Chapter 11: Chapter 11 Need more balance
"I have enough money."
Yang Chen spoke confidently, but his little action earlier was already seen by Lin Ruoxi. She just shook her head, then pulled out some cash from her purse and gave it to him.
Lin Ruoxi understood that Yang Chen's statement was merely a facade to hide his financial struggles.
"You..."
Yang Chen had his pride, and he didn't want to take money from anyone. Lin Ruoxi shook her head then.
"Please take it."
She spoke softly. She still didn't know how to speak with men, but she tried. Seeing her gentle and sincere gesture, Yang Chen couldn't help but feel a little touched.
"If you don't take it, I-I will cry"
This time Yang Chen took it, and it made Lin Ruoxi feel better.
"Don't use that trick too often. Otherwise, I would be immune to it."
Yang Chen warned her seriously. Lin Ruoxi nodded, understanding that he was trying to teach her a lesson about not using emotional manipulation on him. Otherwise, it might not end well.
"I understand"
"Good, See you tomorrow, and thank you for the money. I will return to you when I make some money."
After that, Yang Chen then parted ways with her, but before he really left, He came back again and checked on her.
"Don't you dare do something like that again, got it?"
Lin Ruoxi nodded when she saw Yang Chen smile in satisfaction. She felt something weird inside her stomach, and her heart beat faster.
She shook her head and blamed it on the blue mountain coffee that she hadn't even had a chance to drink.
"Good, I will really go home this time. See you tomorrow."
Yang Chen then really left this time. Lin Ruoxi sighed, and then, when she was sure that he really left, she walked toward her car. She thought about tomorrow. She had to clear her schedule before going to pick up Yang Chen at his house.

Since he had already agreed to be a guest at Old Li's house, Yang Chen naturally wouldn't forget that.
It was already late in the evening, thus, after taking a shower at home, Yang Chen once again opened his wooden chest, swept his gaze across it, and then extracted a pale blue white-striped shirt and a pair of classic pure white shorts for his lower half.
Yang Chen took a look at his reflection on the cracked mirror on the wall, at long last. He looked a little handsome.
'Yun Che is a pedo, and Yang Chen is a nassistic. Nope, it won't do.'
Yang Chen laments to himself about the two egos. He was in the middle, so he needed to find a balance between the two.
'I can't forget my unknown identity too, but why did I think that I am act like the unknown identity more than Yang Chen Or Yun Che... I don't even know what my unknow identity was like, Oh I understand now. I just have to reverse find it. What I act but I don't know is from my unknown identity.'
Yang Chen realizes that he has been trying to emulate his unknown identity without even knowing what it was like. He decides that, in order to find a balance between his two egos, he needs to reverse engineer his unknown identity and understand how it influences his actions.
"Well, it takes time before I can find the ego of my unknown identity. Let's leave it at that and go to Old Li's house first."
Old Li's house wasn't far, but without a any form of transport, Yang Chen could only use his two legs to make his way there. But it would take half an hour before arriving.
'I don't want to be more late than this. Let's use some light technique to arrive there faster.'
Yang Chen used light weight technique that he knew. The old Yang Chen tried not to use his power because it affect his body but now that the new him could suppress it with just a tip of his finger. He could use his power any time he wanted but in a certain limit.
An old residential area in the West region, surrounded by civilians that lacked the money to move into a new home. Generations live in this archaic Jiang Nan-esque area.
After passing by several small houses with smokes coming out of their chimneys, Yang Chen knocked on a very dated red wooden door.
Soon after knocking, the wooden door was opened, and beyond the door appeared a youthful and refreshing face.
"Big Brother Yang! You're here!"
Yang Chen remembered her. She was the daughter of Old Li.
"Jingjing, long time no see."
Yang Chen smiled brightly. The girl in front had changed a lot in half a year, which surprised him.
Li Jingjing's face was elegant and refined as usual, with curly eyelashes, a delicate little nose and pleasant little mouth, a typical southern type of girl. Wearing a white short-sleeved T-shirt, and a tight fitting blue jean shorts on her bottom, a pair of beautiful white legs was revealed.
Seeing Yang Chen's eyes sweep up and down with a naughty smile, Li Jingjing felt shy yet at the same time secretly delighted in her heart, she coquettishly said.
"Big brother Yang, stop staring and come in."
Yang Chen laughed awkwardly. It was old Yang Chen's instint.
"Sorry, Didn't mean to."
Li Jingjing looked at Yang Chen, and she felt something different about him today. He was kind of cute and handsome, not like before.
