anything? Is it because I don't have a heart?"
Even though Jack felt calm, his mind was anything but calm; he was talking to himself in a fear of losing his last bit of sanity he had left.
"What should I do? Think, think, think... There should be something I can do to get out of this situation. Well, yes, I am dead, I know, but even so, I don't want to float here forever. Haaaa... It's so tiring to think, also, damn."

Then suddenly, he heard a sound of some kind of click, as if someone is using his/her phone and sending some kind of messages to someone.

Then suddenly, Jack heard a voice coming from far away, it felt like the voice owner was very far but very close at the same time.
"Who are you, and what do you mean take over your body?"
##What, are you not happy? Tsk Tsk... I thought after knowing that you are going to get a new chance to live, it would make you very happy. Tsk Tsk...##
The owner of the voice snored, as if showing how much he was disappointed in him, which made Jack feel uncertainty. Well, he was the one who is most confused by the following situation. He should be the one disappointed, but why is this guy who is disappointed.
"But wait, did you say I am going to get a new body? So you are saying I can get a new life."
##What? I thought you were not interested in this. Well, I should drop the idea of giving you a new body.##

Jack cried in desperation; he didn't know where he was and how long he was going to stay here. The only hope for him is right now to accept this person's deal, whoever he is.

##And for the question of why I am giving you my body, well, it is because the situation of my own self has made me leave my world. Only know this, that my soul was just too strong for the world to handle, and because of that, the balance of the body was destroyed, and I have to leave this world.##
"So are you saying that because your soul was too strong, you have to die? That's the dumbest reason I have ever heard. How can someone have to die because he was just too strong?"
Jack was truly confused because he had never read any type of novel, manga, or anime where a character had to die and leave the world because he was just too strong and OP.
Yes, Jack has concluded that he was going into a fantasy world like all the novels he has read till now. Well, any novel fan can deduce it till now.

Suddenly, a gust of wind sound was heard, and some kind of energy entered inside Jack.
##This is my gift. Use this wisely. Now it's time for you to wake up.##
"Wait, how would I meet you again?"
