Chapter 69: Chapter 69: Instance Dungeon - Hamel
Vol 2 is coming to a close soon.
Current plan after mc reaches age 15, he'll enter Jenis along with Kloe for two years. This will align to Sky FC, so he'll get to see Joshua's play and such.
Once mc turns 17 he'll enter Thors and join Crow's class. He'll be 1 year senior to Class VII.
This will happen from Vol 4 onwards. There will still be Vol 3, which will cover a few chapters after DG cult and into Zephyr.

[Ding! Remote party access has been granted due to player Vita being within the vicinity of player Naoto's familiar, Tamamo. Player Naoto has invited you to join a party. Would you like to join?]

"What in Aidios's name is this thing?", Vita couldn't help but exclaim in shock after seeing a holographic blue panel of sorts appear before her very eyes. This drew interest from Campanella, McBurn, Arianrhod and the Faceless from the terror they were currently witnessing.
"Hmm?", Campanella responded, as he currently did not see anything that could make Vita exclaim like that. This caused Vita to blink at him? (A/N: Campanella may join the harem at some point, it remains undecided)
"Are you not seeing what I am currently seeing?", Vita explained, still seeing the blue panel in front of her. However, before Campanella and the others could respond, Tamamo became excited, letting her two tails spin around.
"Kyuuuu!", Tamamo replied happily, seeing the blue screen. Since Tamamo was Naoto's familiar, of course she could see the player's screen as well. Campanella chuckled seeing this, despite the ongoing confusion.
"Haha, whatever it is, it seems like His Highness's familiar is causing quite a stir about it." Campanella responded with an interested look in his? eyes. Unexpectedly, they saw Tamamo jump from Vita's embrace. They expected Tamamo to fall down onto the ground, but surprisingly to them, Tamamo actually remained standing on what appeared to be empty air.
"The hell? Is this pup floating?", McBurn uttered, seeing Tamamo just stand as if she was actually standing.
"Interesting. It seems there is a third factor playing into this.", the Faceless also responded with interest.
"Kyuu.", Tamamo said, ignoring their remarks. The four only saw Tamamo raise one of her little paws, and press down on it.
[Ding! Player Vita has accepted the party invitation. You have joined a party. Player Naoto is currently set as party leader.]
At this time, Vita blinked at Tamamo. The blue panel then disappeared, causing Tamamo to jump back onto Vita's shoulder. A buzzing sound echoed inside of her mind as if it just established a connection. Vita's eyes became surprised the moment she heard a familiar voice sound off inside her mind.
"Oh good, it looks like connection finally established.", the voice sounded off in Vita's mind.
"...N-Naoto?", Vita uttered, which quickly drew their eyes.
"Oh? Is His Highness back?", Campanella surmised. Unfortunately Naoto couldn't hear Campanella's remark since he was only speaking directly into Vita's mind right now.
"That's me. Just think of this similar to telepathy. I did this a lot with Rose when I was with her.", Naoto explained.
"Telepathy huh? I guess I would have to inquire about this from Grandmother then.", Vita responded. "It's good to hear from you again, if f the last time was just a couple days ago.".
"Right? Unfortunately I can only keep this short. You saw that party invitation yeah? This place is gonna become a dungeon. Tama has already been made aware. Ouroboros should still be with you right? This will be considered training for Tama, but you are good to invite them too.", Naoto bluntly explained, which caused Vita's eyes to blink.
"Become a dungeon? What you mean this place is going become a dungeon--???", Vita tried to ask, but she felt her mind stir for a moment, as if she had lost her connection with Naoto. The telepathy only lasted briefly.
"Were you in contact His Highness just now? Well, coming from you witches, a form of telepathy wouldn't be out of the question...", Campanella uttered.
"I was, but it was just for a moment, Something about training?", Vita wondered herself, only to look down at Tamamo who seemed to have a serious air around her.
"Kyuu.", Tamamo replied, as if she was letting everyone know to get ready.
[Ding! An unknown source of power has been detected. Now forming Instance Dungeon. Generating in progress...] (A/N: :eyes: )
At this time, it wasn't just Vita and Tamamo who heard that sound notification. McBurn, Arianrhod and even the Faceless could hear this one. They were soon met with another notification
[Instance Dungeon - Hamel
An unknown source of power has begun to sprout up in Erebonia. It has been detected in the vicinity. A Player has been detected within the vicinity. Instance Dungeon - Hamel has successfully formed.
Objectives:
1.) Route all remaining jaegers: 0/25
2.) Defeat the shadows:
-Shadow Olaf Craig: 0/1

-Shadow Neithardt: 0/1

[Ding! Player Tamamo has met the criteria to form Instance Dungeon - Hamel. A party has been created by inviting Player Vita. Guests have been detected within the Player's radius. As party has been formed, guests will be allowed to partake in this event. Would you like to invite the guests?]
"Kyuuu.", Tamamo replied happily seeing this latest notification appear. She jumped off Vita's shoulder and slapped the notification 'yes' with one of her tails before anyone could respond.
[Ding! Player McBurn, Player Arianrhod, Player Faceless has successfully joined the party. Now generating playing field...]
Right after that latest notification ended, a huge burst of an invisible energy spread out around Hamel and outside of it. This caused everyone to look in different directions. After that burst of energy spread forth, everything became pixelized for a moment, with the area becoming pixel cubes, only to vanish shortly after.
"Ding...Ding...Ding...", a sound of an ancient-like bell resounded in the vicinity. Before their very eyes, the five saw the rest of the villagers both dead and alive suddenly vanish, only leaving behind the jaegers. At the same time, they saw shadowy auras start popping out deeper in the village, five of them to be exact. To add to that, the atmosphere turned from a blaze to a crimson red, and it became red all around them. It didn't take long for another notification to sound off.
[Ding! Instance Dungeon - Hamel has finished forming. Until completion of dungeon, time on the outside will no longer flow. Please work hard to defeat the shadows. The result of this dungeon will not affect the pivoting point. Player Naoto has designated Player Tamamo as party leader.]
"Well, this is a lot to take in. I didn't know His Highness had such an ability. To create a dungeon in real time...", Campanella responded, seeing the sudden change in atmosphere. Even the blazing infernos could no longer be seen. What replaced them were collapsed and broken houses, and an eerie feeling. Black battle-qi like auras also began to wrap around the remaining jaegers, to which they started to move strangely...
"As curious as I am to this sudden development, I hate being used as an experiment like this.", the Faceless retorted, slightly annoyed.
"Welp, His Highness made such a boring place into not such a boring place no more.", McBurn said, revealing a compliment. He started to stretch his neck before moving to his other limbs. "Almost makes me want to go all out in this sorta place, you know? It seems to have halted the outside. Can't say no to a free lunch.", McBurn said, letting out some fire to compliment what he just said.
"That is true. This is almost like one of those proving grounds. Something about it being labeled as a 'Pivoting Point'?", Campanella uttered. "But out of us, the one who would know the most about this place would actually be you, right, Miss Argent Awakener?", Campanella continued to say, revealing a grin.
"...I have no comment on that. The only thing I will say is that a tremendous power slumbers deep within this place, but its connection to this newly formed dungeon has no relevance. For His Highness to create such a place is truly a wonder.", Arianrhod said, giving a compliment as well.
"Hmm, it hasn't been been too long since I joined Ouroboros either, but I am curious about that Divine Knight that you wield. Will you be using this in this testing ground?", the Faceless asked with interest. To which Arianrhod just shook her head.
"No. Such power is not required for a place such as this. I do not have any plans to use such power for a period of time.", Arianrhod explained a bit. In the meantime, Vita let out a long sigh, drooping her staff a bit.
"Hah...I have no idea what's going on anymore. Did Naoto really create this place?", Vita said, still confused.
"Hahaha! His Highness definitely has some sort of ability I would like to discover, but why don't I join in on a little fun? These shadows shouldn't pose much of a threat considering its the five of us.", Campanella responded happily.
"I'm game. I just have one teeny tiny problem.", McBurn said, finishing his stretching.
"Oh, what would that be?", Campanella asked.
Hearing that, McBurn immediately raised his finger only to point out the little silvery-white two tailed fox who could currently be seen spinning her tails around happily.
"Why is this little shit set as the party leader?", McBurn said, letting out a curse.
Immediately upon hearing that, Tamamo's mana started to flare up.
"Kyuuu!", Tamamo said, opening her mouth. A chilling blast of freezing smoke was sent right into McBurn's face. Seeing this even Vita let out a giggle.
"Hehe, even if I still don't know much of what just happened, you two are becoming fast friends.", Vita said with a giggle.
"Tch, as hell I am.", McBurn retorted.
"Kyuu.", Tamamo also said, giving a complaint.
"Well, I would say we don't have much time considering the severity of things now, but this place apparently froze time on the outside. Still, we should ready ourselves. Any objections?", Campanella asked.
"Can we change party leaders?", McBurn asked.
"Denied. Anyone else?", Campanella said, immediately denying McBurn.
"None.", the Faceless said, readying his two pronged staff.
"I do not.", Arianrhod replied, shaking her head. She took out her signature lance.
"Neither do I.", Vita said, readying her staff. "I'll support you all with my incantations.", Vita continued to say, which earned a nod from Campanella.
"Kyuu.", Tamamo said, as if she said no as well.
"Then let us route this dungeon which His Highness has kindly set for us.", Campanella replied happily. His? body soon started to phase in and out of existence, as if it was becoming an illusion...
