Regal Riverwood, the man revered as the legendary Archmage, the mage who stands above all other mages in power and authority, often even outranking other nobles and royalty.
He is a person who doesn't like the restricted atmosphere of nobles, they always have particular standards to maintain their honour and status. All things that mean little to Regal. So, he simply doesn't let these standards stop him.
He lives how he wants in his pursuit of the pinnacle of magic and the exploration of what others and their powers have in store for him.
However, one day in his satisfactory life, he is formally summoned by the king, an invitation that would be very bothersome to decline. He is being given orders...
Orders to… what...?
"How annoying!"

Write a reviewAuthor here leaving a review! This is my first novel and have plenty of ideas! This story is of course a fantasy and magic based story, so I plan to add plenty relating to it. I'm sure it'll be an exciting journey for me and all of you who choose to read it!
I love this take on the summoned heroes cliche! The story being told from the POV of the mage that summons and trains the heroes is so interesting. The grammar is great and each chapter is incredibly long. I'm enjoying the comedy of the main character's POV as well. The only thing that I'd say is a bit negative is the name you chose for the character Hikari Himari. Both of those names are traditional first names for a Japanese individual. If you're intending to use "Earth" culture, it would behoove you to just do a quick google search on typical Japanese family names so that you have the proper balance from where you're stealing a name basis from. Sorry if that's harsh, but as someone from Japan it's a bit confusing to read. I've added it to my library though and look forward to continuing to read!

This novel is great! I can't recommend it enough! The plot? Amazing (I'm not sure if it's original, but at the very least, I've never read a book like it.) Main Character Design? Quirky, but funny.
