Chapter 2: Kingdom's Status
[Third Person's PoV]
Martinez Family Mansion
Meeting Hall
After going through all the details about current situation of his small nation or city. He's disappointed that this land is far too weak compared to other neighbouring estates. And is only in peace due to other noble having no interest the exhausted iron ore mines of these mountains.
Martinez Kingdom as they call it, is only a Kingdom in name but is a large city with 15000 population and 1000 guards. Most of them are loyal people of the family from back in the time when Martinez family held title Count in the Empire. They lost title due to power struggle while supporting a prince who later got assassinated by his brother.
Most of the people here work in the mines at a low income and health condition of overall estate was the worst. People uses most of their salary in health treatments.
Agriculture is not profitable due to low yield and food supplies are bought from merchants of other estates. People has to work as a hunter or collect materials from mountains to maintain their livelihood.
It's like mediaeval era from earth and even with having magic humans don't know how to use it with having exception of mages who can create few artifacts and spells. As they have a special body with mana veins which helps them use mana. In other words magic here is basically used for killing.
But there are nations who have developed magic technology for other than killing uses.
Mages are highly respected, while knights uses aura techniques and are in abundance throughout the continent.
As austin finished pondering over his kingdom's current problem, he started with the meeting.
"Okay I shall first look through the budget. And will make the necessary upgrades in the areas required. Grandma should have already compiled this month's budget. "
Looking the officers of the different departments Austin ask them to wait for few day while gathering up his thoughts. He looks at his mother who's trying best to help him in matter related to estates and ask while smiling.
"Mother looks like I have to make many changes for this land to flourish. Please ask grandmother for money that can be used. If it's not enough, use our family's money. "
"Honey, now that you are the King I hope that you make us all proud we believe in you my son. And about grandma, you'll have to show her your investment idea if you want her to use family's money. "
"Yes, I'll just make some new plans and then pass them to you to have a look." Austi turns to his officials and says.
"Meeting is dismissed and all of you all will submit a report for current situation of your departments. You all may leave."
"Yes, Your Highness!!"
They'll had high expectations of their new king and wanted to support him with all their efforts.
As everyone leaves he asks his mother who's still looking through the papers to rest as it has been few years for his mother looking through the matters of this estate after his father was bed ridden due the the injuries in battle.
Going behind her and massaging her shoulders Austin speaks to his mother.
"Mother you have to take some rest, it's not good for your health and I'm still here for you know. You can even share some work with sister"
"My sweet boy, you know that I'm just doing this for you to have some time in getting the hang of your new responsibilities. About your sister, I thing she must be in the library sleeping whole night and reading books for her research."
" It's okay I know I can trust her with all the knowledge she has and I don't want you to overwork. You getting sick due to work will be my worst nightmare, so you better not make me worry."
"Ha-ha!! , Of course my sweet royal highness I shall heed your command."
Looking at her large breasts which were bouncing as she laughed made his blood boil. They look like a tender white bunnies that were ready to be kneaded by him. Her scent gives of the mature smell with roses surrounding her, he was already getting hard as all his blood was concentrating between his legs.
"I'll be in my room please ask me if there's anything you need." He rushes to his room as he leave these words behind.
Looking in the direction her son has ran too, she notice the bulge in his pants as he's leaving in a hurry and smiles mischievously.

Austin spent one week in his room writing about development plans and information that would help his people in agriculture and other areas with the help of his phone.
Book for people making simple basic medicines, agriculture, currency.
"As you can see I have compiled all the knowledge I can. Knowledge in this books will be enough to help our territory to flourish in future."

"Your Majesty, if we let all people learn they may rebel in future or move to other territories for making money using this information."
"Haha, of course I know...I know but we have to make these things workout to gain benefits in future. More the literate people, more the efficiency in work."
Knight Commander Cain : "Your Highness, this training regime for soldier is all basic training instead of sword practice."
Austin : "Yes, As you can read in content these basics are the best ways to train soldiers having better endurance, stamina, strength. This is much better for new knights for reaching 2 level knight in shortest amount of time. "
'Training method of earth used to train basics before making them a killing machine on the battlefield. Here Knights are not properly taught and mostly all learn from watching others. Only the talented as given opportunity to become an apprentice of a strong knight. '
Austin : "Here Knight Commander, this is the second and third training methods for training Shadow Guards and Royal Knights. These are for people with more talent. Let them chose what they are good in these fields."
"Yes, Your Highness"
"Mother, I'll be visiting City to have a better look and visit farmers and hunters during this time "
"Is it related to hunters you wrote about giving them basic training for free similar to soldiers in order to increase there survivial in mountains?" Mother already was a bit suspicious of her son's new temperament.
"Yes...Yes and later they can also join army as our economy becomes more stable which will further increase strength of our territory."
"You know that giving free medicines, education and training will cost us from our family budget? But since my beloved son has confidence this mother will support you" While smiling she still had a bit worry in her eyes.
"Of course I know my mother is the best" Austin replies while laughing.
