(Genryujin's POV)
"Y-You did what?!" Gramps shouted, "How foolish are you?! You raised your blade at Yachiru Unohana, The Kenpachi?! You stupid boy, do you know how dangerous that woman is?!?"
We were sitting down at the table for dinner, and Nee-san forced me to tell him what happened. She was very angry with me, too, and didn't look at me at all that afternoon.
I shrugged, "You know how it is, man..." I said, "I fought her momentarily, no biggie..."
"No biggie...." He said, "You idiot! What would you do when she cuts your arm off, that woman is insane!! She only agreed to join me to form the Gotei just so she could fight and satisfy her bloodlust!!"
"Hey, Gramps, why didn't you tell me she was pretty?" I asked
He widened his eyes in surprise, "W-What?" he stammered, "Boy, what are you saying?"
I took a bite off the meat in my plate as I looked at him, "Yea, she's pretty." I said, "Really beautiful. Hey, now that I think about it, Gramps, I haven't seen all the other Captains you keep talking about. Only that Shihoin guy. Man, he's annoying."
"They're all too busy for you to meet them, Gen." I heard Nee-san say as she gave me a scowl
I looked at her, "So you finally look at me?" I said, "Why're you so mad?"
"Y-You made me unleash my Zanpakuto against Captain Kenpachi!!" she exclaimed, "Do you know how embarrassing that was?!"
"That was an extremely reckless thing to do, Shirahoshi." Gramps said, "She's the last person you should antagonize and challenge. I would understand the others, but the others would not do what she did.....maybe some of them...but Yachiru? She's not normal. I'm more surprised she stopped before actually shedding blood."
"Sorry, Grandfather...I did it to protect Gen..." Nee-san said
"I understand." He said, "You did well, however. I'm glad neither of you are hurt."
"So can I meet the others?" I asked
"What's this one saying?" Gramps said as he looked at me, "The others? What? The Captains? Out of the question. They're not some group of people that would take lightly to meeting a boy like you."
I frowned, "Shit, man, you're no fun." I said as I leaned back, "Well, I guess I'll just visit Lady Kenpachi then...."
"You'll do no such thing." He growled, "Quiet down and eat your dinner. Tomorrow morning you have to take count of the Zaraki district."
"Eh?" I said, "I'm counting heads again?"
"Indeed. You'll take a couple of my men with you." He told me, "Shirahoshi and I will attend the Captain's meeting by the river."
I frowned, "Why not build a room to have these meetings in, gramps?" I asked
"Cause they're unruly bastards." Gramps said, "They might break it and we cannot afford to constantly rebuild a single hall constantly."
"Makes sense....." I said, "But still, that Kenpachi was really beautiful...."
"Shut up." They both said in unison

"Genryujin, sir, we're done for the day." I heard one of the shinigami say, "Shall we return to the barracks?"
We were outside a house in the Zaraki district of the rukongai. I was looking at the massive wall that was being built around the region where the High Nobles lived; they called it the Sereitei. I always thought the walls were already there, but something must've happened that it called to be rebuilt, I guess.
"Hm....." I said looking at him, "Where's Chojiro-san?"
"3rd Seat Sasakibe went to join the Captain and Vice-Captain at the meeting." He told me, "I suggest we return to the barracks and rest, we've been standing around all day counting people...."
I shrugged, "You can go ahead and do that if you want to so badly." I said before beginning to walk, "I'm gonna take a peek at this meeting."
"Y-You're joking?!" another of the guys said, "The Captain will kill you!"
"Nah." I said as I looked back at them, "I'll be fine."
"MAKE WAY FOR THE CAPTAIN OF THE 6TH DIVISION, ASSHOLES!!" I heard a voice bellow
The guys looked behind us and they stepped back, "What now?" one of them said
"HOW ABOUT YOU MAKE SOME ROOM FOR THE 8TH DIVISION CAPTAIN, YOU BITCH-ASS CUNT!!!" I heard another booming voice
In the distance, I saw two crowds of shinigami walking our way. I assumed they were Gotei members, clearly but I didn't think that other Squads were late to the meeting.
They began to start arguing, their voices overlapping loudly in threats and insults.
I raised an eyebrow, "What's this?" I said as I walked past my fellow members, "Who're these jokers?"
"Squad 6 and Squad 8, they're not as rowdy as Squad 11 but they can be loud as hell, as you can see." One of the guys said, "I didn't think they'd be late to the meeting, Captain-Commander Yamamoto is gonna be pissed."
They began to argue a lot louder as I walked up to them closer.
"Oi, Batsu'unsai." I heard a voice say within the crowd, "What the fuck are you doing here?"
"Ara, that's my question, Saito-san." I heard another voice say, "Why must your Squad be in the way of mine?"
As I approached, the crowd parted and I saw two women standing in front of each other; They were breathtaking. One was a tall and skinny pink-haired babe with an eyepatch and a crazy look to her eye. The other was a short and busty black-haired babe with glasses. She had a really nice body that was outlined by her clothes.
My heart began to beat fast again, similar to Kenpachi as I couldn't help but smile.
Were they captains? They wore the white haori.
"Well well..." I said as I walked over
"Oi, who're you?" One of the shinigami said, "Stop right ther-"
I punched him in the jaw, dropping him instantly as the two babes turned to look at my way.
"Huh?" the pink-haired babe said, "Who's this?"
"He attacked your subordinate. You let that slide?" The other said
In an instant, she drew her blade at me, swinging it fiercely.
In a swift motion, I drew mine and parried hers while I had a stupid grin on my face.
"Wow!" I said gleefully, "You're a pretty Captain, Nee-chan~"
She widened her eye, "What?" she said as she took a step back, "What's your deal?"
"Oi, Captain!" one of her men said, "That's Yamamoto's grandkid! Genryujin!"
The busty babe raised her eyebrow, "Genryujin? I thought you were younger and smaller." She said as she drew her blade at me as well, "That's surprising."
I parried her blade as well as sparks exploded from the impact, "Ho? You're pretty too, Captain-san!" I said with a grin
"Oh." She said, "He's not bad....."
She then swung her blade at me multiple times, her attacks being parried instantly.
"She's parrying your attacks, Batsu'unsai..." I heard the pink-haired babe say, "Who is this brat?"
I turned around to block her sword, clashing with her as the busty babe took a step back.
"Heh!" I said, "I can feel it! I can hear it! The movement of your limbs, the way you shift your handle in your hand! Also...my heart....it's beating faster...is it cause of you? This excitment?!"
I pushed her away as she reeled back.
"This guy...." She said, "He's strong.....so his name is Genryujin, huh? Yamamoto Genryujin?"
"He must be Shirahoshi's younger brother." I heard the busty babe behind me, "He's not bad, I like him~"
I glanced back at her, "Oh?" I said, "You do?"
She gave me a smile, "Yes. Hey, why don't you join my Squad?" She asked, "I would looooveee to spar you every day!"
"Hey, Katori, don't be a selfish bitch, he's mine!!" I heard the other one say
I turned to face the pink-haired babe, "Eh?"
"You're strong!" She said with a vicious smirk, "I like it! Show me your strength, join my squad!! I shall have you every day!!"
"Uhm..." one of the shinigami said, "Are they talking about fighting or something else....I'm legitimately confused....."
"BOTH!!!" The two captains yelled in unison
I widened my eyes in excitement, "Really?" I said,
"Nice!!!"
