Chapter 17: Chapter 17: Girl's Day

Nancy’s POV:

The long-awaited girl’s day has finally come!

Jessie and I are waiting at BooRat Cafe for Sara and Molly. I have my favorite, an iced vanilla latte, while Jessie has a hot chai tea latte. For Sara, we got an iced mocha latte, and for Molly, we got a hot chocolate.

“Geez, how long do you think it’ll take? We were supposed to meet fifteen minutes ago,” Jessie says in annoyance. She decided to wear a cute tie-dye romper with black high-tops and pull her bright red hair back into a messy bun. Even her makeup is done in bright colors to match her outfit.

On the other hand, I threw on my only pair of non-ripped black skinny jeans, one of Ronnie’s shirts I’ve kept, and my trusty black converse. I like keeping my hair down with it being up so much for work.
