Chapter 29: Back Again

Arriving near Shar Town, Fu Yang looked toward the barricade erected by the officials. It seemed like ever since last year's events, they had sealed off this area.

"Mister Fu, were you curious about the Mystic Realm I was talking about? We are at the same location as the Mystic Realm depicted in the rumors."

Fu Yang frowned at Ming Ze's words. It appeared that his Mystic Realm and the one from the rumors were the same.

But where did the idea of a Half-Blood being the key to opening the Mystic Realm come from?

If that was the case for the unexplored part... It meant that Ming Ze should really follow him!

At the thought of such a possibility, Fu Yang sighed with exasperation. It seemed like he wouldn't be able to get away from this person any time soon.

To calm himself down, he took out his Energy Phone and called his kids. Talking to those three helped calm him down.

"I'm going to call my disciples and son, please be silent for a moment."

Hearing Fu Yang's request, Ming Ze nodded. This was a private time between family, and he understood that it should be respected.

However, Ming Ze couldn't stay still. He leaned a little closer to see the children on the phone, but to his dismay, it wasn't a video call. It was just a regular call.

Fu Yang ignored whatever Ming Ze was doing as he talked to his kids. He didn't want to ruin the mood just because he was irritated by that guy.

As they finished talking, Fu Yang took a deep breath. He needed to stay calm. He couldn't let his irritation get to him. Before encountering the 7-Star Black Panther, he shouldn't let his composure crumble just because of this annoying person.

Fu Yang kinda regret saving him. However, at least the war may not happen.

When Fu Yang arrived near the Mystic Realm territory, he took out the box containing the Aptitude Seeking Mirror.

Suddenly, the box became big enough to form some sort of portal.

Seeing the box become a portal, Ming Ze was stupefied. He had never encountered anything like that in his life.

Although there were some inventions that made teleportation possible, they always came in large sizes. However, this box became a portal without needing any outside support.

"I must admit, you have a great backing, Mr. Fu."

Fu Yang didn't say anything in response to Ming Ze's comment and just entered the portal. Not wanting to be left behind, Ming Ze followed suit.

Fu Yang had learned about the function of this portal when he became the Owner of the Mystic Realm. Now, he could come and go back to the Mystic Realm whenever he wanted.

Fu Yanh still remembered to this day how he became the owner.

Right after the 7-Star Black Panther left him in the room, he found a strange insignia on the rock.

Curious, he touched the insignia. As soon as his fingers traced the insignia, a bright light surrounded him. In this state, he felt a burning sensation within his right chest. It seemed like the insignia was now being tattooed on him.

He clenched his teeth against the burning sensation, trying to resist fainting from the pain. When it was finished, he fainted on the spot.

After he woke up, he immediately looked for the exit of the Mystic Realm.

Unfortunately, the exit of the Mystic Realm was near the location of a family of 5-Star Fiery Lions.

As soon as Fu Yang went out of the Mystic Realm, the Father Fiery Lion immediately set off to chase after him.

At that time, he didn't confront the Fiery Lion. He didn't have the courage to do it. Receiving a full blow from the Fiery Lion meant death for him.

Fortunately, he was able to escape as the barrier protected him. However, he still got a big scratch from the Father Fiery Lion.

To this day, that scratch was still on his back, forever reminding him of that unfortunate event.

Now, a year later, Fu Yang was back where he started his journey to become a Good Master.

Entering the Mystic Realm, Ming Ze carefully looked around. After all, he was new to this place, so it was better to be safe than sorry.

"As your strength hasn't fully returned yet, just stay beside me. Understood?"

Hearing Fu Yang's instructions, Ming Ze nodded. It seemed that in order to survive in this Mystic Realm, he needed to follow everything Fu Yang said.

Fu Yang didn't rush immediately toward the location indicated on the map in the Cultivation Book. He had studied the map all night to formulate a plan, so he didn't need to consult the book for guidance. His memory was enough for now. Besides, he didn't want Ming Ze to see his book.

Seeing Fu Yang being extremely familiar with the Mystic Realm, Ming Ze sighed with relief. They should be able to survive here if Fu Yang had already been here.

But his relief didn't last long as he heard what Fu Yang said next.

"Don't make any noise while we're here. There's a 7-Star Black Panther residing here."

Just hearing the words "7-Star Black Panther" made Ming Ze freeze on the spot.

He thought there might be a 1- or 2-Star Monster Beast here, but a 7-Star Monster Beast?

Wasn't Fu Yang taking his life lightly? Did he want to die? Why did he bring him here if Fu Yang wanted to die?

Sigh, he shouldn't have gone together with this suicidal maniac.

"Can't we leave?"

As fear slowly took over him, Ming Ze really wanted to get away from there. He cherished his life too much. He had just escaped from a kidnapping, but now he was on a suicidal mission with this psychopath.

"No, I can only come here but not go out. We will find the exit after I finish what I need to do."
