Kiyo gazes at the dimly lit room, the air is filled with a pungent smell that doesn't seem to bother him anymore. His gaze landed
on the three silhouettes standing at the exit of the room, their bloody faces filled with mocking smiles and accomplished looks, as if they'd succeeded in their lifetime goal.
Retracting his gaze from the three repulsive faces, only endless mountains of beast and zombie corpses met his sight.
Of course, this was all caused by him, if not for those that meddled in his plan, leaving him the current state he is.
Kiyo felt his body lose its strength, his vision fading away as he put on a last sarcastic smile on his chiseled face filled with fury.
Kiyo was an averagely built man. His dark-haired curly head rose six feet from the ground, but he lacked the musculature to intimidate anyone. In contrast to the power and strength he possessed.

In a small house in the suburbs of West Sun City.
"Jimmy, I'll f*cking kill you!!"
With a terrifying low roar filled with fury and killing intent, Kiyo suddenly sat up from his bed.
"Huff! Huff!" At this moment, he was covered in cold sweat and panted as he looked around.
'What's going on?! I'm still alive? Wasn't I chewed alive by those beasts?' He thought.
Looking at the familiar yet unfamiliar surroundings, the image of the three silhouettes entered his mind as he was once again filled with rage.
'It seemed like greed is really one of the dominant nature of humans.' He scoffed.
"Too bad! I'm back, and I'll make sure all of you suffer!"
"Kiyo! What the hell are you doing up there?" Suddenly, a furious roar came from the floor below.
It was his mother, the only family he has left, which he lost in this chaotic new world.
"Nothing, mom! I was just playing a Video Game." He shouted back to assure his worried mother.
"Come down here, Yumi is waiting for you at the door." His mother replied.
Suddenly, his face was once again filled with rage as he thought of his experiences. 'She was one of those three that betrayed me, the one whom I trusted the most and caused my demise!'
"Puff!" He tried his best to calm down and resolve this once and for all.
"Be quick, don't make your gorgeous girlfriend wait!" His mom shouted once again as he hurriedly came down.

"What were you doing? Have you forgotten our anniversary?" Yumi questioned as soon as the two met.
A sudden realization struck him, 'Wasn't this the day before the apocalypse descended?' He thought to himself.
Kiyo was brought back to reality as the soft and tender hand of his girlfriend touched his forehead, "Are you sick? Why aren't you responding? Don't tell me you really did forget." She said while pouting.
"N-nothing.." He stuttered, attempting to suppress his anger and disbelief of what happened before his regression.
"I think it's better if we break up, Yumi. I'm sorry but I have to deal with things as of the moment." He said coldly as he walked away.
His girlfriend, now ex-girlfriend, was left in disbelief alongside Kiyo's mother who has been listening to their talk.
Yumi was filled with a turmoil of emotions. Anger, grief, sadness, disappointment, and disbelief filled her with shock as she still couldn't process what had happened.
Tears rolled down her delicate cheeks as she ran out of the area, not knowing where to go to.

Kiyo sat in his motorbike as he recalled everything he experienced in the apocalypse.
Only one thing was left in his mind, 'I have to prepare as much as I can with the time I have left.'
Filled with determination, he drove to the closest bank, withdrawing everything he had, while leaving every precious and valuable thing he had in mortgage.
Overall, Kiyo was able to gather around 2,000,000 Dollars, including the money his father left before he died.

Just as he was planning his preparation for the descent of the apocalypse, a "Ding!" Resounded in his ears.
A transparent reddish black mechanical screen appeared floating in front of him. At the same time, the Onyx Black ring he was wearing lost its usual shine.
The ring managed to grab his attention first, even before checking out the screen floating in front of him.
'Wasn't this the ring I obtained 5 years before my regression?' Kiyo questioned himself as he was confused how it regressed together with him.
As if some comical light bulb appeared atop his head, Kiyo came to a conclusion for everything that happened to him.
'This mechanical screen and this ring might have the answer for my regression, or even be the one responsible for it!' He thought silently.
[ Detecting host… Welcome to the Apocalyptic Domain System]
A few words appeared on the mechanical screen which left Kiyo more confused as he looked at it.
[The system detected the Host's confusion… Generating introductory prompt in the host language]
