All the new recruits are divided between ranks below captain according to their achievements and performance.
Colonel and Lieutenant Colonel ranks are given to knights who were under Imperial General Cain. Cain has already started learning all new techniques and information about military strategies from HOTD world and started teaching them to his men.
Austin always wanted to increase literary rate as quickly as possible so that his people are available to keep up with the advancement of technology.
