Chapter 15: Chapter - 15 [ Shock Throughout The World! 1 ]
In the Marine Headquarters, the Admiral Sengoku slammed on the desk with enough force to break it into pieces!
"What the hell is this..!?"
And no one answered. Because it was shocking for everyone else as well.
In the news they read :
A NEW LEGEND APPEARED!
Yesterday in the weakest sea a true legend appeared! In the sea between Conomi Island and Baratie, the moving resturant, two terrifying beings of the sea fought! One being the all famous Word's Strongest Swordsman in the world! And the other being a young man who we knows nothing but his name, Chaos.D.Ash! In the middle of the sea, Dracule Mihawk, one of the Warlords of the sea, who challenged Chaos.D.Ash was defeated in front of the the whole of merchants, nobles and even Navy soldiers! The fight was with pure Swordsmanship, no devil fruit or any mystic powers!! In other words, the new Word's Strongest Swordsman has been born!!!
And as promised in the challenge, Mihawk who was defeated became Chaos.D.Ash's Servant!! At the same time, Dracule Mihawk announced his Resignation as one of the Warlords of the sea and also announced that he is retiring from being a pirate!
"What kind of fucked up situation is this..!? How did this happened?!"
Hearing Sengoku's words, none of them talked. Even if anyone in the room fought Mihawk with a sword only, evryone will lose miserably. Yet a young man from nowhere defeated him!!
"Really scary... Even I'm not arrogant enough to say I can defeat Mihawk if I don't have my speed..."
Kizaru, one of the Admirals of the navy said in a slight fearful tone. He has the devil fruit with light as the power. It makes him one of the strongest in terms of speed. But not to mention devil fruit ability, Mihawk's sword is enough to cut them all down unless someone like Garp, or Sengoku fights him!
"Who is he...? Even if we know that he can use sword, it doesn't mean it the only way he can fight! Think what If he have a devil fruit ability as well?"
Everyone trembled in fear to Aokiji's, another one of the Admiral's words. He was a Devil Fruit user with frozen fruit. Yet he felt fear from this young man. Such a terrifying beings can't exist! But they didn't know that they guessed right.
"Hmph! Even if he is stronger than Mihawk, then he is still weaker than me. He can't escape from my Magma!"
Everyone know how arrogant was this man, Akainu was. He was another Admiral with Devil Fruit power of Magma!
"I'm wondering why I didn't know about such a young man in east blue. I was there for a while. Besides, we can't do anything as he isn't a pirate. Although Mihawk is a Pirate, he already retired! So, acting against such a talent will make him our enemy."
Garp the Vice Admiral and Hero of Navy said.
"That's right. We can't act like that. But we can't remove Mihawk's Bounty. Especially after he resigned from his position. Besides we can't do anything. He have the D in his name. The five elders will decide what to do as well."
Sengoku seems puzzled, then Hina and Smoker came inside.
"Hina, Smoker, why did you two come? Oh wait! Those two fought within the area of your bases! What do you have to report?"
Hina and Smoker whom hurried to travel was slightly tired. But they still traveled without resting.
"Admiral Sengoku, We have some news from Chaos.D.Ash...."
This words made the situation in the office even more tense.
As Hina explained Akainu who was angry already, exploded with rage and said,
"Arrogant bastard! How dare he order us around..!?"
Hina just sighed and said,
"Admiral, I'll say this just in case. He is very kind and friendly person. He already told us that he will not be a pirate nor navy. He said he just want to be free. So, I don't think it's a good idea to be in an antagonistic relationship with him. Especially when he already told us that he was holding back his strength a lot. In other words that attack you all felt wasn't even his whole power. Even if not 50, he should have used 70% at the very least. Even so, there is still 30% left! Such a strength is not good be our enemy. And I don't think he expects us to remove Mihawk's Bounty. So he said as long as we or anyone won't tail him, he won't also mind anything else. So, please think about before acting!"
Sengoku looked at Hina who is tired and nodded then asked Smoker the details. He also repeated what Hina said making others believe that it was the truth.
"We won't remove Mihawk's Bounty. But he will not be a Warlord anymore. Also, no one from navy should attack him. If it's bounty hunters, then it's fine. Give orders to every navy bases!"
"Yes, Admiral!"
As the Vice Admirals left, Garp looked outside and said,
"It seems the world is about to change..."

In the territories of each Warlords, those who heard the news became shocked. Mihawk who was called the strongest swordsman became the second strongest in their life time! And what's more, he who never even became the servant of world goverment is now servant of a young man!

Nami who got the newspaper yawned and began to read the paper. She was tired after their small banquet of her leaving of island. And now after waking up, her eyes which were reading widened marginally and with a shout she screamed,
"WHAAAAAAAAAAAT!!!!???"
"Nani?"
"Ah?"
"Enemy?!"
"What's wrong, Nami-saaan~?!"
The idiots who were sleeping in the ground jumped with sleepy eyes.
"Why are you screaming right in the morning, Nami?"
Her sister Nojiko asked with a frown. Nami who was still shocked called for Zoro! Of course she heard how he fought the World's strongest swordsman yesterday and was injured! So, how can she not call them!?
"ZOROOOO!!! Come take a look at this..!"
"Ah? What is it?"
Zoro who was covered in white bandages walked slowly towards Nami and looked at the news. At first he had an uninterested face. However it became slightly ugly as he continued to read.
Luffy, Usopp and Sanji who saw the change in his expression came forward and also looked at the newspaper.
And as they began to read, everyone's eyes became round as saucers. 😦
""Whaaat!?""
Sanji and Usopp who has seen Mihawk's strength was baffled by the news. And Luffy who saw Ash's name asked,
"Hey! Isn't that Ash's name!? Did he finally became a pirate!?"
Hearing him, Nami asked,
"Luffy, do you know who this Chaos.D.Ash is?"
Luffy nodded with a smile and said,
"Yeah! When I was about to save Zoro from the navy, he suddenly appeared from the sky! I invited him to join us. But he said he won't be coming... I'm a little sad..."
"..."
Zoro was silent.
"Hm? What's wrong, Zoro? Are you also sad?"
"..."
Seeing that Zoro is not still talking, Luffy looked at others finally Nami sighed and said,
"It's a breaking news, Luffy. Yesterday, somewhere between Conomi Island and Baratie the moving resturant, the world's strongest swordsman and this Chaos.D.Ash fought! The news is saying it was a legendary fight. And what was the result..? Shocking the world, Chaos.D.Ash defeated Dracule Mihawk the strongest swordsman in the world in a sword fight! No! Now the second strongest swordsman in the world!"
This was a shock to everyone! And Luffy who heard this was even more shocked. He too remembered Mihawk. He was sure that as of now, he won't be able to defeat him no matter what he do. Yet someone he once invited won against him, and in his own field of expertise!
"Ash... defeated him?"
Seeing his shocked expression even the others understood that even Luffy was shocked. But suddenly he exclaimed,
"SUGOOOI!!"
The others looked blankly at him. While Zoro was looking like a dead dog. He yesterday swore to defeat Mihawk and become the strongest swordsman in the world. Now someone else defeated Mihawk and it was someone he was familiar with.
But the determination in his eyes flared like a unyielding volcano as he said,
"I can't fall behind! I'll surpass you all! It has to be like this! If i surpass Mihawk, I need someone else to look upto after all!"
Sanji and Usopp looked at them and smiled.
"Such a terrifying news even before we leave the island..."
"Hey if he is near Conomi Island, then he will pass through this island! Let's wait and see him!"
To Luffy's words they all nodded in acceptance. As for Nami who was going to tell them that the shock is not finished decided to wait for this young man to reach them.
