Chapter 8: learning various subjects and a year of peace
It's currently winter and snowing these days and we are just left in an abandoned warehouse without even a blanket to cover us with fortunately mom and I were wearing sweaters as mom was going outside, she wore a thicker sweater and as I was at home I wore a thinner one but mom gave me her sweater as it is very hard for children to say in the cold.
I was able to manage the daytime as the library has a heating service available but I know for a fact my mother is not faring well as it is nearly 6 degrees outside and she has to work various odd jobs but I personally requested the librarian and got him to shelter us only for the winter in the library at night and with the help of the librarian we got a corner with a heater where we can spend our nights.
I didn't stop studying various books of different subjects present in the library I first planned on reading books related to programming only but after some time it got boring so I started reading other books.
First, I started reading dictionary in the English language after reading that I started reading English to various other languages dictionaries after which I started reading books related to mathematics and they posed a considerable challenge as I can only remember the formulae and not how to apply them that is the reason it took me a month to complete the course of up to advanced algebra after which even though it is fairly enjoyable to solve the mathematical problems I didn't study it much as I have to learn programming and various other computer applications.
As I read through various books on programming, I couldn't help but think why many books don't show the advanced applications of the various programming languages.
Still, I managed to learn C++, Python, java, html and ruby though I believe that people like stark and various other government agencies have developed their own personal programming language which are more advanced than the ones present for the public.
But this will do for the projects I am thinking of working on.
Another month has passed and I think my programming level has increased and I can make the first project I wanted to for such a long-time face book as it is fairly easy to make and once it grows big, I can monitor the big events happening around the world in real time and I can earn money through ads which might help me in the future.
I will also have to get a server factory to decrease the load on the website and its smooth operations but let's start small. Now that I think about it many people use stark search.com to search for anything they want on the internet though it provides better services it also charges money in the form of yearly subscriptions and there is also google but it came later than Stark Search .com which is why it is not commonly used and I think they will have a high chance of bankruptcy if they don't do anything about it and I am sure they will think of ways to solve the problem. And I think I can become a big shareholder of google if I can earn money using the face book app.
Let's first release it on the app store and android app store to see the response then I will have to think of earning money to buy a little server then we will make improvements to it.
I also don't like the fact that my servers will be in the open as a world-wide communication site its servers will be the source of lust for the multinational spy agencies and many hidden organizations.
Which is why I think I will have to hack many computers and some bank accounts as well to get funds but I will have to erase any connections this app has to me. Let's go one step at a time.
I have already released the app and I am waiting for the people to notice it. In the meantime I will have to remove any connection it has to this place if not the next day this place will be flooded with people from shield and other spy agencies which will place us in a bad spot I don't want me and my mom's whereabouts to get exposed so soon I also think I will have to train many people secretly in order to have a working force who will protect my original intensions in creating face book and also defend it in times of need.
With that I ended my day's work and went home but not before creating a virus and uploading it into the original program which will affect its base code and scatter the whole program and delete the program from the computer in case anyone tried to recode it or tried to get the source code from the parent computer without my own password. In this case it will be the computer in the library. And once I see any changes in the computer, I will have to think of counter measures.
After reaching home which n our case is the abandoned warehouse, I told my mom about the app I developed and its uses as well as the virus to which she just chuckled a little and said that we don't need that kind of money but if you can earn as much as you said you can I just want you to help those children that roamed the streets homeless they deserve proper education.
I looked at mom and just nodded even though I am an adult inside I can't help but thank God that he got me a kind and caring mother who even when we are so poor thinks about others.
My mom now looks like she is in her fifties even though she is only thirty or so. From this I can see that my mom is very tired every day and I am pretty sure she is not getting any break in between the works and from the looks of it she is even getting thinner.
The next day I went to the library as usual and found many off looking people there and none of them were giving me a good vibe after entering Mr. smith came to me and asked what would I like to read I just told him that, I will look around, then he asked, if I want to use the computer today.
I was silent for some time and said I don't want to use it today I will do math first then I will go look around for other books. After which I left inside directly. After finding a random math book I looked around for a secluded corner and sat down to start solving the math but I was stealthily looking around to find out who are present in the surroundings and from the looks of them I can tell they are professional and probably from shield and those that looked highly professional are probably from hydra I have to be careful of my actions later.
I got suspicious when I found many fiercer looking guys around the library and even more so when the librarian asked me if I wanted to use the computer or not.
And looks like my suspensions are valid they are probably from both hydra and shield they cant recognize me because of my regular high strain exercises which gained me very lean muscles and I am fairly sure I can beat a grown man in an one on one fight even two if I am in luck but I cant stand against these trained professionals after looking around I realized I made another mistake the book I am currently reading is too high a grade for a boy age 13 or 14.
To mend it I looked at the book and acted frustrated as if I can't understand anything then I got up and as I got up two or three people also got up as well without acting flustered, I walked to where the math book has been placed and placed it there then took a book suitable for someone one grade higher and as if nothing happened, I returned to my sit and calmly started reading and doing the problems on my own.
As I sat down the ones who stood up with me returned to their sit, but one of them walked towards me. At which I perspired internally with nothing showing on my face I calmly read the book and solved the problems on it after some time the one who was walking towards me came close to me and gave me a piece of paper on which a question was written I looked at the question and then at the one who gave it to me after some time I asked if I can help him with anything he just gave me the paper and in an ordering tone said me to solve it.
I looked at the man and said "mister if you want anything from me then ask with a please" then I took the paper from him and looked at it I didn't need a second to see that it is a tricky question disguised as a simple one and only someone in 12th grade can solve it.
I just looked at the question for some time even though I can easily solve it I didn't. I just looked at the question for some time then took the paper and scribbled many calculations using all the formula I know a student age 13 can remember even so I didn't find the answer so I looked at the man and said sorry sir but I think your question might be wrong even though I applied all the formulas I know I didn't find the answer so can you recheck the question.
He then looked at me and asked in an even harsher tone if you can't solve the problem what were you looking at that book for so long for.
I then replayed as if I am irritated "sir can you be a little reasonable I took thee book because it is merely named the same as the chapter I was reading before in hopes of finding a solution to my questions here in the book and it is my privacy whether I read the book here or just throw it away it is my problem. It was you who approached me first and I can call the police on you based on harassment first you give me the wrong questions to answer then you say rough words and I can even sue you for child harassment."
I just looked at him as if he was in fault of everything happening here which he is and just changed my sit leaving that piece of paper there.
In the meantime, I took out my mobile phone which is really a cheap phone that we mother and son can afford after leaving on the streets for days.
I then began typing a message to my mom which read "mom I think the bad people from before are back they were following me today don't act as if anything is unusual just follow the usual routine and come back to the warehouse as soon as possible these people might be here for the app I created but don't worry I haven't been exposed yet so I will think of a way to get away from them till then take care and be careful and vigilant. Your son."
After sending the message I deleted it from my side then I called a good friend of mine then asked him to come to the library to study "yes after only three months in the library I had started teaching children my age about various subjects for a certain amount of cash so it is regular for me to ask children my age to come and teach them."
After half an hour the kid I called arrived then I put my hand forward to which he placed a bunch of crumbled twenty-dollar bills after which I started teaching him math.
The men just watched our exchange with amusement in their eyes. I looked at my friend who is reading honestly, he is the son of the local gang leader and always carries a gun in his bag.
