Chapter 5: C5: Expansion And A Joke!
6 months have passed since he published his game on the World Wide Net. He not only gained a following, he also gained people who would want to buy his game, as well as the codes of his game!
Of course, he didn't reply to those messages and has had the system delete them in his platform's inbox. Also, his game's community has become larger!
From the first month of more than 1.5 million to 50 million players worldwide, his developer's name has become a hot topic within the corporate world. However, none has ever decoded how his game was made, not even the government's artificial intelligence has been able to hack it!

The military man sighed at ATHENA's answer. However, when the seconds dropped by one second from 59 seconds, it went back up again, as if the time would never decrease.
"Who the hell is this game developer? How did he create his defenses!?" he uttered.
Another man in a military uniform with less decoration saluted him and added a report. "Sir! We received reports from all the organizations we're in contact with and they have not been able to get any substantial information about NeWorld Entertainment's codes!"
The military man slammed the table. "Fuck. It's been more than 5 months and no results from everyone! How could this be!? Who the hell is this company!? The leaders were in my ass all the time because of this and we still have not provided them concrete information! Sigh!"
The other military people within the room also sighed. Indeed, they worked 24 hours and 7 days a week for the past 5 months, and they failed thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of times, to hack into this platform and game!
But the results? All of them were total failures!
They shared their General's sentiment of "Who is this company!?"
No one has an answer to it, even the highest of the highest technology they have, which was the Artificial Intelligence - Athena, was of no help.
All of these were due to Alfred's System.

He has dished out the credit rewards for the 6th month to all completionists of Expert and Hard Levels. All in all, for the past 6 months, he has given out 74,290,650 credits!
Though it may look too high, it was only 74,290.65 developer points!
Was this high for him? No. What were his current developer points after 6 months? 49,924,745.21 developer points. This was his total developer points after all the deductions!
And so, he focused on his school studies and improving his stats. He used 10 million developer points to buy and exchange experience points. Within the past 6 months, he only accumulated 2,000 experience points from quests generated by the system, and it was enough to level up at all. How many experience points he needs to level up from level 43 to 44? A little more than 60,000 experience points!
His generated quests were not enough, so, he decided to accumulate developer points and exchange experience points in one fell swoop, and the day has come that he did it!
With his 100 million experience points, he leveled up from level 43 to level 60, thus earning him 68 free points!
He added them all to his strength, agility, intelligence, and luck.
Aside from the free points, he also bought a skill from the developer shop, it was called [Intuition]. It was a skill under the Martial Arts category. However, it was worth 15 million developer points. It made him think twice before buying it, and he did buy it.
Although it was a tier-less skill under level 0, it gave him a 1% chance to smell dangerous situations. He was satisfied with the skill despite its price. He moved on and turned to his plans with the game [Resident Evil: Racoon City]. He ordered the system to implement the said plan.

After a few minutes, the system notified him.

He smiled and turned to his VR Shade's screen where his homework was displayed.

Here are the details for those who have yet to login!
• It's a 5 versus 5 battle!
• It has the same mission, which needs to be finished within 48 Game Time Hours.
• Your enemy is not limited to the other 5 players but the zombies and lickers too!
• You vote with the other players on which difficulty levels you all want to play, however, know you can only earn credit if your difficulty level is Hard or Expert.
• If you're not out of the map within 48 hours, you or your team will die and lose the battle. All in all, both teams will lose and not gain a W!

He closed the statistic window from the system and turned his head towards the virtual trading platform. "Time to trade some stocks!"

"God damn it! How the hell the stocks were snatched!? Who!? Whoooo!" the young man in his 20s shouted.

A folder was placed on a table. It was placed by a man garbed with black clothes and an eye shade. "Here are the details of the person you wanted to know."
"Good. I'll transfer the full payment now. I'll contact you later if I need further help." the man in the suit said emotionlessly.
The man in black clothes nodded and left the room.
"Now... let's see who you are." He opened the envelope and pulled the papers within. He opened it slowly and read the details.

After a while, the man in the suit threw the papers towards the glass window. His gaze was so animalistic as he looked at the papers he threw, he closed his eyes and breathed deeply. He exhaled and picked up the papers slowly. He re-read the details and after a few minutes, he laughed his ass off.
"Hahahaha~ What the fuck is this!?" he couldn't control his laugh.
"I... I was defeated... much less... by a kid?" he continued to laugh as if there was no tomorrow.
