Chapter 1: (1) death,transmigration and voices in my head
-Pakistan,may 1st 2011-
A soldier along with his platoon were marching to the border to Pakistan after receiving word they found the target,Osama bin Laden.
The soldier leading the platoon of battle hardened soldiers was sergeant Ray Alexander,a man who climbed up the ranks really fast due to his battle knowledge and marksmanship.
"Hey sarge,when all of this is said and done,what do you plan to do when you get home?" Asked his second in command,Nathaniel Faust.
Nathaniel was Ray's closest friend and comrade in his platoon,they became friends after they both found a common interest in halo and doom.
"Well Nathan…when I get home I'm going to play halo and doom to get ready for the new games that are coming out." Ray said the the nodding Nathaniel,who understood.
Suddenly a shot was heard and a bullet hit the head of the soldier next to the two friends,alarming the platoon.
"Sniper!! Everyone scatter and get ready for battle!!" Ray yelled out to everyone,but nobody answered as he turned around to find everyone around him had their throats slit by Al-Qaeda soldiers who were camouflaged into the sands around them,soon the enemy soldiers brought out their pistols.
One of the enemy soldiers who Ray assumed was the leader walked up to the last remaining soldier,"any last words you wish to say infidel?" As the man aimed his pistol at Ray's head.
Ray now knowing that he has lost everyone in his platoon,he looked at the enemy soldier before he spoke,"if I had any regrets,it's that I could never save any of them and that I can never play halo with Nathan,so god if you are listening…please let me have another chance…in a world that needs me…"
As the enemy soldier heard this he felt sympathetic towards the soldier,and gives him a final word,"well infidel,allah will welcome you and your platoon…goodbye."
*bang*
Soon Ray felt everyone and everything around him turn to black,'so this is how it ends…if only I had a chance…to bring everyone and everything to peace.'
Suddenly Ray smelt something that smelt like rotten eggs and the smell of reptiles,followed by an almost demonic sounding roar.
The roar made the fallen soldier's eyes fly open and his breathing erratic,as his flickered all over the place and what he saw shocked him.
An otherworldly terrain surrounded him with giant rock formations,beautiful otherworldly trees and untouched bodies of water, and in the distance he saw a skeleton of a humanoid dinosaur that he knows of all too well.
"That's…a kig-yar!!" Ray said with shock,a little too loud as soon after he hears a king-yar in the distance yell and ran towards Ray,but as he saw it get closer he notices something was wrong with it.
It's eyes looked possessed,and its body looked skeletal with bits of rotting flesh.
Realizing he was in imminent danger Ray ran as fast as his legs could carry him,but soon he felt an indescribable piercing pain hit his left leg,and sees a bone that wasn't his piercing his leg,the demon kig-yar threw a rib at the soldier.
Just as he was trying to hobble he gets his other leg pierced,and as he was barely registering everything he sees the demonic kig-yar opening its mouth,about to bite down on Ray's head like an apple.
'Crap,I'm gonna die.' Was in rays head as he closed his eyes ready to just accept his fate…but it never came.
Still waiting on his demise he got confused as he was still breathing.
Reluctantly he opened his eyes,and he saw the kig-yar's jagged teeth almost touch him,but the beast was not moving,in fact everything wasn't moving,like time was stopped.
"What the fu-"

[the black swordsman is clenching his sword wanting to help you in this eclipse]
[the slayer is enraged of the demons of your universe and wants to teach you to rip and tear]
[a paranoid bat wishes to help you]
[the sin of greed wishes to see you succeed]
[25 more people wish to help and observe you]
Ray who heard this voice recognized instantly,"Nathan?! Is that you?! Where the hell are you?!"
[I am not Nathaniel Faust,I took the voice of the man you were close to in order to speak with you,I am the system granted to you by god who heard your request]
Ray who heard this widened his eyes in absolute shock,'god was real?! Then why didn't he let me be reborn in my own world?!'
The system who heard this thought replied.
[god can't reincarnate you as that is not within his religious jurisdiction,so he handed you over to another divine being outside your own universe,ever hear about the multiverse and the idea of a central finite curve? Well this god who gave you myself as a helper and guide owns a universe where a fusion of doom and halo are together and the hostile enemies of halo are merged with demons,while the friendly entities are fighting for peace]
Ray who heard this was on the verge of an existential meltdown,but he spoke one more question,"if that is the case why are anime characters and comic book people wanting to help me,also who is the god that owns this fucked up universe?"
