This was a great story when I was reading it a few years ago, man brought into a MMO but as the only player, world may be in a lot more trouble than the game with infinite cannon fodder players.
I read this a while ago but dropped like 200 chapters in. The world building and lore are interesting, but the MC is disappointing. He risks his life repeatedly to simp for a princess who he only knows as a game character. He also continuously contradicted himself at the start by saying that the princess’s kingdom has nothing to do with him, but he’d then go and fight for the kingdom while spouting inspiring words the founder of the kingdom left behind. There’s a few times when he’d interfere in the kingdoms politics and start criticising the leaders of the kingdom with the founders words too. Some of the backstory is cringe as well, there’s was an extremely powerful person who as the story progresses is seen as more and more impressive, yet we learn he was defeated by the ’good guys’ because he was careless and fought by himself against half the world even though he ruled the other half by himself and has renowned subordinates too. Later this same powerful person who’s will remains gifts the MC his OP bloodline even though the MC is simping for the kingdom related to his enemies and hes even allied with one of the main people who killed him- giving strength to someone to carry out the will of the faction who killed him because they were afraid of his strength?
