The universe is vast. Its Verses are endless.
When the Ascension Program began, many worlds were pulled into it. Humanity was one of them.
Every person was cast into a strange new land and stripped of comfort.
Some fought. Some died. Others adapted.
Separated from his family, Kai didn’t ask for much — just time.
He believed that sooner or later, humans would come to dominate this world.
So he became an alchemist.
With a quiet room, a pile of herbs, and a couple of Gifts, Kai chose the slow path — brewing pills, learning, and surviving day by day…
…until he could one day reunite with his family.

The Alchemist is part of a series called Ascension Program, which follows multiple main characters across the same Verse.
The first arc of Kai’s story is fully written and will be updated daily.
Once it concludes, the second story — Absolute Control — will begin.
