Chapter 77: Influencing the youths 1
Night had already fallen and Ren had made even more progress in reaching the target of his mission, but with his still unconscious companion, he had to slow down his speed, not that he minded much.
Ren was currently sitting around a fire as he leaned back on a tree looking at the night sky, on the other side of the fire there was a motionless body of a young boy, if not for his breathing one would mistake him as dead.
"For such a beautiful world the people in it sure are ugly on the inside aren't they?" asked Ren his attention never leaving the night sky.
"..."
His question received no answer, but Ren didn't seem bothered by it as he continued.
"In such a dangerous world, a lone man, nor clan will never reign supreme, they will have their time in the light where they are praised as strong and wield immense authority, ordering the deaths of hundreds, but their end will soon arrive and their authority will be passed to someone just as strong or even stronger.
This is why the hidden villages have stayed standing, and will continue to exist, do you really think you alone can get the revenge you seek against one of the most powerful clans existing and against the strongest hidden village currently?" asked Ren.
"..."
Yet there was still no response.
"How much longer are you going to pretend to still be unconscious?" asked Ren as he finally stopped looking at the sky and turned his attention to the boy lying on the ground.
Under the gaze of Ren, the boy's body shook as he felt, the faint killing intent being released by Ren, finally unable to take it anymore, he lept from his lying position and made some distance between himself and Ren quickly.
Now standing all his attention gathered on Ren, and Ren looked at the blood dripping down the boy's hand, clearly, he was making plans on attacking him.
'Smart kid, he chose to observe the situation first before making a move, but he already made plans on killing me, smart and decisive I can make a good ninja out of this kid, but first, lets put the fear of God in him.' thinks Ren
Ren looked at the boy who was still standing still as more blood pooled on the ground next to his feet, he stood there silently and completely still, but the blood pooling by his feet was a clear indication that he still planned to attack.
Seeing this Ren increased the killing intent he was releasing, first sweat appeared on the youth's head and continued to soak his entire body, but he still stood, arrogance and killing intent shone in his eyes.
In response Ren increased his killing intent once again, Forcing the boy to his knees as his feet collapsed under him, but even in this state the look in his eyes remained the same, and no sound escaped his lips.
Seeing this Ren was impressed, the amount of killing intent he was releasing was nowhere near his limit but the fact the boy even in the miserable state he was in now, he still refused to give in, but Ren want to strike fear into his heart and it would be done.
(??? POV)
'The sky suddenly turned red, my feet gave out as I fell to the ground but I refuse to give in.
This bastard must be one of them, he came here to destroy my mother's clan, how can I give in now I have to avenge my mother the hidden leaf the Uchiha every last one of them, the land of lightning they all will pay.
So how Can I give in now?
This bastard I'll kill him then I'll kill everyone else I have the strongest power, no one will stand in my way!!!' thinks the youth.
He turned his attention to Ren looking at him with clear arrogance and defiance shining in his eyes when suddenly Ren's eyes shone, and the youth felt it.
It was the freezing depts and the burning underbelly, up was down, and down was up nothing made sense he couldn't think, he was there but wasn't, he couldn't explain this feeling but a new feeling emerged from it.
FEAR!!
He felt the urge to run and hide and even beg for his life, his entire body was warning him that even the slightest movement would result in his death.
And the feeling intensified turning almost completely physical.
(normal Pov)
REn and the youth had been staring at each other for a minute when suddenly the boy dropped to his stomach and rolled into a ball screaming out in pain, while Ren watched on.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" blood-curdling screams filled the night as Ren had no intention of stopping his killing intent yet.
