Elder Yu charged towards Songshan city immediately after leaving the tomb; he did nothing to slow down- running even faster than a rabbit! He wasn't afraid of Lin Yi snatching the qi gathering pill, but he found out that he was poisoned!

Before exiting the tomb, after being shot by arrows, Elder Yu thought that it wasn't a big deal to be bothered but after getting out of the tomb. He felt that his head was starting to spin, and there were rashes all over his body! According to Elder Yu's analysis, he was probably poisoned! 

He did consume an antitoxic pill- this was one of the special pills created by hidden house, it could neutralize most of the poisons, so he thought that he would be fine after consuming it.
