Characters of Relevance (characters who have been introduced and will stay relevant throughout the story)

Description: As a human, the easiest description is a heavily tanned man around 35 with a face that shows evidence of having once been very handsome, but has become tainted by a permanent scowl and a subtle rage billowing beneath every moment. Deep white hair that falls down to his waist in a pattern like a Christmas tree, and deep blue highlights along the entire length. Blue tattoos line his arms and the sides of his face. As a dragon, he is a gigantic black lizard with wings that appear vaguely angelic, but with hardened armored scales rather than feathers. The same blue markings on his human form are present across his upper body. His underbelly is tannish-white, and the top of the skull curves towards the end, forming a jaw that resembles a bird's beak, but with sharp fangs that wouldn't look out of place in the mouth of a shark or Komodo dragon.
