I unlocked some chapters for an event to get the badge and decided to give it a read because I spent passes on it, so why not? This... MC is so shameless he gave me secondhand embarrassment 😂😂😂 But his interactions are funny. Nonetheless, it was an interesting read. I unlocked and read until Chapter 91. Poor little lightning rat lol can't escape the MC no matter what
Wow! I didn't think I'd enjoy this much. I even started and stopped the manhua versions twice, after 20-30 minutes, a while back. Pet stuff felt too much like Pokémon, and I was 20+ years old when that came out. I've read at least a thousand series of sci/fi fantasy novels/manga/manhwa/manhua/litRPG/light novels/graphic novels over 45 years. I ended up switching to the web novel version of this after the manhua started getting confusing and skipping too many details during my 3rd attempt at this story. Ended up being a great decision. I'm a fan of the "Wheel of time", "Game of Thrones", tons of: Piers Anthony, Isaac Asimov, Frank Herbert, Tolkien, etc. Astral Pet Store is outstanding. Top 20.
it's a solid work, (as far as these things go anyway) it's complete too so it's definitely worth checking out! and as far as this subgenre is concerned this one is pretty good!
The Translition Quality is good and the story development is good. especially the Mc, from my standpoint of view he's quite rationally overly calm and collected. Every Characters birth by the Author has special uniqueness that canes from their own species. Technically, what really struck me is the emotion that gives between the pets and the MC. Their relationship got me that I got emotional. and, the owner of Lightning Rat, Heck!! why the hell did you kill him, Author? For experience? and, double Heck!! What kind of Luck does this Lightning Rat have? For it to survive two times in a row, from blue planet versus the deep cave to the Federation fighting does Weird Worms and aliens. It Survive Twice a row and it got me twice a row, ok? the second was the little skeleton. It was the second pet he summons but the first pet that he contract. I cried hard when he sacrifice he's life to the MC. Overall, I really like the Story.

It’s a great novel definitely worth reading if you like fantasy and action and drama and development all in one book
world creation and background is fine but the main character seems to be shameless and arrogant and the side characters is also very dramatic .
Great story but terrible ending. Some characters are just forgotten with no satisfying closure. Still, it was a good read.

Me encanta la historia, no empieza muy bien pero a medida que avanza se vuelve muy interesante, aunque el MC es demasiado lunático para mí gusto pero las batallas y las mascotas están bien elaboradas
translation not bad, a few places where wrong words used and syntax story development great, I was really able to get into the story characters at the end seemed to deteriorate , ending could have been extended last part of book seemed to be rushed. but overall, good characters world background was good to. overall, book was a good read
The book that you shouldn’t judge by it’s cover, but by the intricate lines carved into its pure bed.
great book, ver well thought out... until the end. probably one of the laziest endings of any book I've ever read. other the literal last page it's good
it was serious when it said he would be better off without the system. he doesn't control what he does, like, at all. I'm only giving 3 stars because i didn't read many chapters, and it might become better. but even if his "authority" is increased, the very premise of the system is dumb
This story started off well enough. There were rules and, although the system was aggressive and oppressive, it would help him get stronger AND educate/guide him. However, after about 200 chapters the store, skill explanations, skills, battle pets, pet food, his moms injury, and basically everything else about the store plot is shifted to an eastern cultivation fantasy. Many faces are slapped. the MC is the most arrogant, selfish, and insane person. The MC isn’t the problem, though. the problem is the complete lack of mentioning the store, the MC cultivation only gets to the 7th rank, but can kill people in Fate Rank with a pet skill, and the laws or rules the author states in the beginning get constantly broken by the later chapters. Such as, Joanna being SHOCKED that someone can manipulate time and space, but then the purple dragons can use it easily. Then it becomes any star rank can reserve time and manipulate space. I’m at chapter 538 and the author still hasn’t mentioned what happened to a lot of the pills, items, and things the MC ordered to heal his mom and took out of the space cracks….. I think this was two stories the author was working on and the stories were close enough in concept that the editor told the author just to smash them together at chapter 200ish and no one will know. It’s like a different book once the elite tourney starts.
the story was shaky in the beginning but the build was awesome i was stuck to the book I loved the story and only have minor complaints great book overall

I read the description of the book and honestly I wont read it!! Scenes the MC cant have pets and he cant gain an affinity to pets then its not worth it to read a book about beast taming/pets!
I heard this story was good, but honestly I was so bored that I couldn’t even make it 10 chapters. Out of all the novels I have read, this was the 1st I dropped so early.

An enjoyable, well told and heartfelt story as the characters developed. Su Ping was always focused on getting stronger and learning side by side with his pets. They were more than just pets to him. They were a family which built a strong bond making them all closer and stronger. If you want a good read, then I suggest you give this story a try
This story feels like it was written by a group of drunkards in a bar, mind you, the drunkards never once met..the first guy starts the books then gets too drunk to finish it so he leaves his unfinished work in the bar and heads home, the next guy sees it and decides to continue..and so on it went till the last guy finished it..you can’t convince me it was written by one person..it’s like the author keeps forgetting the plots and just wings the story..it’s so bad!! The MC is frustratingly arrogant, in the most useless ways…he should have died a million times but the author kept forcing him to stay alive..I truly get angry when I remember that I ever read this shit
