Synopsis
Derek Yale was your ordinary working class adult. Recently engaged and searching for a house, he needed a method to blow off steam. For him, blowing off steam meant browsing Anime and Manga. His favourite, One Piece, had hit the pinnacle of its success, running since the year of his birth. The only difference between him and a majority of fans was that he enjoyed seeing the marines, rather than the pirates. People like Garp, Sengoku, Kong and Tsuru were heroes to him. After a mysterious passing in his sleep, he found that he had been given another chance, but it wasn't the world he remembered...

The story is interesting, to say the least! It's a book set in the One Piece world, so the background isn't exactly the Author's creation. But the novel itself is interesting. As a One Piece fan, I'm not sure I'm cool with there being a 'Water Logia' but I see potential for it, so I'll keep reading! The only issue I take with the writing is that it is written in a very Japanese style, like this: [Okay, I said!] {Robert} Writing like this just comes across as lazy to me. I'd much prefer: "Okay, I said." Robert answered, turning to the side. Or something along those lines.

Very interesting character and world building. It has the familiarity of the One Piece world and the MC goes through this world like it's real-life game. The storyline is an altered One Piece timeline, so it makes this kind of approach possible. Looking forward to see the future development of this story.
