Chapter 2: Death and Reincarnation
Hello guys, I am Divakar and I will be with you throughout the whole novel, meaning I will be the mc of this novel although you will know me as Issei in the future. Now without wasting more time let me tell you how I died and why does this story start with my death. Well because it's a reincarnation story that's why.
On the 1 of July in 2023 I became 20 years old and it was my last day alive as Divakar.
A small girl was playing with a ball but her ball got in the middle of the road. She goes to get it but suddenly a car comes towards her in a high speed. When I tried to save her I got killed in the process.
Right now I am in front of a god.
Why?
Why an old god?
Why not a beautiful goddess?
Isn't the reincarnation department handled by a goddess?
As if reading my thought, the God says "Yes, the reincarnation process is handled by goddesses. But *sigh* they are not on work today."
As I heard this I asked "Hey old man, I understand if I sigh after hearing this but why are you doing it?"
He smiles a little and says "Because then I can watch them work and all of them. You can't understand boy, you have been a virgin for 20 years."
Emotional damage.
"I watched your life boy. An only child who can earn, a retired old father, an ill mother and a brother who was completely disabled from birth and then finally you died. Quit bad if I say so."
*sigh*
I let out a heavy sigh. Every word he said is true, just thinking about when they will know about my death and thinking of their sad faces makes my heart hurt.
"Hey boy" as I was thinking all this the old man says "You have done some really good karma so I can grant any five of your wishes."
My heart blooms from happiness after hearing his words.
"But" as I was thinking he says between my thoughts again "remember you have only five wishes so use them carefully." he warns.
"I have decided"
"Oh"
The old man or god whatever bends a little forward placing his hand on his chin.
"My first wish is that my parents and my brother forget about my existence and someone take care of them till they die."

"Ok. What's your second wish?"
"My second with is that my parents become a part of the richest people in India." that will help them financially.
"Hey boy, don't just use your wishes for your parents"
"I know, I know"

"My third wish is I get reincarnated in the world of 'High School DxD' as Issei with strongest sacred gear and keep the whole story unchanged."
"Oh, that's an interesting wish, nice one boy but it will have some minor changes due to some reasons."
"Ok, No problem."

"My fourth wish is that I get all of the elemental powers"
"Interesting. Okay but remember that you have to start small and level up to get to be able to harvest the top tier powers and skills."
"Okay "
"So what's your final wish boy"
"Well I haven't decided it yet. How about you recommend me something."
"How about a system with a starter pack"
"Okay, that will do can you add a skill like great sage to it."
"Yes, however you will first feel headache when you will use great sage for first couple of times"
"No problem" I said with a small smile.
"So, are you ready to embark on your journey to your new life" the old man said with a grin.
Not understanding what his grin meant I replied "Yes, I am ready." at that time I did not think that my whole life will become a mess in the end.
"Ok I will start with the process of reincarnation" the old man said.
"Okay" I replied.
When he was done, I felt a force sucking me in.

After some time the small child appeared out of thin air and turned in a beautiful hot woman. Yes, she was the same girl who was saved by our mc.
"So you send him into that twisted World ." She said. She was the definition of beauty and even her voice was so alluring that if any man saw her or even heard her voice, he would have gone crazy.
"Yes" the old man replied.
"I hope that he remains safe" said the woman.
"He has to. He is our last hope to protect the energy world as if it gets destroyed our dimensions energy will not be stable enough to stop him from coming" said the old man with a worried face.
"That's why you made him die." Said the woman.
"That was the only choice we had." replied the old man.
"I hope it goes all well"
"Is that why you gave him your blessings even after I gave him five wishes and so much power" asked the old man.
"I was worried. He died trying to save me even if I didn't need saving." replied the woman.
"You know that a relationship between a mortal and goddess only brings disaster." the old man said with a little angry tone.
"Well I think that he will exceed all of our expectations." said the woman.
"I hope he does" said the old man.

Unknown to this conversation I was traveling in complete darkness having no semblance of any light anywhere. And if you ask how do I know that I was travelling, well it was because I still feel a force sucking me towards it, but rather than pain it felt completely comfortable and relaxing.
As I was to embark on a my journey to a NEW WORLD.
