Chapter 87: Devastation
Athena departed after letting out some vague words, her lingering aura and scent scratched his nose like a delicate feather.
"Don't mind her, she's the shy type." Aphrodite hung on his arm with a giggle, not wanting to dwell further on Athena's character.
"Now that this matter is solved, what are we going to do with Hongmeng's little rat?" Artemis' wicked greed persevered and the matter that Yan Sanniang feared the most came into view.
"We aren't in China, I don't think one less will do much difference for them", Aphrodite added making Yan Sanniang frown… Weren't the two of them working together a while ago? That's a god's sense of loyalty for you.
She can't escape with all of them here, is this her end? Not only that but she was badly hurt and depleted after using the last formation...
"Nothing is going to happen…" Alucard's big gun that was floating behind his back, flashed in golden light and transformed into his two pistols.
"She's my guest and I'll be taking her back to China. Any problems with that?" He said threateningly.
"Is your loyalty with China, Ares?" Poseidon asked with venom, they didn't need an Ares affiliated with the immortal, Just one Hades was enough.
"Whether my loyalty is with them or not is none of your business, I brought her here and I'll take her back, simple as that"
Yan Sanniang flashed a condescending smile at him, for all she knew she could have died here and no one would have cared, she didn't belong to Hongmeng anymore.
"I hope you won't forget our deal Aphrodite, I have to go." Alucard freed himself from Aphrodite's clutches and flashed in a blur, taking Yan Sanniang by her hand.
*BOOM!!*
With a sonic boom, he sped back the way they came, leaving the gods in their place.
"What do you think of him, Aphrodite? Is he fit for the role?" Poseidon asked with crossed arms, he wanted to know what judgement would she give of their new addition.
"He's brash, bold, doesn't listen to anyone, doesn't hold anyone in regard, even us… and he's strong, very strong… If we follow by what Hades told me, he wasn't fighting us all out… Feeble Water Stage at least, Great Purity Divine Thunder at most. I can see that attack took all from him, is not something he can use conveniently." She said with a serious expression having somehow gained a kind of understating of Alucard's character.
"That attack just now was at the level of the great perfection supreme purity divine thunder, he might be able to defeat me and Poseidon, step into Zeus and Athena's realm. Do you think we can control him?" Apollo asserted.
Aphrodite stopped for a brief moment, "I don't think we as gods can, but, maybe Athena and I could∼" having said that she flashed with a boom flying towards America.
The other gods also departed to their respective lodgings expecting the moment their plans would come to fruition, and with someone like Ares in their side, the odds were more than guaranteed.

Alucard flew while gripping Sanniang's hand, and shortly after they arrived at the Outskirts of East China.
"We are here, do you want me to take you all the way, or are you okay with being left here." He said with a snicker but didn't release her hand.
Yan Sanniang nodded and bowed slightly, "I thank you for saving my life, If you hadn't said anything, maybe I wouldn't be back home now."
Alucard chuckled, "Don't mind it, I hope you keep your end of the deal."

"Won't you release my hand?" She asked with a deadpan not really trying to shake him off.
"Oh, of course∼" His fangs slanted a tch and he released her hand, the woman's response was to give him a deep gaze.

Yan Sanniang's eyes looked at his, looking for hidden intentions, but she couldn't see anything, she decided to stop looking at then as the more she saw, the more mesmerized she became, and released a sigh, "I don't understand you, why would you want a date with someone like me, shouldn't you be into someone more of your age, young man?"
She said this but even she herself didn't believe it. Trying to picture the image in her head, she came to the conclusion that he must have reached the Karma Fire Realm before defeating Ares... Which meant that he must be more than two hundred years old at least... For the immortals, appearances weren't a modicum to judge age.
What she really wanted to say was, 'Why is a handsome man like you, interested in an old woman like me...'

"Sanniang, you're back." He said turning around with a smile that was not a smile.
"I indeed am Master." She bowed slightly and approached, her body was still injured and her clothes haggard.
The elderly man frowned at her appearance
"Nice, I received a call from Lin Zhiguo not too long ago, reporting me in the progress of the operation as well as your status…" he turned around towards the tv where the breaking news was being broadcasted.
Mysterious and unprecedented explosion in the Pacific Ocean, presumably small meteor.
High tides were reported in Japan, Korea, Taiwan and the west of America, Chile and Panama.
Strong wings and heavy rain reported heavy traffic disruption as a category two hurricane travels from the pacific to Asia.

"Did you have anything to do with this Sanniang?" He asked in with stern. This was a catastrophe, and the fact that their hands were in it could only be described as an international failure.
Yan Sanniang seemed unconcerned as she answered.
"If you were reported about the situation then you should have heard of Vlad Tepes."
"Yes, the man you found in the place the Shadow Hound was supposed to lounge"
"Then it's simple. He's the new Ares, The goddess Aphrodite and me joined hands in a match of sorts to defeat him… That big explosion was one of his attacks." She reported cleanly.
This news hit Yang Gongming like a one-ton hammer.
'My God…' he held his forehead and the troublesome situation they found themselves in.
They had two walking unlawful nukes in China, from which one of them was his grandson.
Let alone one was way worse than the other. And Vlad Tepes seemed to be way more unlawful than Yang Chen.
'What is he doing here in China anyway!? Playing businessman? Go play in Europe or America!?'

Yan Sanniang bowed and left towards Zhonghai.
"Should I tell Pojun about this? No, he's still too young and naive." Yang Gongming sighed and grabbed his tea, but it was empty.
He could only curse at the fact that he sent his attendant away without making her prepare tea first. It was better to focus on the fact that his cup was empty rather than focus on a loose mass genocider and a loose nuke roaming about his territory...
