Chapter 34: Conversation and plans for heaven!
I looked Riser in the eyes and smiled. "You asked me, 'why are you here?' And I will tell you. You see Riser. I know what it's like to lose. To feel so desperately that you're right, yet to fail nonetheless. It's frightening, turns the legs to jelly. I ask you to what end? Dread it. Run from it. Destiny arrives all the same. And now it's here. Or should I say, I am" I said to him coldly. Focusing my aura on him so he would feel the pressure behind my words. "Rias Gremory is my friend and I swore I would help her to get out of this arranged marriage, and I keep my word. Phenex or not. No flame burns brighter than mine. Back out now or you will be forced to submit."
Riser grimaced followed by a sneer "You will soon burn in the flames of the phoenix human! Mark my words!" He said. Grayfia was still looking at me warily but moved on and glanced at Riser. "Sirzechs-Sama had already set out a plan in case of a dysfunctional meeting between lady Gremory and Lord Phenex. A rating game can be set in decider as to whether your marry or not. Do you both accept?"
Rias looked ecstatic, whereas Riser frowned. "Must we fight to decide such a thing dear Rias? It is for the sake of the survival of all devils." Rias looked to him with a raised eyebrow and disgust before looking back to Grayfia.
"I accept" Rias said with determination before looking to me with a smile. I nodded my head at her with a kind smile. She flushed and turned away again, trying to hide it.
Riser shook his head before turning to look at Grayfia. "Very well. I accept. I will give you 10 days to train your pitiful peerage" He said with a small amount of hatred. He looked to Rias and around the room. "Are these all the peerage members you have Rias? A small girl for a rook, a pretty boy knight and gorgeous queen" He said with disappointment and a wink to Akeno at the end of the sentence.
Rias was fuming and made to reply but Riser continued. "You should know that I have a full set" he said before a magic circle bursting with flames appeared behind him. 15 girls appeared and I observed them, looking over their powers and such. None of them were anything special. The only notable people in the peerage were Riser and Yubelluna.

"Rias. Why is the human boy staring at Yubelluna?" I was interrupted from my thoughts by Riser addressing Rias. Rias looked to me with a raised brow and I shrugged my shoulders in confusion, must have been when I was observing her.
"I don't know" Rias replied bluntly. Riser sneered at me before smirking "You jealous filth?" He asked me. I yawned in my hand and spoke "Nah, not really mate. She's hot though, I'll give you that. Good catch"
"Hahaha. 'Good catch' he says. You'll never get someone like this. Yubelluna come here" Riser says mockingly towards me and his queen made her way to him. Riser forces a kiss on her whilst groping her breast, meanwhile the queen responded with moans, which were clearly fake but well trained. 'Ah you poor woman' I thought as I looked at her and shook my head. I quickly thought of a new skill.

Do I get anything in return for showing you such a skill, I can teach you it after" I said to him. He looked at me with narrowed eyes. "I'll give you some precious metal if You teach me this skill. After I witness it of course" He said as some Uru appeared before us. I internally smirked 'Ah, the good, good'
"May I look at the metal?" I asked him and he nodded. Everyone was currently looking between us with raised eyebrows, following the conversation, but still confused as to what was happening. 'They do not understand. Such a thing is a very valuable skill to men.' I thought to myself.
I walked to the metal before picking it up which caused a few eyebrows to raise. 'Oh shit, this is meant to be heavy as fuck' I thought before putting it back down. I can now successfully make Uru. How lovely.
"Uru. A lovely metal. But I have it in abundance, it is not worth anything to me" I said looking towards Riser and he looked at me like I was an idiot. "What do you mean you have it in abundance? It is one of the rarest, if not the rarest metal known the mankind and the supernatural!"
I used my creation magic to make bars and put them in front of me. Stacks upon stacks of it. "This is a little of what I have" I said and they all looked towards me with wide eyes. "A-Arthur! Where did you get all of this" Rias practically shouted at me. Meanwhile a silence barrier appeared over Grayfia and a small magic circle was at her ear, though I could still hear what she was saying. She was speaking to Sirzechs about a trade deal with me to get some of the fine metal.
"Its a secret!" I said to her with a wink. I looked towards Riser again and he was looking at the bars of metal "I heard your family makes phoenix tears. Would that be correct?" I said to him and he looked up from the metal and nodded "Yes we do" I nodded my head at the confirmation of my question before replying "Do you have some with you?" I asked and he nodded before pulling on out a glass with gold linings.

"I'll give you 1 pound of Uru for one phoenix tear. What do you think?" I asked him politely. 'I wouldn't mind making them and selling them off'. Ravel looked to her brother and rapidly nodded. Riser looked to the metal before looking to me. "Very well" He said and chucked the vial to me. I produced a pound of Uru and set it at his feet. "A pleasure doing business with you" I said with a grin as I analysed the vial of liquid. I could now make Phoenix tears
"Now how about showing me that skill" Riser said with a grin and I smirked and shook my head. "A preview if you will" I said before teleporting to Yubelluna "Sorry dear" I spoke to her and touched her arm before activating 'INSTA-O'. She looked at me before with a raised eyebrow. Everyone, including Grayfia was now watching.

Everyone watched as the queen of Riser dropped to her knee's, releasing a strangled noise and a substance leaking onto the floor from between her thighs. 'It was super effective!' I thought to myself as I looked to the girl who was now convulsing on the floor. "H-H-H-Holyyy fu-u-uck" Yubelluna spoke whilst she was shaking.
Throughout all of this, Ophis was sitting on one of the couches with a pout, mainly because the chicken had run out. I smiled at her and gave her some more before patting her head. She went back to silently watching and eating.
Kiba being the honorable knight he was, turned away from the scene. The girls however were looking towards me shocked. "Ara Ara Arthur-san~ Can you do this to all women?~" Akeno asked me as she looked to Riser's queen. "Hehe. Yes I can. You interested Akeno?~" I teased her, but it was put to a stop by a blushing Rias.
"Enough Akeno" Rias said sternly. Grayfia was looking back and forth from Yubelluna who was still on the ground with shaking legs, to me who was snickering. "Sorry about the carpet Rias." I said to Rias.
"Human! You must teach me this skill in return for doing this to my queen!" Riser demanded with an evil grin on his face. I ignored him and looked to the girl on the floor "Are you okay Luna-san?" I asked the purple haired female. She looked to me from the floor with mascara running from her eyes and a smile. "T-T-That was the most intense orgasm I've ever had" She said shakily. "Haha, sorry Luna-san. Here." I said reaching towards her to get her off the floor. She looked at my hand and grabbed it before attempting to lift off from the floor. She failed due to her legs shaking so I picker her up in a princess carry. "Rias, would it be fine if she used one of the showers or baths?" I asked the red head and she nodded so I turned away from the group in direction for the shower room.
"What do you think you are doing with my queen?" Riser asked with anger. "Taking her to a shower room to cool off. Its my fault she's like this after all." I said to him without turning around.
I took her to the shower and created some new clothes for her. A matching pair of what she had on. I ran her a bath and set the clothes aside with a towel. "Be sure to give someone a shout if you need some help" I said to her with a smile and she nodded. "Sorry by the way. I kind of just picked the first person I could think of" I finished. She shook her head "No, its fine. Between me and you, Riser can't do shit, with the amount of experience he has, he's a bit shit" Luna said with a small laugh.
"Hahaha. Yeah I could tell from your twos actions earlier" I said with a small laugh. Yubelluna laughed and blushed. "Yeah. Its embarrassing for him to do it to us in public, but we can't really turn him down. Ever." She said with a small frown. I gave her a sympathetic smile and turned off the bath.
"Would you like to rinse off before getting in the bath?" I asked her and she nodded. "It was quite a pleasant experience honestly, so I thank you for it either way. I haven't had one in a while" She said with a small laugh and I returned it. "Haha, any time Luna" I said with a wink.
"Do you need anymore help or can you do the rest?" I asked and she smiled. "I'm fine thank you" Luna replied. "No problem Luna, my fault anyway. You clothes and towel are here. See ya" I said with a wave before teleporting back to the club room.
I appeared back in the ORC and caught everyone attention. "You were gone a while" Rias said suspiciously. "ahah. Yeah, me and Luna were talking for a bit" I said with a smile and she narrowed her eyes with a frown. Riser practically growled "What did you do with her?!" He said, releasing his aura. "Bruh, chill the fuck out. I ran her a bath, she's probably in it now" I said to him.
I turned to Ophis and smiled at her. "Come on my little dragon. Its home time." I said with a smile. She appeared on my shoulders and I chuckled. I stored all of the Uru, other than what I gave to Riser in my inventory. "Wait! You need to give me that skill!" Riser shouted at me and I sighed.
Grayfia then spoke. "Lord Arthur. The Lucifer would like to speak to you tomorrow at 6 in the same place as last time. Please be there." She said politely. "Hm. I might be there, I'm not really sure what im doing tomorrow. I haven't gone to heaven yet, I might visit them" I said to Grayfia and she grimaced. "Might I ask what you would go to heaven for?" She asked with concern. I shrugged and replied "I always thought angels were cool looking and I like the wings they have. How does one become an angel anyway?" I asked.
"A-are you thinking of becoming an angel Arthur?" Rias asked me nervously. "I totally would. Well, as long as I don't have to serve someone and can have sex, but I could probably work a way around that. Primordial angel of infinity has a nice ring to it I think." I said and Grayfia stepped forward suddenly "Please rethink your decision my lord. Being a devil also has a lot of advantages" She said sternly, in a panic at what she just heard. Sirzechs had told her that having Arthur would undoubtedly help the devils in case of war due to his power being on par or above his own.
It could lead to the downfall of devils if he joined another faction. It didnt help with the fact, she has just learned that the dragon God Ophis regards him as an older brother.
"Mmm. I'd rather not be in the underworld too much. It wasn't exactly the warmest of welcomes from ANY of the devils I met when I went. I got threatened, my lover was put in danger and I was attacked. All in the first visit. Don't really want to be surrounded by people like that to be honest." I said to Grayfia with a slight frown.
Grayfia's eyes widened and she visibly panicked when she couldn't come up with an excuse for the behavior of the devils. "I don't remember getting a sorry from anyone other than Sera either. Yeah, no. I'd rather not" I said with a slight frown. Grayfia took a step closer "Please come to talk with the Lucifer tomorrow. We can come up with a solution" She asked, no longer with a calm façade.
Rias was also growing worried. If Arthur joined the angels, they would most likely not be able to see each other. As well as the fact, she knew roughly how strong he was. The devils could never win in case a war breakouts. "Arthur. Don't go to heaven." Rias said with worry.
I turned to her with a raised eyebrow. "Why not?" I asked Rias. She seemed to rack her brain before smiling and moving closer to me "Because then, me and you wont be able to sleep with eachtoher anymore~" She said, whispering in my ear. "Seduction techniques Rias? Really?" I said to her with a frown.
"W-wait! No, that-" Rias started. I sighed and spoke "Don't worry about it. I'm just going there to see what they do. I'll probably start visiting Gods and shit afterwards, just to get to know everyone." I said before tapping one of the legs hanging over my shoulder. "Right then little one. Lets go. Bye everyone" I said before teleporting out with Ophis.

Sirzechs was sitting at his desk in the underworld, waiting for his wife to get back from watching over the meeting with his little Rias and that bastard Riser.
A familiar light shone in his room with Grayfia appearing.
