Chapter 72: Knowing more about each other

"We call it the Heaven and Cloud Traversing blade. They are the only special weapon that we use in my race. I was given this by my mom as a gift" Lydia said.

"Oh. That's nice." Helena said.

"Can it be used by any other person apart from the members of your race?" Helena asked without concealing her intention.

Lydia smiled.

"I see that you have taking a liking to my blade. Anyways, I don't really know about that. We can only know if you try it out." Lydia said.

Then she offered the blade to Helena.

"Here. Try it out. Who knows, it could work" Lydia said.

Helena nodded and accepted the blade.

Then she flung it with all the strength that she could muster.

But nothing happened.

"Ugh!" Helena uttered.

"I guess it can't work for me then" She said.
