Chapter 5: Incoming Danger.
After I finished the Altar ,I went to sleep and when I woke up it was the next day. I walked out to see Mittelt. She walked over with an apologetic expression ,like she did something bad.
"What's wrong ,Mittelt?"
"I might have accidentally told my superiors about you."
"And? Did you only reveal me or did you tell them anything else?"
"Well ,they pressured me into saying everything ,I kept quiet about your energy ,but they'll notice it as soon as they see you. They think your a normal human for now though."
Damn. That's basically the same as telling them everything. They might come to check me out in a couple of days. I have time to prepare. All this took me two days ,although it gets harder ,I should hurry up and attune myself. According to what I know ,Astral Energy and Starlight are two different things and I can't substitute them. I make a gold ingot using half my energy. I dig a hole and pour a bucket of starlight in it. I then make a chunk of wood. I throw it in the starlight as it coats in it. After a while it becomes Enchanted Wood. I make a second piece of enchanted wood. Then I make 3 lens' ,grab 2 runed marble ,and 2 aquamarine. I use the rest of my energy to make a Medium Crystal and I create a Lens after recovering my energy. I make a Low Crystal and grab 2 chunks of wood. I grab 4 sticks and place them on the altar and make a Linking Tool. I create a huge block of iron ore and grab a chunk. I put the rest in storage and I set down the chunk. I place the lens a meter in front of it and use the Linking Tool to link the lens with the place the ore is at. Now the starlight will transmute that iron chunk into a chunk of Starmetal Ore.
I grabbed 3 sticks a chunk of wood and I created 2 gold ingots with 80% of my energy. I grabbed my looking glass and put them all on the altar. I used the rest of my energy to merge them and create a telescope. I place the telescope down for later. Whenever you craft a Lens ,It makes 2 Lens'. I put down both and they are both transmuting iron ore. After a while ,I make a huge block of stone with my energy and take 8 chunks. I put the rest into storage and I use my energy to craft an Astral Smelter. I smelt down the Starmetal into ingots ,I create a Low Crystal. I grab 2 Aquamarine ,4 runed marble ,and I make a Spectral Relay. I put them together and I create an Attunement Altar. Afterwards I start making all the blocks for the structure. I grabbed 4 runed marble ,made 80 arched marble ,12 marble pillars ,and 4 chiseled marble. I spent the rest of the day and half a night making 225 chunks of sooty marble. I hate existing ,but Mittelt told me that my reserves are now on par with a 6 Winged Angel. I spent the rest of the night building the Attunement Altar Structure ,so that I can use the Attunement Altar. After dying inside for another half a night ,I finished. Before I started ,I remembered to map some constellations before day time. I only grabbed Armara and Discidia before working on the Attunement Altar. I grab my map of the Armara Constellation in one hand and start placing relays in the order of Armara. It's day right now ,so I have to wait until night before I can attune myself ,so I decided to talk with Mittelt.
"Hey ,Mittelt?"
"Yeah ,what's up Hoshi?"
"Do you wanna learn Astral Sorcery?"
"Huh?"
I'm a little bored doing this by myself ,so I invited Mittelt to join me in Astral Sorcery.
"How does that work?"
"I just need to make a scroll of written expertise and you should be able to gain Astral Energy and start on your quest of Astral Sorcery."
