Tokyo, Japan,

Aichi Academy,

Samuel POV,

"..."

A calm, long and deep breath.

"...."

A long exhale.

The sound strangely echoed across the surroundings, the hair of certain people in the dorms attached to the main school stood on end as if alert, and at the same time, an impending sense of danger made them greatly uncomfortable.

"What's happening?!"

"...What is this?"

Such comments were made freely, no one could understand it.. and yet, they all felt it. They all felt that something bad was about to happen.

At the main school gates, the security guard placed a trembling hand on the metal bars of the gate, his other hand was on his gun, fear filled eyes wandering around in search of what was causing this indescribable.. fear.

An oppressive aura, bloodlust and another uncomfortable presence rolled off the silver haired teenager in waves, the atmosphere around him 'felt' murky. Any normal person would choke on seemingly nothing were they to face it.

The dark miasma that had been present around Samuel all the time became less 'transparent', the light seemingly draining out of the surroundings leaving the teenager in complete darkness.

The sound of the blade being drawn was unusually loud, creating a strange echo as the teenager dropped the sheathe to the ground, holding the now drawn katana above his head.

Taking one firm step forward, he brought it down a diagonal arc with fully open eyes, exhaling as he did. In that one strike, Samuel had concentrated everything he had.

The results were... not quite what he had expected..

"I guess intent, in the end, can only do so much."

Samuel remarked, leaning down to pick up the sheathe he had dropped earlier.

'You underestimate yourself too much.'

The skill of a prodigy in the martial arts with no upper limit was something her contractor really, really was underestimating, especially after the fact that he had visited her world at least once was brought into the equation.

Samuel's eyes widened in a mixture of shock and surprise at what happened next.

The cement wall surrounding the school had a diagonal fine thin line slowly appear across it before the edges cracked and then, the wall was blown apart as if it had been rammed.

The ground too split, the air seemed to tremble and hurriedly move out of the way producing a strange vortex. The splits widened, neat and wide gashes with multiple cracks branching out like webs were visible even in the night.

Then, the main school building trembled, cracks formed on one side, the windows cracked before shattering, it appeared as if a sound wave had hit them...

The thin split appeared on the building, widening in the same manner it had on the ground as it slowly crawled across the entire building diagonally.. Soon enough, an entire section of the building had caved in.

The cut was diagonal so it was an obvious consequence, the uneven part of the building had it's support cut off and as a result, fell inwards with a loud boom.

The cut however, didn't stop there.

It crawled up to the wall behind the school building, blowing it apart in the same manner before finally coming to a halt.

The wind moved irregularly around the slash, visibly it appeared to be a diagonal arc that could actually be seen with the naked eye. Smoke and dust rose up, the faculty ran out, shocked and surprised by what was happening... They were speechless.

"What...is.."

"My...God."

Samuel quickly drove away from the scene, how was that possible?!

'You should know it well though? Intent can take you really far you know... Bloodlust and immense physical power just increases it. Well to boil it down, you could say your skill is in a realm of it's own. Don't you remember how far martial arts can actually go? You like God of High School a lot..' The witch of greed gave quite a long explanation... but only because it was needed, her contractor refused to use magic but that wasn't a problem.

This was Echidna's way of reassuring him that it was indeed not a problem, normal humans couldn't hope to achieve something like this but her contractor was no normal human.

His talent for martial arts was his true 'cheat' after all.

She shuddered thinking of what he would become once he got access to that world's martial arts.

Samuel needed to think up ways to avoid suspicion just in case, though he was relatively safe. Such a thing wasn't humanly possible even if they somehow ended up blaming him for it.

Tsukuyo stared at the destroyed school building with wide eyes, she couldn't see but she had felt what had happened... noticed it better than anyone could. She had 'heard' just how it had happened, the air was vibrating... how was so much production of energy even possible?

She too could part the ground with her sword but, not to this extent, was it some kind of new explosive?

The shifting air certainly suggested it, it was moving down and then up in a continuous cycle. The temperature too had risen by a small barely noticeable degree so Tsukuyo did think it was an explosive.. The thought that some 'one' could have done it didn't cross the small girl's mind... how could it? This scale of destruction wasn't possible.

"....Oh my god..." Rin looked at the ruined school building with a despair filled face.. What was this? How was something like this possible? She had seen it take place... a clear arc, she saw a clear arc in the air before the school crumbled down.. Her bout in the morning had clearly affected her mental state, otherwise she'd be running around ensuring the safety of students right now.

"It was a bomb for sure. I got attacked and knocked out before." Warabi mumbled out with her hands folded, she had been woken up a few moments ago and this was the sight she came to.

"I'll admiiit, it looked really reaaaally pretty." A green haired girl swayed to the side with her hands locked together, her golden eyes shining as they observed the building. Satori too had seen the arc and it was just about the most prettiest and curious thing she'd seen so far, she really really wanted to know what caused it.

"It must be a show of power by the gangs in the area." Mary waved her hand to the side, "Is anyone injured or harmed?!" She shouted loudly yet still elegantly, the other hand was on her rapier.

"No one." Chouka bowed her head respectfully, the playfulness one would see was nowhere to in sight, this was a relatively serious matter after all.

"This only serves to reaffirm my thoughts.." Mary bit her nail, considerably annoyed, "Sauvages!"

She tapped her foot restlessly, looking up at the students who were looking at what was happening from their room windows. Instead of afraid, they appeared excited and distraught... Social Media had really numbed people's reactions to things like these... What with violence being a regular broadcast instead of something rarely discussed.

Amou sat on the dorm roof, waving around her feet as she curiously eyed the destruction below, this was definitely something that resulted from a terrorist attack.... or so any normal person would think, but she knew better... or rather, she had this sneaking suspicion the calm and cheery yet spiteful man she followed around had something to do with this.

Either Samuel had done it himself or had it done by someone through money, as such, she laughed loudly, "Amusing!"

One would be a fool to think someone like him would take something he himself considered an affront sitting down.

Amou would confront him regarding this, though there was no doubt in the girl's mind that he was responsible for it.

Tokyo, Japan,

Shibuya Ward,

Samuel POV,

In a silent corner of Shibuya, outside a small house in a relatively calm neighbourhood, a silver haired teenager could be seen staring at the night sky blankly, sitting on his bike silently. The cold ground beneath him and the starry night sky above, the street lamps shed light on his pale face.

Samuel scratched his cheek awkwardly, "I may have gone a bit overboard."

'It's their fault really. What kind of educational institute runs like that?' Echidna expressed her displeasure, they had it a long time coming.... or so any normal person would think, in truth she saw no problem with it. It fulfilled the intended purpose after all. Just, Samuel disliked it so she would too.

The light tapping of feet brought Samuel out of his thoughts and he turned his head, curious as to who could be here at this time.

"Ahh.." The girl was flustered and fumbled around with her hands.

"...Fancy meeting you here." Samuel made signs with his hands, a small smile on his face as the shy and embarrassed girl fumbled around.

======

Share thoughts please.

Well he destroyed the academy, let's see how it goes from here....

Bloke really just let out his annoyance like that lmao, destroyed the school that irked him. They can't do shit back even if they find out it's him cause that'd start an investigation.
