Chapter 8: Getting Rizzy
after a few months, on one of my runs across the village, I saw Asuma, obito and Mizuki all working out. I wondered what got these bums to finally do some training. So I went to ask them. " what got you bums working, every time I saw you guys, you were playing tag or house." Obito glared at me and put his sleeves up wanting to fight "We arent muscle junky like you, we are gonna be ninjas, the ninja academy exams starting soon. now lets see who is a bum". he started swinging his paunch, I grabbed his slow ass and got him in the tombstone piledriver positon. Obito was too shocked to react in time. Asmua and Mizuki were also kinda scared but Asuma finally got some balls in him and said" Isn't he your clansman how about you let him go this time. you don't want to be known as the person beating up the weakest person in your clan". Damn, I was excited about pulling off the Undertaker move on Obito. I know the move doesn't really hurt too much but, i let go of him and told him.(I will get this mf next time) "it's better for you to give up being a ninja, you just gonna make your teammates bail you out every time, haha haha." I did a classic anime antagonist laugh and continued my workout. Obtio on the background screamed," I'm gonna be Hokage one day believe It, the best ninja in the village". that only made me laugh even harder.
when I went home at night I asked my mom about how the academy system works she explained;" the way the school system works is we have two divisions, the ninja division, ninja academy, where all the cool ninja's train, and the trade school where all the civilian kids go to school. To get into the academy you need to pass an exam. The exam happens in 1 month, and the academy starts in 3 months. There is almost no chance you fail given how hard you train every day and your chakra control is already pretty good for an academy student. If you ever choose a ninja path isn't for you, you can always just choose the civilian academy. there is no shame in being a regular civilian, while the clan expects most kids to be ninjas, your passion is more important". I hugged my mother and then we had dinner. After dinner, I did my leaf chakra control exercise and then went to sleep.
The next morning I went to my dad and asked for some money to buy some clothes to impress the girls at the exams and the academy when I get in. He gave me a thumbs up and gave me some cash for me to go around looking for stylish clothes. As we all know the number 1 role in a ninja fight is whoever has more style wins. can't be looking like a bum like Naruto losing every fight or having draws. Goto get dripped out like Baruto, Itachi or Sasuke .
The first shop I went to was the shoe store. I got myself a pair of shoes that looked like Air Jorden 1. It didn't have the designs of a Jorden on it, so I went to the hardware store to get some paint to paint it myself. Afterward, I went to the jewelry store and got one earring and one ring. all with fake gold of course. I won't be using the ring or the earing at any time during training but while doing business or going to the academy, I have to be driped out. Afterward I went to the pants and t-shirt shop. After looking for a while I was torn between going between a kid Baruto style or a kid Goku style. I decided Goku style in the end. I picked a black and gray version of Gokus pants and kimono. Kinda ended up looking like black Goku with regular hair. Happy with my new style I went to show it to my mom. My mom picked the slipper and started following me saying "what was wrong with your old clothes? why are you trying to pick up every girl". maybe I should have left out the part about trying to impress the girls when I first showed her my cloths.
