Chapter 2: Chapter Two : Horror, Dreams, The Tower, and The Mage
Davis : "Mmmmm ugghh- HUH- wha, where am I and what the in the world's with these chains, Agghhh."
My vision darted around the pitch black room and I was confused and distressed and found myself shackled, chained and on my knees, and that was when the moonlight shone into the shed, and what I saw was horror.
Davis : "Oh no.. nononononono, all these people, oh and this rotten stench, that means most of these people, they're dead, DEAD, BUT BU- WHY AND WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE ANYWAY!?"
Having the break down of the sheltered life lacking experiences, I've lived this was too much to handle for myself, when the shed doors were opened.
Aria : "Daaaaviiisss~ I hope you're awake- oh there you are awake and fearful at last, hehehe, this is gonna be fun!!"
Aria had openes the doors and was carrying what looked to be a spiked whip, one that could make horrendous wounds.
Davis : "A- Aria, what are going about, and why are these people dead?"
Aria : "BECAUSE THER'YRE FILTHY LIVESTOCK FROM THE COUNTRY AND MEANT TO BE SLAUGHTERED THAT'S WHY!!!!! HAHAHAHA!!!!" After her rant she procceded to whip me relentlessly. This torture would continue on for days, Aria using different methods to bring me pain over and over.
While having to endure the pain and tears I thought to myself at one point,
Davis : (I...I don't know what to say, she and her family do this to people from the country and view them as livestock, how can the people live like this, how-) and then it clicked, everything came together.
Davis : (That's it, the people can't live like this, that's so many are sad and depressed, because the rich and high and mighty treat them this way.... this cannot be.... this isn't right, I'm - I'm going live, I'm going to endure and live through this, I'm going to survive and give these people a love and care unto them that rivals, no, that is greater than anyone could give, the people of the empire aren't my people; however, I will show them the love I had recieved from my home. I will make sure they get to live long enough to know there is a tomorrow, I choose to love them like they are my own. A-will- will--wi--wiiii) I passed out due to the immense amount of pain I had to endure, which was followed by aria's complaining, but the pain felt as though it vanished suddenly. I woke to a marble balcony, situated high in the sky, looking over the railings I could see a land of petals, pink petals at that.
Davis : "Wha- wait where am I? This isn't that shed I was in. Contrary to that shed, this place, it's beautiful and wonderous."
??? : "Indeed it is my friend."
The voice that startled me came from behind and I met the owner that voice, purple eyes, white robes, white hair, a wood staff with a bell and various types of colored cloths, and a face that had a pleasant dreamlike charisma to it making this man look as though he was a dream.
Davis : "Who- who are you?"
??? : "Ahh, yes, my name is Merlin my friend, and I am a mage, The Mage of Flowers."
