Chapter 3: Wheel of Fortune
Looking at the words displayed in front of him, Damian already has the gist of the current situation but still doesn't mean it was that easy to accept.
But what can his acceptance do? what's done was done, he couldn't do anything but suck it up and move on with his life.
'*Sigh'
Letting out an imaginary sigh in his mind, he thought that he had to deal with the more pressing matters right now.
'First would be clothing'
Checking his current look, he thought that he had to first deal with his clothes, so he looked at the words in front of him again to try something that would solve the problem.

As he did so, another window with a new array of words appeared in front of him.

Disregarding the eye-catching banner at the topmost which even have rainbow letters as its font, he picked 'item shop' first.
As new words began appearing, there was a huge number of categories to choose from.
Not just clothes, there are others like weapons, books, miscellaneous items, and many more.
there are even things like magic items and magic books.
But before looking through them, he first picked the 'clothing' category.
There are a lot of categories too for clothing.
Skimming through, there was male, female, unisex, and for kids.
He could see a bunch of numbers appearing beside each item signifying how much points costs each of them.
As he skimmed through the men's underwear section, he focused his thought on a black brief which costs 20 points and a miniature hologram of it suddenly appeared.
A new window then appeared which asked him to confirm the purchase.
As he confirmed on his mind, a magic circle then appeared in front of him as the black brief slowly descends like an angel.
"The fuck"
After he stood up and snatched it while it was still descending, he then proceeds to select a bunch of other things.
A black short (50 points), a sleeveless white shirt (30 points) and then a pair of slippers (20 points).
He spent a total of 120 points on everything.
After wearing the items that he bought, he looked up at his remaining points.
He has 9 880 points remaining.
He frowned for he still doesn't know if it was considered a lot or not if he was going to strive for survival.
With all of the clues from the things that he just learned and seen; it basically screams danger.
The content of the information he received from the crystal ball only contains the basics of how to spend the points and use the commands.
He was still missing a lot of information.
Who brought him here? how? and why?
Besides the eye-catching necklace that he has, there is no other clue.
Rubbing the necklace with his finger's, it doesn't do anything but hang around his neck.
Feeling his muscle sore, he stretched for a while and then proceeded to buy a tank of water which can contain up to 1 000 liters of water for 300 points.
It was the cheapest one which was made from poly.
He focused his mind on the stone table as he confirmed.
Seeing the tank appeared exactly on the table, he then bought a glass worth 5 points while summoning it unto his right hand and then began drinking a glass of water.
After whetting his appetite with the water, he bought an egg sandwich from the item shop for another 5 points.
After finishing his egg sandwich, he then drank another glass of water.
Finishing his breakfast, Damian's thought returned into what he had seen earlier.
There was still the free draw from the eye-catching wheel of fortune and there's also that 1 gift that still remains on the menu.
He thinks that what he could get could probably somewhat help him with his current situation.
For right now, he was still a little lost in what direction he should go.
Either way, checking them before using his remaining points would most likely bring him no harm.
'Wheel of fortune or the Gift? Which should I pick first?'
As he thought that it didn't matter either way after hesitating for a moment, he then picked the wheel of fortune to start with.
Selecting the eye-catching wheel of fortune, it seems like he could also choose which specific wheel to pick.
He could pick from three wheels.

Seeing the Legendary wheel's cost, Damian seems to have an idea now how the points are worth.
And besides the Legendary wheel, it looks that there are still two more options that still needed something to be unlocked.
The two options were grayed out with '???' as its name and costs.
He looked at his points to checked what's left of him.
He only had 9 570 points remaining from the 9 880 after buying the tank worth 300 and the 10 points from the glass and sandwich.
He foregoes spending some points on the wheel right now, it is his current lifeline and he had already spent a good amount of it already.
He doesn't know what he could get from each wheel, he needed to try them to know what's in them somehow but with the free Premium Wheel, he could at least have an idea after using it once.
Picking the Premium Wheel, a silver light suddenly flashes as a hologram of a silver wheel appeared, it contained many colors which most probably corresponds to the items he could get.
He didn't know what the colors represent, but he could at least somehow pinpoint 4 of the thinnest area which has the lowest probability to get.
The only single thin black color and white color are the least like likely to get, followed by the gray color which was as thin like them, the only difference was there are two gray areas.
Then next are the other colors that didn't say much for they almost look like having the same area size.
'Spin!'
After he started to spin, his eyes looked tired from just looking at it, he remembered a lot of games with wheel of fortunes and didn't have a single memory of winning any jackpot.
'Stop...'
He doesn't want the heart-attack-inducing spin which he got tired from many games long ago, but he couldn't take his eyes away for his life could pretty much change greatly depending on what he could get from it.
As the wheel slowed down continuously, it seems like time itself also slowed as he watched it slowly and slowly.
As it continuously spins slowly, it almost gave him a hypnotic feeling somewhat.

As it gets so slow as it moves into the black area, he felt his breath also slowed down.
It moved so slow that it then was at the end most of the black area, he was now literally holding his breath.
but as it stops at the middle of the black and the next area, all of the areas then darken except the one next to black.
Before he knew it, he was standing while holding the glass that he bought earlier.
It seems like he was about to throw it on the wall.
Controlling himself, he put the glass down on the table and look at the wheel again.
It seems like it doesn't really look bad.
Now that he looked at it clearly, it was one of the second thinnest areas.
It was a dark blue one.
The wheel was asking for him to claim his reward.
As Damian confirmed, a dark blue magic circle appeared in front.
Blue lights flash as a silhouette slowly appeared on the circle.
Dark shadows then appeared afterward as it dances around for a moment before fading away.
Suddenly it seems like he could feel a powerful force gathering from the surroundings.
'Is this magic?'
As Damian glared seriously at the circle, the silhouette became clearer and clearer.
Damian could feel strong power slowly gathering into the silhouette.
Then something changed when it stopped absorbing the forces from the surroundings.
The silhouette suddenly becomes tiny as it then revealed its true self.
Then there it is...
It is a tiny black kitten.
And it is currently sleeping moreover.
