Synopsis
In her past life, Ye Ling, a girl from the countryside, was consumed by vanity and self-doubt. She died alone, burdened with guilt over her husband, having lived as the quintessential supporting character.
Reborn, Ye Ling embraces her role as a supporting character, hoping to atone for her past regrets. Yet, she discovers that her 'husband from another life'—strong on the outside but gentle within—also harbors feelings for another.
In the end, she simply wants to tell him: "Bro, we're both just supporting characters."

Write a reviewthis is probably gonna be a really long story because 150ish chapters in, we’re still repeating through the same family fighting situations with the shtty biological mom, the fake sister, and the hypocritical two faced people of the compound. the title is literally called leveling up and yet the only thing productive that’s happened is her getting INTO high school at this point. she hasn’t even started it 🤦♀️ and ik it’s more realistic hen the FL isn’t op but the fl right now basically just has a dream and isn’t rlly doing much with like striving for more money making innovations besides selling some food a few times. it’s just moving so slow that i’m getting bored since she doesn’t even fight back against the villains. she can’t beat them and can only talk back with her mouth and run away. except that she’s still incapable of living on her own and ends up coming back only to repeat the same fiasco over nd over again 😖
Loving the strong FL and how she isn’t negative even though she has such a horrible mother. Just believes in bettering herself.
This book started off well. However, there is little character development and story progression, and the story becomes quite predictable. More than 200 chapters is about the FL'S high school life. The plot is essentially - the FL says she doesn't care what others think of her, gets provoked by her mom or others, ends up an emotional mess, and then repeats the cycle. At the beginning, it could be called a story, but as it goes on, it just becomes a series of unfortunate events. It's become rage bait, and that's how a reader is prompted to keep reading. At this rate, the book will have 4000+ chapters. It's a very slow book.
More than 150 chapters and the only thing that seems to be a bit of progress is FL getting to high school. Same sitty plot over and over since the start
