"Let's get to work!" he said as his tone gave no room for opposition, showing the disposition of a veteran military commander.

Three hours after commander Nai sent out a request for help to the Flowing River Sect.
In a room with three upper-stage dantian unsealing realm cultivators and two dantian unsealing realm cultivators, the scroll containing commander Nai's request for help laid on a table in the middle of the room.
"An inner court Elder of Illustrious Star Sect instigating a war between two unranked villages. I wonder what his goal is doing that," Elder Xunqja said as he moved his gaze away from the scroll and towards the lower-stage elderly man sitting at his right, "what do you do in a situation like this?"

"This…. B…but Elder Xunqja, you're an inner court Elder. There's no need to act as reinforcement to an unranked village," the outer court Elder said as he tried to change Elder Xunqja's mind.
"There's no need to try and stop me. A friend of mine is a descendant of one of the clans in the villave," Elder Xunqja said as he stood up after placing the folded scroll in his storage ring.
"A friend of Elder Xunqja, is it the kid that inherited the inscription business of Mr. Guchun?" the middle-stage dantian unsealing realm cultivator on a white robed uniform thought as he watched Elder leave the room, "Byui Village is really lucky to have Elder Xunqja come to their rescue."

"Almost done," Shung Yun thought as his inked quill slowly stroked across the surface of the paper in front of him.

"Shit!" quickly shooting backwards, he covered his eyes with his left hand as the unfinished inscription exploded, turning the easel and the paper on it into ashes.
"What's that?" with a puzzled look on his face, he stared at the direction of the explosion as tiny multicolored runes flew randomly in all directions.
Taking a step forward, Shung Yun's view suddenly went blur for an instant before restoring back to normal, except the world wasn't the same in his view.
"Where the hell am I?" he uttered as millions of colored runes covered his entire view.
"Why can't I see any other thing?" he said as he looked around him, only to see the same multicolored runes either moving randomly or staying still in a spot without moving.
Swiping his hand forward, it cut through the chain of fiery runes like cutting through water.
"It feels like Qi," he said as he once again swipe his hand forward, this time at a chain of blue runes.
"Nothing?" totally confused after failing to feel anything after his hand cut through the chain of blue runes, he tried a few more times on other chain colored runes only to experience the same thing.
"These must be other Qi that aren't flame elemental Qi," after a few seconds of experimenting with the colored chain runes around him, he came to a conclusion.
"If these are all Qi, then what am I standing on?" he said as he looked at the chains of dark-yellow runes covering the entire space below him.

"I'm back?" seeing the familiar room once again, Shung Yun had a feeling that he hasn't really moved at all from it.
"Wait, does that mean what I was seeing was this room in its runic form?" having that thought, he searched through his memories to figure out if he could find anything relating to what he just experienced
"Nothing," he muttered after a few minutes of searching his memories.
"Let me see if the siblings know anything about what I experienced," he immediately connected to the palace housing the deadly sins of the cosmos.
Appearing in front of Sloth immediately after appearing in the palace, he asked, "do senior know any information regarding runes?"
"You got an incomplete teaching on runes?" Lust said as she looked at the human in the palace hall, "I can tell you all I know of you tell me you love me."
Having an alluring smile on her face as she anticipated seeing Shung Yun struggling to do as she said in front of the gazes of her siblings, she felt excited just thinking about it.
Turning away from Sloth, Shung Yun walked forward before coming to a stop in front of the seated enchantress.
Going on his left knee on the ground, he said with his right hand on his chest, "I love you."
Shrouding the hall after the emergence of Shung Yun's words, silence rapidly spread in all directions, leaving only the sound of hearts thumping continously without seizing.
"Hahaha!! He got you real good, Lust," Envy laughed happily as she felt good at the failure of her sister to experience some excitement with the human.
"Hmph! Don't you feel ashamed for easily agreeimg to my words?" Lust said, unhappy with Shung Yun's action of easily doing what she asked without going through mental struggle between his pride and his goal.
"You said you'll tell me all you know on runes if I tell you I love you. I've done my part of the deal, you do yours," Shung Yun said carefreely without his kneeling posture having any effect on him.
"You're really something else," still not looking good, Lust said as she tried to ignore the taunting look on Envy's face.
"You better listen properly case I won't repeat myself," she said as she looked at Shung Yun for a second before moving her face away.
Keeping his full attention on the female beauty in front of him, Shung Yun took on a cross-legged sitting posture.
"Rune is the language of Creation, also called the language of Primordial Chaos. Primordial Chaos begat the Great Daos, Laws, Essences, Qi, Worlds, Nature, Beings, and the entire existence, althrough the language of Rune. Every existence has different composition of runes, thereby making each chain of runes unique."
"Intelligent beings has always wanted to be able to make use of the language of runes, but what one cannot come in contact with, one cannot understand. Instead, they came up with a language very close to rune called Glyph. The symbols, signs and drawings used in inscriptions, formations, artificing and conjuring are all glyph words that contains runes in them because of the utilization of Qi."
"They've been a few beings that has been born with the ability to come into contact with the language of rune, and they were all geniuses in the field of inscription, formations, artificing, and conjuring. But nature requires balance, and desires that all things must be fair, therefore, their path to immortality was cut off."

Walking towards Sloth, he asked for information regarding runes after arriving in front of him.
"My explanation will not be different than the one give by Lust. You can ask from Greed, he has a few stolen note made by Rune Masters," Sloth opened his eyes before shutting them after he was done speaking.
Turning towards Greed, Shung Yun saw a wide grin hung on his face as he kept his gaze on him.
"This won't be smooth," he thought as he made his way to Greed's throne.
"I've finally gotten the chance to speak freely with you," Greed said as he retained his smile.
