Chapter 78: Asahi vs Shiva - II
Asahi looked at Shiva and Shiva looked back at him, he curiously asked, "Do you think you can fight alongside me now~?" Shiva smirked, "Yeah that I do, I'll join you kid but let's see this out till the end." Asahi dismissively waved his hand, "No not interested." Shiva fell over, after all that this guy wasn't enjoying this fight? was he weak? No Shiva was the third strongest being in this world, that was impossible. Shiva charged at him grinning, "I decide when this is over!" and punched Asahi in the face who blocked the hit and punched back. Shiva tanked it and threw a flurry of punches at Asahi before delivering an upper cut sending Asahi flying in to the sky and punched him in the stomach with both his hands locked together.
Asahi crashed in to the ground before getting up as if nothing happened, his feet lit on fire as he launched at Shiva delivering hundreds of kicks to Shiva burning his hands and then kicking the god in the head burning that side as Shiva crashed into a hill but it didn't stop there Asahi raised his hands and brought them both down as fire dragons descended from the sky both hitting the God at the same time burning him.
Shiva was burnt in various places now as the Indian Gods looked on in shock, even Indra was shocked now if Asahi was this strong couldn't he have just killed most of the Christian Pantheon by himself? Mahabali shouted in shock, "What is with that man?!" Shiva was being beaten back, but Vishnu simply smiled, "That is not enough to bring him down." The Indian Gods had complete faith in Shiva, Mahabali was a relatively new addition so his worry was understandable. He closely observed Asahi, "But that youngster is quite strong, who is he exactly?" Indra shrugged, "How would I know?"
Shiva got up his wounds healing at a visible rate and cracked his knuckles before taking a strange stance, "Kid let me show you why I'm called a God Of Destruction." Asahi raised his hand, "Just a reminder that this is totally unnecessary and uncalled for." Shiva just ignored Asahi since he was enjoying the battle too much, while Asahi sighed he couldn't kill Shiva since his presence was necessary if the Indians were to get involved and he didn't enjoy these types of fights so he could only play along for now.
Shiva delivered an uppercut into seemingly thin air, but that attack ripped apart the land in front of him destroying several mountains, Asahi put a hand on his head, "Damnnn... that's pretty good, I think." He was confused on one hand this was nothing compared to the damage any of his girls excluding the human ones could cause, on the other hand this was supposed to be an attack from the 3rd strongest being in DxD. He shrugged not like strength mattered to him all that mattered was whether there was suffering and chaos involved.
Shiva shouted at him, "Why do you sound like you're confused about that?" Asahi without thinking said what was on his mind, "Oh that's because I am, Shit I said that out loud didn't I?" Shiva was somewhat angered now it was infuriating to be mocked more so when it was done completely unintentionally. Asahi immediately sincerely apologized, "I'm sorry." Shiva sighed, "Kid you realize that would just serve to make someone even more angry right?" Asahi nodded with a smile, his apology losing all credibility because of the smile plastered on his face, in other words his face looked very punchable right now and punch it Shiva did destroying most of the area along with it.
Shiva put his hands behind his head and walked back, "Let that be a lesson for you." Asahi instantly replied, "Sure~" annoying Shiva even further but he was now sure that the war would be fun, if someone like Asahi needs help then there are bound to be interesting opponents there, Asahi smirked at his thought process he didn't in fact need any help, that would make it more fun. Indra grinned, "You're quite strong aren't you boy? So who else did you reel in?" Asahi pondered and answered, "Greece, Asgard, Shinto and now you."
Shiva who heard him looked at him in interest, "Ho, you should've told me that first kid, this ought to make it a lot more interesting, fine we'll join in, I shall send a message to the other three so this alliance is birthed, what'll be the name though?" Ultima landed by Asahi's side and kissed him before standing by his side with a cute smile, Indra grinned, "So you're interested in little kids boy?" Ultima shouted at him, "Ultima is not a kid~!" she looked like a child throwing a tantrum so Asahi took some major damage and quickly covered his mouth, but he looked to the side and laughed, "So bright! but then you realize what's on the inside."
Ultima turned towards him slowly, "What ever could you mean~?" Asahi patted her head and smiled, "Don't worry I love that part too." causing her to give an even brighter smile, Indra chuckled but had a shiver run down his back for some reason. Shiva popped in and questioned, "So what are we going to call it?!" Asahi sighed, "Oh shit I can already see how this is going to end."
A FEW DAYS LATER
Things between the three factions escalated to the point where it had come down to open battles however none of them had declared war on each other because God was for some reason missing therefore Heaven didn't declare it, Lucifer wanted to strike down God so he would wait, while the Grigori who had a grudge against devils due to their nature and heaven due to being cast out also didn't declare war but instead waited for one of the other two factions to do it. No doubt one official declaration would spark a war that would last for a long time with countless casualties, destruction and even get the human world caught up in it, if it wasn't already.
However because they were so busy with each other they had failed to notice the alliance that was in the middle of gathering to intervene in their war taking advantage of it to make their own foundations even more firm and reduce their influence, it being formed by the joining of the Hindu, Shinto, Asgardian and Greek Pantheons while the person who gathered them was mostly a mystery, his identity only being known by the Gods of the respective pantheons themselves, well not like he was trying to hide it nobody had asked it so he kept his mouth shut.
IN AN UNKNOWN PLACE
In a Victorian Style Hall, with a large table at the center, the person in question was laughing his ass off while banging on the table as various Gods shouted at each other like crazy, Odin was laughing his ass off at what was happening while Zeus was also the same, Shiva just ignored everyone else and was hatefully looking at Indra who was giving him the middle finger, Amaterasu was trying to calm everyone down to no avail, what happens when you put in various Gods with different beliefs in one room Asahi had learnt that today, pure and utter chaos like children throwing tantrums.
As to why this happened, well they were trying to come up with a name for the Alliance but everyone had different ideas and so they started shouting at each other and swearing like sailors, Ares shouted, "How about The Bash Their Heads In Alliance!" Athena shouted at him ,"Brother shut the hell up! We should call it the Council of Wisemen!" Thor laughed and banged on the table, "HAHAHA! The Fuck's that?!" Loki laughed as well, "Shush brother! I think she's trying to sound intelligent!" Susanoo shouted, "BLOW THEM ALL AWAY Camp!" Mahabali and Vishnu were calmly sitting by Shiva's sides as he lazed around. "FUCK NO!!" Ares shouted at him, Susanoo shouted back, "WHY THE FUCK NOT??!!!" Baldur looked at them, "How brutish! Council of Beauty!" Vidar immediately shouted, "ARE YOU HIGH BRO?!" Aphrodite pitched in ,"I agree with him!" All of them simultaneously shouted, "WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU TWO?!!!" Aphrodite and Baldur retorted, "It's not my fault I'm beautiful!"
Tsukuyomi looked around in a panic, "I-I think we s-should try to get a-along!" a glass was sent flying her way, "EEEEK!" and she immediately dodged it, Indra chimed in, "How about ROARING RAIDERS!?" Asahi immediately rejected it, "HOW THE FUCK DO YOU EVEN COME UP WITH THAT?!" Indra shrugged, Amaterasu added, "How about the Army of Light?!" Loki laughed and retorted, "HAHAHAHA! WOMAN YOU REALIZE WE'RE GOING UP AGAINST GOD!?" Amaterasu had an 'oh' look on her face as she realized the irony in that name. Artemis shouted, "How about the Virgin Warriors?!" causing all of them to pause and look at her like she was a retard.
Hermes was actually high as he shouted, "WARRIORS OF THE GREEN GRASS!!!" Hel shouted at him, "WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAT EVEN MEAN??!!!" Odin shouted all of a sudden, "BOOB SQUAD!!" Zeus also added, "MAKE RAPE LEGAL!!" everyone simultaneously shouted, "WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?!!!!!!" and Artemis looked at him with a dangerous glint in her eyes. Asahi looked at Shiva, "Don't you care about it?" He shook his head in denial, "Nah, I don't care." Indra shouted at him, "THEN FUCKING CARE!!!" he just wanted to spite Shiva which he managed to do and was now laughing like an idiot.
Ultima was rolling on the ground laughing at literal adults throwing tantrums like children, Ophis pulled on Asahi's shirt and pointed at the Gods, "What are they...doing?" Asahi chuckled, "Having a civilized debate." She confusedly tilted her head, "This is...civilized?" she asked pointing at them. He patted her head, "Aww~" over the past few days they had gotten closer, especially Ophis who was almost always by his side, maybe because of the cookies or maybe because of what she felt from him was unknown.
Hades cackled, "kakakakaka....How about The Harbingers?!" Apollon immediately rejected him, "No sounds too dark, and I am a literal God of the Sun, see what's wrong there?" Hades dejectedly sighed he was really hopeful for that one. Poseidon raised his voice, "how about GO FUCK YOURSELVES?!!" Indra sarcastically shouted back, "GREAT IDEA! WHEN THE ENEMIES SEE US COMING THEY'LL SHOUT 'GO FUCK YOURSELVES! RETREAT!!!RETREAT!!!" causing all of them to laugh at Poseidon.
Asahi sighed and slammed his fist on the table, "How about.....CLIFFHANGER MADAFAKAS!!!!!"
