Chapter 74: Defeated and Fleeing

The armored vehicle reversed, intending to continue its onslaught.

Alex, naturally, wouldn't just sit and wait for death.

Taking advantage of the space left behind by the armored vehicle, Alex darted directly towards the group of Gale Warriors thugs.

The thugs fired relentlessly.

But they couldn't slow Alex down for a second.

With bullets expended and discarding his pistol to escape, it was already too late.

Alex caught up to one thug and landed a heavy blow directly to the back of his head.

The impact sent the thug's eyes rolling back, and he collapsed to the ground.

Alex grabbed his ankle and dragged him slowly towards himself.

The thug still tried to flee, even as he was on the verge of losing consciousness, crawling forward.

Crack!

The thug screamed in agony as his left leg dislocated at the joint.

A deep, metallic laughter echoed beneath Alex's combat suit.

"Does it hurt? Good, it should!"
