Maya POV.

Not now.
You cannot get that answer to that question that easily when it took many years to figure out who I am today? Or at least think I am?
So no.
But he doesn't need to know that.
I tilt my head and take a sip out of my glass of wine.
I stared down with a smile.
He was patiently waiting for my answer but I knew that was an act.
Meeting his eyes.
I replied.
Maya: How can I answer that question when I don't even know who I am?
His eyes squinted at me in confusion.
Taehyung: What do you mean?
Maya: One question at a time. Your rule.
He heave of heavy breath left his mouth as he looked up again.
Taehyung: Fine, ask away.
Hmm what should I ask him?
I looked around the room and my eyes land on the piece of artwork that was displayed on the wall. It was the similar to others ones in my room and along the corridor and the all house to be honest as it showed a little images inside some bubbles. The images were colourful itself which made it stood from the dark and plain interior designs.
But why does it feel like it's missing a fragment of the art almost like it is a puzzle? But the painting seem unfinished?
umm what does it mean?
Maya: You seem to have a lot of interest into paintings, there are all around the house, but it's seems like it's missing a piece like a puzzle, what does it mean?
I shot my eyes back at him after analysing the images presented on the wall.
He eyes pierced through mine trying to understand my behaviour as he thought I would ask something personal or things relating to the case.
But no, she wanted to talk about the meaning of a painting and question my interior design choices?
Either way, he answered.
Taeyung: Hmm the meaning? I don't what the meaning behind it but it was a gift from someone.
I nodded and said while travelling up to the glass of wine that was halfway empty.
Maya: I see...I guess it your turn now?
The liquid was about to reach my lips but the sudden question from him made me stop.
Taehyung: Why are you so unfazed about the things that is going around you by acting so chill, carefree and even smiling?
I finished by drink and placing the glass onto the table making a slight thud sound.
I smiled which intrigued his curiosity even more?
He had his arms crossed and studied me, so to irritate him, I followed the same gestures.
Maya: Am I allowed not allowed to smile or act carefree or all chilled, Mr Taehyung-shi?
I am also a human, you know? I have a choice?
He scoffed and stated.
Taehyung: A normal human being in this situation would be nervous and plan a way out or even ask questions relating to the case? Which you haven't done so far?
Maya: Who said I'm not scared? I'm very scared, worried, angry and questioning a lot of things right now? More than you think.
Taehyung: Really? I think you should wipe that smile off before saying that Maya, because I take that tone as sarcasm?
I continued to smile wider.
Maya: Maybe your not a good profiler as you think you are, Mr Taehyung-shi, especially if you can't read between the lines.
Taehyung: And what would that be?
Maya: Why don't you figure that out yourself?
I think we should stop the session for today. Good night, Taehyung.
I left him there speechless and got off my chair and started walking to the stairs, but his sudden voice made me turn to him.
Taehyung: Fine, but let me ask you one final question.
I nodded and folded my arms staring at him.
Taehyung: The reason you seem so calm about this to me is because your acting like you are the one who planned all of this?
Everything that has happened so far, is actually your doing?
Maya: What are you trying to say, exactly?
I looked at him confused.
He looks distressed and exhaling out, he said.
Taehyung: Your the one who actually KILLED Mr Choi....your father?
