By the time Channing was done with the trial's first half, Fang had left Chief Jack in a severely bruised and bleeding condition.
"He is barely conscious. How will he confess?" Channing clicked his tongue. "I needed this to get Elder Walter out of the equation." Fang was not even bothered by what Channing said. His hand moved the kerchief leisurely over his bloody hands. "Fang! This is a big step for ending the war."
With a roll of his eyes, Fang walked past Channing and threw the bloodied kerchief on Channing's face, "That Elder Walter is the loosest thread within the higher-ups. You are a coward, Channing. Just take control and order. I am not going to take account and hold back for your cowardice."
It only made Channing grunt with a few fresh bloodstains on his face from the bloodied kerchief.
