Chapter 59: Catscratch my heart~
As he flew, he squinted, making a stupid look on his face. Ace muttered, "What the…" before reaching out, catching two humans and a cat!
They landed on Noivern's back, spreading out neatly. Ace looked at them and involuntarily made the Pikachu face as he blurted out, "Who are you?!" before slapping his forehead.
The three jumped to their feet, "Since you asked so nicely! Let us tell you kindly~!"
"To protect the world from Devastation!"
"To unite all peoples within our nation!"
"To denounce the evils of truth and love~"
"To extend our reach to the stars above~"
"Jessie!"
"James!"
"Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light! Surrender now or prepare to fight!"
"Meowth, that's right!"
Ace looked at them and clapped, "Awesome! Really! Can you do it again?" Jessie and James looked at him before whispering, "Seems like we found a loony. Send him to the bin then!" Meowth swallowed and looked at the fur he was standing on, "Uh… Jessie… James…"
They turned and shouted, "What?!" Meowth pointed down and they turned, seeing Noivern looking at them. Jessie and James hugged each other in fear, "WHERE DID WE BLAST OFF TO?!"
Ace laughed happily at the funny trio before Perrserker jumped out! She looked at Meowth and sniffed, tilting her head in doubt, "Perr?" Meowth turned back and looked at Perrserker in confusion, "What? Of course I'm a Meowth! Who are you!?"
Perrserker patted her chest, "Perrserker!" Meowth scratched his ear in confusion, the main point was, this cat was so voluptuous! Perrserker meowed, "Perr, Perrserker, Perr? Perrserk." Meowth was stunned, "There's more Meowths? What kinda ekans oil you sellin', Pussycat?"
Ace, James, Jessie: ???????
Are these two cats… flirting here?
Ace's lips twitched and he pulled Perrserker back, "What are you? An exposition machine?" Jessie and James held Meowth, snorting, "Flirting? In front of us Singles? You might be a Meowth, but you have the guts of a Liepard!"
Meowth denied "No, she was telling me about other Meowths!" Perrserker looked at Meowth and her eyes shone slightly.
What an interesting guy… He can talk to Humans!
Ace stuffed Perrserker back in her ball before some indescribable things happened, "So what are you guys doing flying through the air and all?" They quickly sat down and said "We got blown up by two brats and an evil Pikachu!" Meowth nodded, "That's right!" James sighed, "Though, we should've packed more food, I'm starving…"
Jessie kicked him, "Then eat your own arm, you nitwit!" Ace took out some food from his bag, "Here, I have some extra sandwiches." the three froze and looked at him as though he was their savior, "Oh, Lord is kind!" as they quickly ate the sandwiches, moaning in deliciousness.
Ace looked at the three laying around with bulging bellies, inexplicably amused, "It's not THAT good, right?" Meowth jumped up with a bulging belly, "Nonsense, Meowth! That's the best sandwich I've ever had!"
Ace looked at him and laughed, rubbing Meowth all over, making him purr. He looked at the other two, "I'm going to Viridian right now, do you want to get dropped off?" Jessie and James looked at each other before James nodded, "Can you drop us off at Viridian Forest? We have to get that brat!" Jessie added, "Otherwise I'll lose sleep!"
Meowth jumped out of Ace's arms, "That's right! Although… That brat should be long gone by now!" Ace naturally knew they were talking about Ash, but… that guy already left Viridian?
So then maybe it was better to head to Pewter City?
Ace clapped his hands and smiled, "Then we'll go to Pewter city instead!" Jessie looked suspicious, "Huh? Why are we going to Pewter City now? I want to shower first." James rolled his eyes, "Why? It won't wash away your terrible personality." Jessie had a vein bulge on her forehead and she punched him, "Zip it, ugly!"
Meowth sighed and lamented, "Good thing the boss put me in charge, Meowth." Jessie and James glared at him, "HE DIDN'T!" Ace laughed happily on the side, "Noivern, go to Pewter City."
Noivern growled and flapped his wings, taking off as Jessie whispered, "Meowth, what did it say!" James whispered, "Does it want to eat us in a secluded location?" Meowth translated, "It said 'This is slave labor!'"
Jessie and James collapsed, "I don't think we're on the right vehicle. Maybe we're going to the coal mines after all…" Ace ignored Noivern's words, rolling his eyes, "The faster you get there, the less you have to do, Lazy guy! But I heard that Garchomp likes Hard working guys…"
Noivern's eyes lit up and he disappeared across the sky instantly, roaring loudly.
Meowth translated, "Sexy Mama, here I come~!" making Jessie and James' faces twitch.
After a while, they arrived in Pewter City!
Ace looked down and pointed, "Land there." Noivern dove down, making Jessie, James, and Meowth ripple like flags as Ace stood on Noivern's back, looking at the ground. They finally landed in front of a guy with lines for eyes.
The guy paused and opened his eyes wide(????), "You?! You're!?" Ace dusted himself off, "Heya!" Brock shouted with starry eyes(???), "You're Mr Ace! The Rock Type Gym Leader!?"
Jessie, James, and Meowth were dumbfounded!
What?!
They smiled and flattered, "Haha! Thank you for the ride, Mr Ace… Haha…" before running off quickly. Ace watched them go and waved, Brock asked curiously, "Who were they?" Ace replied carelessly, "Just some Team Rocket guys." Brock nodded, "Oh." before shouting with shocked eyes(???) "WHAT?!"
Ace laughed and waved, "Don't worry, they're actually good guys in disguise… Anyway, you're Brock, right?" Brock nodded and rubbed his palms anxiously, "I'm flattered to be in your games, Mr Ace!" Ace waved with a smile, "No problem… By the way, can you do me a favor?"
Brock patted his chest with a look of reassurance in his eyes(???), "No problem!" Ace nodded and grinned maliciously…
