7/29 16:36 (Summer, Night; Luna)
7 arrows were shot at her at once from one of the two Elves in the group of outlaws as she quickly blocked them all with her wings, her sword floating around her as she drew back a True Arrow nocked to her bow.
Before she could shot, a silent Pressure Wave was sent at her that she was able to dodge as it was vastly slower than the Chanted variant, but buying his leader enough time to reach her and try to cut her in half.
She responded by retaking the Sword floating around her and parrying him away before blocking the skillfull thrust of the second and last Elf within the group.
As she was about to kill him, the two Beast-kins, one of the Deer-Type and one of a Fox-Type, interfered.
The second of the two, looking like a Human with the addition of the tail and ears of a fox and nails that looked like claws, swung at her with said claws from both of his hands clad in Vital Energy while the first, looking like a slender human with the horns of a deer, jumped over her before stomping down on her, his foot clad in Vital Energy.
In response, she formed two small platforms under her feet, launching herself not away, but towards the first of the two of them, letting her weapon go and grabbing his wrists before forcefully pulling him in the way of the other Beastkin's stomp, sending them both crashing to the ground.
They were saved from a rain of lances from the sky by one of the three Dwarfs, shielding them with a Tower Shield 3 meters tall and two wide, a shield that was massively bigger then he was, with his barely meter and a half of height, using a Technique to increases immensely his balance, being able to keep himself and the other two safe.
Meanwhile a Fireball launched by the Human Mage away from them was blocked by a True Barrier over the head of the Elf, distracting him from the arrow that he was preparing and buying herself enough time.
After all, while a group of this size is dangerous, there is a reason most Adventuring Parties are comprised out of an handful of People to minimize the variables of a fight.
Against a single Person, only so many People could attack at once effectively.
And that number was well within her calculation ability.
Sixteen True Lance that looked like drills materialized above her and started to spin, faster and faster, before they were launched at high speed, one towards every single one of her targets as distraction while she nocked an Arrow in her Bow, shooting it at the Wizard.
She really needed to call them something to distinguish them.
Dwarf 1 used his door of a Shield to protect himself and Beastkin 1 and 2 while Dwarf 2 and 3, a pair of twins, blocked with their mace.
Human 3 to 6, Elf 1 and 2 and the Leader evaded the attack without any problems while the two remaining Humans barely dodged, being wounded in the leg one and in the side the other.
Finally while the Mage was able to dodge the Lance because of the distance between them, the Arrow that followed was fortunately broken by Right-Hand who ignored the one sent against himself, accepting a hole in his left shoulder, his non-dominant arm while sending another shockwave back.
She calmly dodged it by flying a couple of meters away, before dropping towards the ground trying to stomp the Deer Beastkin with her left foot clad in purple, to reduce the number of inconsequential opponents.
He hurriedly dodged as a crater formed there, cracks expanding outwards before Human 3 and Dwarf 2 jumped in the hole, one armed with a katana while the other with a mace.
"Fast Slash!"
"Strong Blow!"
Both weapon clad in red were swung at her, the katana from her left being quickly drawn by its shealt while the mace fell from above on her right.
The response was immediate.
A mace formed in her left hand and she used Hard Blow to overpower the bladed weapon and stopped him dead while a katana formed in her right hand, using Fast Slash to deflect the mace to the ground, before she jumped and used the two's chest as a jumping pad to dodge a third attack.
"Heavy Thrust!"
The rapier wielded from the falling Human 4, that used his own whole weight to increase the damage as much as possible, pierced where Luna was before until the hilt.
She nodded to herself while falling noting what she felt when she was using the Techniques and what she was seeing through her Familiars.
Her copying of both Techniques was because Vision's sight was connected with her own and so she could see how they manipulated their Vital Energy and copy this manipulation with her own ability to manipulate Vital Mana.
Fast Slash was a Technique to maximize the speed of the swing while Strong Blow, instead, was a Technique to use all of the body to maximize the power of a blow.
The two Technique cannot be normally used together, but she was more than able to use them in quick succession and so, the next step was obvious.
She used Strong Slash combined with Pressure Wave to create a powerful, but slow, air blade that was followed with a Fast Slash combined with Pressure Wave, fusing the two of them in a terrifying fast and strong air blade that was able to cut Human 4 in two, killing him and forming a vertical three-meters deep fessure in the ground as blood flowed.
"15 to go. Come on, teach me more."
Her provocation was answered as a red Magic Circle formed under her before a pillar of fire enveloped her.
The rest of the group didn't hesitate as Elf 1 shot various arrows where she was as Human 3 and 5, armed with two swords, ran in to cut her only to be stopped by a pair of swords.
She walked out of the fire, her Vital Mana covering her being solidified in a barrier to protect her from the fire before she nodded.
'As I thought, he is no threat. Nor are most of them. 13 to go.'
She thought as her blades instantly changed in a couple of scythes, trapping the necks of the two Humans between the blade and the shaft before the two heads fell with a movement of her own wrists, her weapons dissolved in Energy before turning in five blades that were sent forward to buy time.
She stepped forward, her rapier piercing straight throught the armor of Dwarf 2 and his shoulder, impaling him against a tree before she ripped him apart by expanding her weapon and ripping him apart from the inside.
This death stunned them enough for her to shot an arrow through his twin, Dwarf 3, that exploded killing him.
A Fireball fell upon her.
"How boring. It seems like you will continue to bother me."
Vision moved until, while still hidden, it could observe the Mage.
Warden then used Vision's eyes as target mechanism to create a barrier within his forming Magic Circle, disrupting it in various critical places and blowing him up.
She returned to the fight, her sword meeting with Right Hand's and Dwarf 1's mace while both Human 6 and Elf 1 shot her with various arrows blocked with her newly-reappeared Wings, her right leg moving in a kick at Dwarf 1's shield sending herself away before kicking at a tree, jumping forward again and punching it.
Before he could react, she grabbed his shield, pulling it towards herself, forcefully rising him in the air before smashing him in the ground on his back, creating a crater with his resistant body, stepping on his hands to stop them before, with a smile, piercing through his eye with a True Rapier, her Wings' feathers becoming knifes and raining in the area around her.
A sword approched her neck before a True Staff blocked it as Leader continued the assault with a punch to her solar plexus dodged as she spinned, kicking him back before she stepped forward, her following punch being blocked by him crossing his arms before him, flying back.
As she jumped after him, a mace blocking his sight as she dropped to the ground, dodging the attack and taking the mace's handle, stopping it before, with a smile she thrusted with her palm against his chest, using both Strong Blow and Pressure Wave at the same time throught her palm.
As the result, Right-Hand was sent flying, breaking various trees.
Beast-kin F jumped at her, his claws clad in Vital Energy as he attacked with a flurry of blows and she dodged while observing the way he used them.
After a while she nodded to herself before, her nails extended into claws, she ripped into him.
He fell as she stepped forward, stopping the kick by Beast-kin D by grabbing his ankle before stabbing him with a True Sword.
Human 6 slowly stepped back, his bow trembling, before he dropped it and ran away.
At seeing that, Luna's expression worsened.
Her judgement was followed by her attack, a True Lance piercing his back, as Right-Hand, Leader and Elf 2 attacked her while Elf 1 shot her with various arrows.
Human 1 and 2 attacked her from the back, both of them using a pair of knifes.
She responded by Shaping a shield equal to Dwarf 1's to block their and Right-Hand's way while allowing the blade of Leader to pierce her right palm until the hilt she forcefully grabbed with barely a wince, moving him in the way of the arrows.
He was able to minimize the damage as much as possible from the arrows however this left him open to Luna that, bored of him already, pierced through him with her left hand clad in a spear.
Human 1 and 2 followed him in death because Spears fell from above, stabbing their arms and legs before they exploded through Mana Burst.
Elf 1 was next as she dodged mace and sword before, forming two True Arms as big as she was, she grabbed Elf 2 and Right-Hand and throwed them far away from herself.
She went forward, her Wings accelerating her as she dodged his arrows before, once she was before him moving outside his point of view with a sudden burst of speed, no more sounds being heard by his sensitive ears before feeling it.
A blade cutting him almost in two from behind as he, slowly, fell dying.
Elf 2 was able to land on his feet first, an hateful expression on his face as he reguarded her pointy ears.
"Oh? How interesting. You hate me, don't you? How selfish. There is no meaning in an hate you cannot use to grow and you certaintly will not be able to use it as such. But I suppose, it is only natural for an Elf to despise an Half-Elf."
The reason she said it was only natural was quite simple.
An Half-Elf was the child of an Human and an Elf with a Human's Racial Skill with an Innate Skill derived by an Elf.
This Skill normally can be: Enhanced Senses, One with Nature, Skillfull Nature or Enhanced Agility.
This would not cause any issues for the Elfs, however this are not the only Skills a Half-Elf can hereditate from the Elf parent, merely the ones an Elf can obtain.
An Half-Elf can be born, even if very rarely, with two Skills that, indipendently of either effort or talent, will never be gained by an Elf causing immense envy in them because of their value and significance.
One of the two was "Blessing of the Spirits" that a certain Adventurer of the Iriblades currently possessed.
The other, possessed by Luna's previous self, was Spirit Body, a Skill that she will be able to regain once she will become a B-Rank Lunarian.
Her smile expanded as she opened her Wings wide before flying towards her wounded opponents while weapons fell on them.

As their blood finished to being absorbed in her mouth, she reguarded the 21 Souls she stored now within her.
They had no worth to her and so they passed on to the Moon.
The 5 at E-Rank left nothing behind.
The two most important Shades were Mage's, leaving behind the Ability Skill "Fire Magecraft", and Dwarf 1's, containing "Physical Resistance."
The rest of them were Ability Skills based on weapons that were then absorbed in Vision, forming a "Weapon Mastery" Skill based on her own, while Warden absorbed "Physical Resistance".
The Shade formed by "Fire Magecraft" was then called Ash by Luna.
She smiled, satisfied, before regarding the corpses around her.
"Now, what do I do? If Edgar was here, he would use Corpse Cremation, but I can't use that Spell because of "Singularity"."
She tounched an arm on the ground, experimentally, Mana Forging it with Mana Burst before getting away from it and launching a Mana Stone enhanced with the same Spell against it.
The result was the simultaneous explosion of both.
She nodded to herself.
"Not this way. In that case…"
She cut herself, her blood invading a nearby corpse before activating its properties.
Quickly, the body was restaured to peak performance even if without any Soul within before it dissolved into Black Blood that joined her shadow in storage.
She nodded to herself before taking a branch from a tree, and follow the direction it fell towards, unaware that it indicated towards sud-est, the exact opposite direction she should be going towards.
