Chapter 50: They'll attack tonight?

The one at the other side, Perry, looked at Dal from his communication ball in shock. He thought he was dead. They all thought he was dead.

"How are you still alive?" Perry asked and though Yeon Jin did not know how to respond, he decided to talk in a little priestly manner.

"It's a miracle, isn't it?" He asked, slightly nodding and looked up with a smile.

"Did you not get caught? We couldn't contact you and suddenly got word that you were caught and sent to be tortured by that demon. How did you escape?" Perry asked and Yeon Jin felt a sweat roll down his forehead.

'The person you're calling a demon is right next to me.' He thought. "It's a long story but I couldn't contact you because my communication ball got destroyed. The one who was caught wasn't me." He lied through his teeth. "In fact, the demon doesn't know my face so I still managed to stay in the palace. Don't worry, I am safe."

Perry looked at Yeon Jin in relief.
