Chapter 19: First Spar
There was a tense silence.
Suddenly her arms went through a fluid-smooth motion. left, right, up, then back down, before orange sparks flew up in her hands taking the shape of two small disks hovering over both of her fists back in her stance.
She launched a disk at me, using my hands, I formed a ki ball before I slammed it into the disk, there was a loud sound of glass shattering, before it dispersed. "You do not wish to use Magic?" Yao asked in a slight smirk, "Do you want to just stick to using Chi."
I simply smiled in response, "sorry, force of a habit." I closed my eyes tapping to my magic, using my imagination, and my knowledge of the different mystic arts, I opened my eyes, and formed a small energy staff half the size of my body; made Soley out of magic.
She launched another magic disk at me, the orange disk cut through the air like a blade through butter. I swung my staff horizontally smashing it; in return shattering it to pieces.
She frowned for a second, before she closed her eyes, and took a deep breath, she did a few hand movements before the eye holding the time stone opened, up, her eyes snapped open causing it to glow green, with one swift movement, she appeared in front of me. and delivered a punch I caught the fist. Before I delivered a discreet kick, sending her flying across the room.
She coughed, and smirked, "Perhaps I should treat you a lesson on how to treat a lady."
"I'm an advocate for gender equality." I retorted flatly, "I am most certain you can handle it, especially with those times tone of yours."
Yao chuckled.
"Perhaps you should take this fight to the mirror dimension Master?" Mordo asked. "I believe it is beneficial, in order for us to protect the sanctum."
"Due have some Trust in me Mordo, I had planned on all of that soon." As she said that she knocked on the air like she was knocking on the door, the air cracked like glass. Honestly seeing it for the first time in reality really freaked me out, but I was calm on the outside.
"Come along now." Yao said, glancing back at me from over her shoulder; a teasing grin slowly forms on her lips, "Unless you are afraid."
The corners of my lips quirked upwards into a small smirk, "Ladies first." I retorted playfully causing Yao to roll her eyes, "My what a gentleman~" She teased, as she walked through the portal, her hips giving off a natural sway with each step which I admit, my eyes traveled a little too long to her bottom half.
I whistled. Mordo placed a hand on my shoulder, "You are a lucky man." He said his eyes where Yao once left, "Treat her well, or your balls will be cut off and incinerated."
I raised my eyebrow at him. This is talking about the same person who betrayed his own master, dismissing the good she had done out of the bad. So, I didn't really much care for his hypocritical threats.
That is just the movies alone, not counting the Marvel Comics Universe, and since this is the combination of the Dc universe. Yeah, he is in no position to be judging my ass.
I walked off completely ignoring his hand and went into the Mirror dimension following Yao.
Once I entered, I raised my hand and instinctively blasted a house that was sent flying at me to ashes.
I looked to Yao, whose glowing green eyes glinted mischievously through the distance.
"Welcome to the Mirror dimension!" She announced, "In here, The Mirror Dimension is a parallel dimension that allows the user to practice their magical abilities and fight their enemies without the public's knowledge."
"I also assume it allows the user to also warp reality to some degree?" Yao chuckled, and two became three, three became six, before they both lunged at me.
I smirked, as I dodged all of the punches and blocked the kicks with ease, before I launched a Kick at the real Yao. As the clones dispelled, Yao was sent flying. She managed to land gracefully on the side, she put her hands together, and thrusted it out forward.
The buildings that were on the side, bended towards, and crashed into me. Raising my staff in the air, I spun in a circle unleashing a small burst of ki completely incinerating the buildings, before I was met by Yao her fist outstretched. ready to attack. I allowed her to hit me, and I hit her back sending her flying backwards, but she caught herself.
Yao chuckled to herself, before she launched herself back at me. The two of us exchanged blows, punch after punch, kick after Kick. Yao honestly wasn't surprised at how strong Aaron was due to his alien bloodline and how powerful his energy level is.
However, she thought she'd at least put up a bit more of a fight. The more and more she fought, she pulled off every trick she could.
Striking the air with lightning-fast movements; holes broke through the air as crimson energy bands came flying out to restrain him. She launched herself a barrage of punches and kicks at him, much to her surprise, though, he broke the restrains, and started to fight back.
Sweat dripped down her forehead as she tried to fight back but she couldn't, she couldn't hardly remember the last time she had a tough time fighting, or fighting on a level like this where she was so outmatched.
Was she afraid?
Well, if Yao was going to be honest, she was a little bit fearful. Not for her own sake but for earth. Yao wonders what would happen if he decided to turn evil...will she be enough to stop him? Could she stop him? That was a question in on itself.
However, that was at the back of her head. Aaron is a good man from what she has seen, and fear was at the back of her mind, she was enjoying herself. A little too much, but yes. She was also...
Aroused?
Yes, slightly...er...not never maybe a little bit more. It has been quite a while since she had been dominated by a man, or an alien in his case. Once the fight was over, I had pinned her to the ground.
Once again, my lips quirked upwards into a smirk, my eyes traveling down her figure, admiring how good the sweat makes her body look from above her.
"Was that enough testing for you?" I asked in a teasing voice.
Yao stared at me for a long moment more, before...in what seemed like an eternity; she leaned upwards and kissed me passionately.
