Family, survival, wilderness, famine, golden finger, arrogant villains (not really quite villains, but jealous folks who are too bitter)... Let's see what else... I like the story lol The family dynamic is so nice despite the difficult times. MC knows how to repay kindness and he doesn't necessarily hide his strength all the time. He definitely isn't a doormat! I don't think the MC is stupid, but hey... What do I know? I kind of turned my brain off 🤷 Just cause I enjoyed the taste testing doesn't mean you'll like it, so go and read it.

Great potential, for once the MC has a loving family and wants to build the family rather than abandon them and go solo, he isn’t overpowered and thinks like a normal human, i’m rooting for this novel👍

This novel is one of the better novels I have went on to read. Great dynamics where the MC isn't just going at it alone and has family and friends he is building up with himself.

The world here doesn't revolve around the MC so things don't always go the way he anticipated and I really love that. It makes me excited for what's gonna happen next, etc., makes me feel nervous for his plans hoping it's gonna land, but not in an absird unlogical way, but ones that makes sense because of events and himan nature that is out of his control, and it makes me really root for him genuinely and I like the exciting feeling of knowing nothing is certain and handed out to him just because he's the protagonist and main character.

I love it, the pace, the world build, the storyline, the politics and its effect on the poor, i truly love it, especially since i hate overly overpowered and isolated main characters, i like his smoothe progress and the fact that he values family enough to carry them along, instead of dominating the world alone.

Finally something new………..worth reading i read the raws the pacing is a bit abrupt overall not bad considering we are getting same type of stories chiches in different settings in most other books
