"Wizard Merlin must not have seen this before. In the Shkedu Dimension, Great Legends would occasionally stumble across a masterless dimension, and enlist the help of some Spell Casters. For safety reasons, they would naturally have to sign a contract. Otherwise, no one would feel secure."

Wizard Luce explained softly by Merlin's side. The provisions of this contract were comprehensive, even stipulating that after Merlin had completed his tasks, he would receive the contract's protection for a period subsequent to leaving the dimension.
