Chapter 23: Take over
"After being confronted with reality are you still trying to stay the leader here? You had your chance just for the record and you couldn't manage this village and if you aren't willing to be replaced I'll just have to take over by force."

At this moment they realised that maybe this whole situation might be related to the little boy in front of them.

"Well I don't acknowledge you for now but you're right we need change I am the leader Santo, next is Bunta he's Hanabi's grandfather." Santo introduced the two men in their group but not the old woman.
"And who are you old lady?"
"Okami-kun you can call me Sobo—san if you'd like she said."
"No I already have a grandmother so calling you Sobo-san too will make it difficult for me."
"Mhh then call me Auntie Zugari. I am just like Bunta an elder of this Village and also the matriarch of the Yokin Clan." She introduced herself also mentioning her clan.
"So be it from now on I'll call you Auntie Zugari. Santo bring me all the Scrolls about this villages Jutsus, about the villages income and expenditure and finally the information on all the Clans, families and Shinobi staying in the village." Okami didn't like to waste his time because he had already spend more than half a year on this side project of his and he was eager to get to the Chinoike-Clan.
In less than half an hour all the Scrolls were delivered and nobody really cared about how a little boy had bovine their leader because one they were already fed up with their last leader, second the boys image was really good within their hearts and third Okami had already eliminated all of the people that might pose a threat or problem for this take over.
Nakidori Village has three big Clans the Yokin Clan, the Shitose Clan and finally the Nakidori Clan which was also the reason for the Villages name the only Clan with an Kekkei Genkai was the Nakidori Clan they had one related to "vibration" they used it mostly for espionage.
"Ai, It seems like they have not found an offensive or defensive application for their Kekkei Genkai."
[Boss in this world they've little time for experimentation because of the lack of security and also most people die young so the ones growing old will be those playing it safe so even less chance of having innovations. The only reason for there being so many Jutsus and inventions in the series is because Konhagakure is bigger and gives more people living there more of a sense of security also the second and third Hokage have done much for the villages stability.]

[The reason why this village has formed might be because of their Kekkei Genkai they used that to gather people who're trying to survive and in this cruel world hiding in such an desolate location like the land of Mountains makes one less of an target. Okami was really annoyed by how these people were so uncreative and unresolved.
"This Place is a mess Okami-kun. They're near bankruptcy and the highest mission they have accepted this year is B-level. It would've been easier to create a village from nothing than to start with this." Jin was looking through the scrolls and couldn't stop frowning Nakidori-Village was basically just like what the Kaguya Clan was earlier a few thousand people living in a location without much power and in danger of being weeded out by greater villages.
"Jin you don't see the potential of this place yet." Okami said with an smile he had already a vision of a village hidden in the mountains where the most annoying shinobis would come from.
"Sensei we have a base not a big one or a great one but this base is just like we ourselves because it can be whatever we want it to be." Okami said.
The very next day Okami begann to reform the village, his first rule became to build an academy because most families trained their children by themselves and as such there were weak and strong Shinobi already because the lacked necessary knowledge.
The second thing Okami focused on was getting the village out of the red numbers and his plan was easy "stealing" or rather borrowing in this world there are only so much resources and if you aren't strong you don't deserve those resources because they will put you just into an problematic situation where those strong will focus on you.
He looked at the map and tried to find each and every Clan and village in the land of Mountains and he would talk to each one those willing to join his village could do so those unwilling would become data for his future path.
"Ai what do you need to scan to get information on an kekkei Genkai?"
