Chapter 10: Chapter 10- Before the chaos
Yuta POV
Today is April 30th, last day before the chaos that's gonna happen to tomorrow. It's the last day of the lesson. Chabashira-Sensei entered the class with her stern and serious face like usual.
"Everyone, be quiet. Today's class will be more serious." Chabashira-Sensei said with a stern tone.
"What do you mean ~ Sae-chan-sensei-"
She was already given a nickname by the class.
"It's the end of the month. We will have a short test. Pass these to the back."
She handed out papers to the first row. Eventually, the test reached my desk. The test had several questions from each of the 5 major topics.
"Eh~ I didn't hear anything~ I don't wanna take it~" During this month, their attitudes haven't changed. I don't blame them after all they will have a good reality check tomorrow.
"Calm down. This test is only for future reference. It will not be reflected on your report card. There's no risk, so be at ease. However, cheating is naturally prohibited." She said as the students agreed to take the test reluctantly.
"Start." She said as all of us started writing down on the papers. Yup I'm gonna fail Japanese history. That shit ain't my language, I was British in my old life man.
The other subjects were easy for me though.
After finishing I handed my paper to Chabashira-Sensei who went through it before stopping for a bit and looked at me as she sighed and walked away. I didn't write anything down on the Japanese history section.

"Man those questions were hard!" Satou said as we sat around a table in the cafeteria. I was chowing down my food with a deadpan look as everyone discussed about the tests.
"But I'm sure we will pass." Hirata said with a smile as everyone nodded.
"How did you do your test Kageyama-kun?" Karuizawa asked looking at me as everyone also looked at our direction.
"I'm going to pass as well, but I didn't write anything down on the Japanese history questions." I said to them as they all looked at me.
"Why?" Hirata asked.
"I suck at Japanese history." I said with a deadpan before eating a sushi.
"Haha~ Kageyama-kun can sure be funny sometimes." Matsushita said with a laugh as the group laughed along, do they think I'm joking?
*bzzt*
My phone buzzed as I looked at the screen, a message from president?
[Manubu Horikita: Come to the student council office after school.] That's what the message as I replied okay.
After finishing our lunch we walked back to the class.

School ended as students went for their clubs, well me being the vice president of this school alongside a senior. I had paperwork's to do but I had finished it all up but still the president called me, I wonder for what reason?
Entering the student council office, I was met by a smirk.
"My, my if it isn't my favourite Kohai." A blonde guy said with a smile, I deadpanned.
"I know you're lying nagumo-senpai." I said he obviously wants to get rid of me but he won't since he wants to beat me but right now the only he wants to beat is-
"Ah you're here, Kageyama." Another voice as I looked at that person.
Manubu horikita.
"Well since you called, I had to come." I said as he nodded and walked inside the president room, signalling to follow as I sighed.
"We'll see you tomorrow, Kageyama." Nagumo said as I nodded and followed the president.
He was sitting on a couch, his hand then signalled for me to sit down as I sat opposite to him.
"Well what's the reason for you to call me today? It seems tachibana-senpai isn't here as well." I said since she would usually clinging onto his side like always.
"Well I'll get to the point. What are you planning to do now?" He asked as I raised an eyebrow before holding my chin.
"Hmm… well I plan to go back to my dorm and have a nice dinner and sleep I guess?" I said confused as he sighed.
"Not that…what do you plan to do with your class?" He asked again as I looked at him with a smirk.
"I mean we're going to be stuck as class D for awhile so there's nothing we can do." I said as he nodded.
"What? Are you worried about you're little sister, president~?" I asked in a teasing tone as he looked at me seriously.
"Hmph, I don't see a reason why I should be worried about her. It's her fault for not being able to get into class A." He said as I chuckled. Quite cold aren't you? But I'm sure he's worried about her.
"Hm…is that so? Then what if I try to expel her?" I asked with a smile, it was quiet for a moment as tension seemed to rise.
"Hmph…then she just wasn't worth the time for this school." He said with a cold expression as I smirked.
"I see, well you don't need to worry. I have no plans to expel your sister at all." I said of course until and unless the system gives me a quest with a grand reward.
"Do as you like." He said as I nodded, I stood up.
"Well I'll take my leave." I said and turned around and walked away.
"Wait, Kageyama." He called me as I looked back.
"Yes president?" I asked.
"Do you plan to move class D to class A this year?" He asked as I raised an eyebrow.
"Do you think I have the ability to do that?" I asked as he looked at me.
"I think you could but there's another class D student that interests me as much as you interest me." He said as I looked at him, 'another class D student' eh? Must be Ayanokoji.
"You praise me too much, president." I said to him with a smile as he looked at me.
"But there are some things you can do and can't do alone." I said to him with a smile and walked away.
Sure I could bring the class to Class A but if I do that where's the growth? I'll be just carrying some rotten apples in a barrel.
