Chapter 17: Chapter 17
1 month.
That's how long Adan has been inside the Neutral Zone and he's been missing his wives very dearly. And he can't wait to meet them when he finally does his 'awakening'.
Adan got up from his bed and went straight to the showers, ignoring the grumbling Yun Seora, Odelette Delphine and Maria Yeriel left on top of the bed.
While he was showering, Adan couldn't help but think, 'I've been wearing only two pairs of clothes this past month and I just realized how disgusting it is if I didn't have it cleaned every day. Heh, I might need to change my outfit and get a haircut.'
After he finished showering, Adan then wore his clothes and went out of the bathroom. Seeing that the girls were finally awake, albeit still sleepy, he said, "You girls should freshen up and take a bath. I'll go ahead and do something. I'll meet you guys where Cinzia told us to gather. Byeeee!"
The girls immediately woke up by his words and quickly looked at where Adan was supposed to be but was only left by the afterimage he left. Feeling a little frustrated, Yun Seora pouted as Odelette Delphine and Maria Yeriel shouted;
"Come back here you fucker! Who's going to carry all the way there!?"
"Come back here this instant, Adan!"

Adan looked at the mirror in front of him in shock. He knew that he was a little more handsome than an average person but he didn't think that he would change so drastically after changing his outfit and getting a haircut!
He looked like an older version of Tenjou Yuuya from 'I Got A Cheat In A Different World, And Became Extraordinary Even In The Real World' but a little less handsome. Well, if he was wearing his 'Royal Clothes' on and wearing a new haircut.
Shaking his head in amusement, Adan then said, "Maybe I should have just stayed looking like a hobo. Wearing an Adventurer's outfit while donning on a cloak on isn't a little too bad, is it? I think I liked my facial hair and long hair..."
"""WHAT!?! NO, YOU LOOK BETTER IN THAT!!!"""
Adan deadpanned at all the workers who shouted that and thought, 'I don't want you to tell me what I want. And why are you people even interfering with my looks? Does it even matter?'
Adan just silently left the store he was in when the people around him finally looked away. Well, not before paying for the clothes he bought plus the hoodie that looked close to that of Yun Seora.
He wouldn't like to be known as a shoplifter, thank you very much. Adan has manners and all those shit that come with it. (A/N: T'is but a lie!)
When he arrived in front of what looked like the fountain. And there she was! Taciana Cinzia looking like a badass standing on top of the fountain's edge.
Adan silently stopped beside Odelette Delphine and Yun Seora who immediately noticed him and climbed him like a monkey would a tree. Yun Seora and Odelette Delphine were a little surprised by his wardrobe change but ultimately ignored it when they heard Taciana Cinzia shout.
"All of those who haven't gathered 1,000 Survival Points have failed!"
The people who didn't gather the required amount immediately started clamoring at her words. What did she mean by that? Did that mean that they failed? Are they going back now?
Angered by her words, Burrito shouted back, "What the hell are you talking about!?"
(A/N: If you guys don't remember Burrito then he was the one arguing with Adan in Chapter 14)
Taciana Cinzia glared at Burrito and shouted, "You deaf now Burrito?! I'm saying that all of you that haven't gathered 1,000 points have failed!" Burrito quickly looked away, afraid of the scary-looking woman.
Taciana Cinzia puffed a sigh of frustration and said, "The following people that are mentioned are those who passed:
Mr. Adler
Miss Delphine
Miss Yun
Mr. Seol
Mr. Hyun
Mr. Leorda
the people that are mentioned are those who passed and the rest who weren't? You should be ashamed of yourselves."
The people that didn't pass flinched a little at her words and looked away. But one participant seemed courageous enough as he stepped forward and said, "That's quite different from what I've heard."
Taciana Cinzia glanced at the person who said that and replied, "Hao Win from Area 7... I don't know what you heard, but did you forget that I'm the General Manager?"
The room stayed quiet for a few good seconds before Hao Win asked again, "Will you be lenient if I gather 1,000 points at this moment?"
Taciana Cinzia looked curious at what he said and asked, "Right at this moment? How?"
Hao Win then said to the people behind him, "Send me all of your points."
"""Yes, Sir!""" his group complied. Adan couldn't help but whistle in appreciation on how dedicated Hao Win's group was to him.
"You could do that...!?"
"Does anyone have any extra points!?"
"Someone help me out! I swear I'll pay you back twofold!"
Taciana Cinzia closed her eyes in again as she quivered in fury. She then opened her eyes with a glare present as she shouted, "STOP!!"
"How dare you useless trash who can't even be decent meatshields?! Where the hell did your brains rot at?!" Taciana Cinzia pointed at them in fury.
"Just like how you wasted your opportunities when living on Earth, you idiots did nothing but crumple up the tickets to enter Paradise! This was exactly how I expected you all to act like!" Taciana Cinzia continued as her rage simmered down.
With a serious look (JOJO face) pasted on her face, she said, "This is your last chance. Exactly 2 months, prove to me that you can be recycled trash."

Taciana Cinzia looked at them with the serious look present on her face as she said, " You should celebrate after meeting the 7 Gods. Since it could be a hopeless experience for some of you."
Adan smirked at her words and thought, 'Don't you mean the 7 Goddesses? Or what I'd like to call them, my wives. Well, not exactly all of them are my wives,' as a sweatdrop appeared behind his head when he thought about the last line.

"Why do I have to be last? This is bullshit and you know it, Agnes! Why'd you let Seol cut in line but not me!? And you even made me go last! Oi! Cinzia! Agnes is playing favorites!"
'Damn it, and I was so excited to meeting the girls but it seems that it's going to be delayed for a couple of hours now,' Adan thought as he gave a deadpan towards the ever so stoic Clair Agnes.
He then turned towards where Shin Sang-Ah, Yi Seol-Ah, and Yi Sungjin were restraining the three lolis. Adan glanced back towards Clair Agnes and asked, "Why do I have to be last though?"
Clair Agnes looked away from him with a small blush present on her face and said, "Nothing. This was decided by Miss Cinzia and it definitely not has something to do with me."
Adan looked at the blushing Clair Agnes in surprise and moved his face close to hers as he asked, "Oh? Really? But why do I think that you were jealous of the girls always clinging to me?"
Clair Agnes' eyes widened in shock and panic as she quickly said, "S-Stop joking around! J-Just b-be quiet and wait for your turn!" as her hands kept moving around.
When Clair Agnes turned to leave, Adan smirked and grabbed her hand, and pulled him to his embrace as he asked in a deep and husky voice, "Oh? Was I right, little Agnes? If so, then you can stay here in my embrace until it's my turn."
Clair Agnes' face turned so red at that moment that she was ready to pass out with all the blood rushing towards her head as the three lolis and their caretakers looked at the scene in shock and fury.
The other people that were in front of Clair Agnes and Adan just tried to ignore their lovey-dovey moment as they kept muttering;
"What is with this bastard and pulling all the pretty girls towards him?"
"Why are those girls clinging to a guy whose face they don't even see that often?"
"That lucky bastard should just go die in a hole or something..."
Adan then ignored the mutterings and looked at Clair Agnes in amusement. Clair Agnes looked like she was enjoying his hug very, very much. Her cloudy eyes and blushing face is a clear sign of that.
He turned towards the three lolis who were now ready to rampage and shrugged his shoulders at them. Seeing that Adan didn't mind what he was doing, the three's eyes slowly turned lifeless as they crumbled in their holders' embrace.
Adan chuckled in mirth as he waited for his turn. And he couldn't believe how long it took for him to be his turn! But on the bright side, the two older lolis and Seol Jihu's group finally finished their awakening.
Oh, he didn't mention anything about awakening? Then here it is; they are now, or they did, go to Chamber of Awakening which would allow the survivors to gain classes that suit them and improve themselves in their specialty.
Odelette Delphine got the Magician Class.
Yun Seora the Archer Class.
Seol Jihu the Warrior Class.
Yi Sungjin the Warrior Class too.
Followed by his sister Yi Seol-Ah who got the Archer Class.
And then there was Hyun Sangmin who also got the Archer Class.
And lastly, Shin Sang-Ah got the Priest Class.
And then there was Adan, who was standing in front of the Awakening Chamber and couldn't help but get excited to see the girls again.
Unknown to him, he subconsciously squeezed the absentminded Clair Agnes closer to him who started squirming about. But if you looked a little closer, you can see her smiling like an idiot and not like her normal stoic self.
When Adan was finally about to enter the chamber, he let go of Clair Agnes and settled her down next to him. He then patted her head and went inside. The last thing Adan heard before entering was the three lolis attacking the satisfied Clair Agnes.
