Description - Rai can enhance himself with lightning that he can generate, giving him superhuman physical attributes, with short-range electrocution due to the lightning enhancing himself discharging from him, and can summon a small thundercloud that he can ride and send small lightning bolts out of. If Rai tries to enhance himself too much he will experience extreme amounts of pain across every nerve in his body and will get a nosebleed. If he continues to push past this limit he will cause his body to deteriorate and bleed from his eyes, ears, and mouth along with his nose due to the damage he is causing himself.
